Ive been using MaidPro for 1-2 months and overall so far it has been a good experience. The office staff has been very accommodating and responsive. Really friendly too! One of the house cleaners, Ashley has done an incredible job the times she has come. Ashley said we can request her for future cleanings so Im planning on doing that. She is very friendly and does a seriously impressive job. Like, really impressive. We got a card saying if we write a review and mention her name she will get a $20 bonus which is the main reason Im doing this, she certainly deserves it and probably a raise. The pricing for MaidPro seems a little steep. I signed up with them because we needed a service quickly and we wanted one that maintained proper COVID-19 precautions (excellent on both fronts). Since then Ive asked a few friends who have house cleaners what they pay and they are paying a significant amount less (about $40 less) and their house is over twice the size of ours! For that reason I may not continue with MaidPro, but for now (we are in the process of selling) it works.

Yesterday, Brittany came to clean our 3 bedroom / 3 bath house for the first time. She was friendly and professional, and she asked clarifying questions about some of my personal preferences for cleaning. I left halfway through the cleaning, and when I got home, my house was sparkling clean. Some technicians have a hard time getting our stainless steel appliances streak free. Not Brittany. They looked great. Brittany did a beautiful job, and she was a genuinely nice person to have in our house. I would definitely give Brittany 5 stars.My only disappointment with MaidPro is that when we began our service a few months ago, I requested consistency with cleaning technicians in our home, and I requested that 2 technicians be sent out instead of 1. Our house is not particularly big, but it is big enough to justify 2 technicians. Weve had as many as 3 technicians, and often, as few as 1. I think that puts a lot on the one technician. In addition, its nice to have the same people for each cleaning so that we know each other, and so that they are familiar with our home. I suspect that Covid has played a part in this lack of consistency. I do hope that we can continue with Brittany!

Brittany and Ashley came to my house to do a redo clean. My 1st service experience was terrible none to say the least. However, I called MaidPro and they fix all my concerns. Now, I am on a regular rotation and I love it. Ashley has been constantly coming and does a great job! No complications. Also Lillian is great at responding to emails and follow ups. She is awesome as well. I am overwhelmed with joy for MaidPro. I no longer feel overwhelmed about my home being dirty. Ashton and Micahala also have come with Ashley and did great as well. Ive had Ashley and Brittany for the past two times and they have done an amazing job each time. They are very professional and are very friendly. Every time they clean my home they always leave it smelling fresh. These girls deserve a raise. I would recommend them to anyone whos needing their home clean. I have used MaidPro before and all previous services I would have rated a 4 start, but this last service was 5 star worthy! Tara, Brittany and Ashley did a wonderful job with my whole house and in addition to that they were extremely friendly. I worked from home that day and they showered my puppy with love and made me feel like part of the gang when they were near. Excellent experience!

My experience was great Ashley and Brittany were wonderful. They had their mask and gloves on before entering and practiced social distancing while they were here too. We talked about not only what was going to be done but what needed to be done as well. They answered all my questions about procedures and were very receptive to my conditions in using products that might affect my asthma. We are looking forward to having Ashley and Brittany comeback and work again.

We have been using maidpro for approximately 5 years. The service has been very good. Our current cleaning pro, Grace, has cleaned our house the last four or five months and she has been outstanding, as she does a thorough job. She is friendly and accommodating, as she listens to our concerns and follows through to our satisfaction.

This was my second clean with MaidPro. Grace came today and did a fabulous job in a very efficient manner. She got everything done that we wanted within the 2 hour time frame we requested. Grace is wonderful and we are requesting her exclusively from now on.

I went in for an interview. The receptionist asked what position I was there for. She told me she would get the application for that position. The OM whom I was supposed to interview eith comes outand is as like I filled the position yesterday, but you made no effort to let people no or at least interview themand let them be non the wiser . Even though she sent me an email yesterday late in the afternoon asking to set up the an interview and I informed her I already was set up. Office appears to be in a disarray and in organized. I overheard a conversation I probably should not have, but again the unprofessionalism heard a lady discussing how they messed up her pay. I dodged a bullet, but I wouldnt trust these people with a plastic spoon, and definitely not to clean my home. The OM was very dismissive like gas and time are free. Her apology was half hearted apparently they were hiring for several positions she didnt even offer or mention that. I wonder if its because Im black? Was just looking for something to bring in some cash until I start law school in the a few months.

Our house was in desperate need of a good ole cleaning. We have 3 dogs, 2 boys & both have very busy work schedules. Having Maid Pro come in and deep clean our house was definitely a god send and they did an amazing job!!! It honestly is way better than we could have ever done ourselves. Bailey & Raven were the best! They did a fantastic cleaning of my entire home. The fridge & oven are done on the premium service which I ordered and was happy that I did. They changed the linens and made the beds to military standards: This is done as part of the standard service. Laundry is also part of the premium service which I did not order as I do the laundry myself (in small loads) several times a week. I have no doubt that if you have need for that service you will be pleased. They are truly a very professional business with highly trained and background checked staff. I recommend them highly.

And bless her, I had forgotten to lower the thermostat before I left so she spent 2 plus hours cleaning with the house temp set at 78° Thats dedication!

Absolutely incredible service! Hired them for a move out cleaning of an investment property I own. Despite the cleaning taking several hours longer than they originally expected they still offered to only bill me the original amount they quoted. This kind of customer service is extremely rare. I have used MaidPro for almost a year and it has made my life so much easier! Morgan does an amazing job with my home. It always feels so nice to come home to a fresh, clean home. Im very happy with my service. Brittney is awesome. She really goes out of her way to provide a great experience, and she really takes the time to learn my habits. This week my house must have been less messy than usual, because she switched out my table cloth from a fall one to a winter one, changed out my bathroom towels to a matching set, and even filled up my dogs food container from the large bag their food comes in. We have also gotten into the habit of leaving notes for each other. Its little details like that which make me appreciate everything she does.

Wasnt sure what to expect since Ive never had someone clean my home before. But since they were having a special, I thought...why not? I have a dog that sheds her weight in fur and thought anything would be an improvement over what I can do. I paid for 4 hours of service and was very pleased. It was honestly like walking into a new kitchen and living room. Even the suede sofa was vacuumed! I definitely recommend MaidPro of East Charlotte...they were very nice and professional.

I really wanted to leave a good review. I choose this company because of the fantastic reviews it has. But I was disappointed in some areas.Good things I have to say is that the staff is very friendly and always there. Every time I call the office with a question they answered for me.The cleaning crew was also very polite and sweet. And treated my dog very nicely.The house overall was filthy because of some construction we had done during that week.The 5 hours the cleaning crew were cleaning I was not present. I was taking care of a sick baby.They waited for my arrival to go over everything and make sure everything looked nice and neatThey did a great job dusting part of the house.Others they either forgot or overlooked.The master bedroom did not get dusted.Not one piece of furniture. I brought it to the ladies attention, and they apologized and got it done. Then the floors still have spots and dirt on the floor. Like it didn’t look like it got vacuum in some areas. Also, Somehow they broke my microwave handle. They were nice to call about it and asked if it was like that beforehand. But no. It something it happened while they were working here. I paid an extra $25 for my fridge to be clean. Then to notice when I was putting groceries in that the fridge only got wipe down, not clean. Again I was agitatedI paid $230, and it was not a $230 job.I wouldn’t recommend them, and will not be using their services again.

We have an amazing maid Brittney that comes every two weeks and makes my life so much easier. Sometimes I don’t have time to get stuff done around the house and she comes in and saves the day! We cook a lot and she always leaves our stovetop spotless! We have a big dog that sheds as well and always a leaves a pile of hair behind so it’s nice to come home to a hairless house! I booked Maid Pro after I saw the excellent work they did at my sister in laws house. I was able to get a reasonable quote and my first service booked very quickly and they came out within days. Josie and Tammy came out today for our initial cleaning. They were great! Very professional and thorough. Coming home to a clean house was great.
