1st time using this service. My home was fairly clean as it was lightly used, but had some cobwebs because I was gone for some time. I am mostly appreciative of the work. There were a few noticeable lapses, but nothing major - nothing broken.The chilled water dispenser on the fridge was missed. The range-top grates were replaced incorrectly (weird - so obvious). The wrong sized garbage bags were pur in the kitchen waste baskets - two sizes, including the correct size - was in the under-sink cabinet adjacent to the wast bins. Again, weird that this was overlooked because its so obviously wrong. Some small rugs were not back in the original places. There was some rug tape on the floor to keep the rugs from sliding, and that would have been a great clue as to where they go. I had to supply my own vacuum and paper towels - not an issue, but different from others I interviewed.Its easy to point out what was missed, and in a strange home - Its better to note the nice surprises. The blinds were lightly dusted; there were several cobwebs (as noted) they removed; they swept and dusted the front and back porches, so the place looks more inviting. The whole place looked tidy now.Too bad I leave again. I hope the spiders learned their lesson.

We hired Lisa and her team to clean a family members house. We were hosting a bridal shower there for our daughter and we live out of town.Lisa took the time to find out exactly what we needed done.Her team did a great job. Very warm and friendly crew. I was going out of town and needed my house cleaned while I was away. I contacted Lisa at eMaids and she and her lovely staff came in and made my house sparkle. Lisa and her staff do such a good job. They are very thorough, clean and dust all surfaces, and show up when they say they will. She sends out reminders before every cleaning and receipts promptly after each cleaning. Several times I have been there while they are cleaning and someone is on the floor dusting the sides of furniture and underneath it. Ive used several cleaning services across the country and eMaids of Charlotte is by far the best. I travel constantly for work and having them over the past year has been wonderful.

Weve been using eMaids for close to 4 years now so I feel like we can give an accurate appraisal of their service. We have the team come every two weeks. Cleaning day is our absolute favorite day of the week. Our house is so fresh and clean but without a strong chemical fragrance. Every cobweb is dusted, every bed made, and they will even hand wash any dishes that dont make it into the wash! We trust them 100% and they do great work for the price. They have very low turnover--the same ladies have been cleaning our house since the beginning which also makes us feel comfortable having them in our house for nearly 8 hours every month! Highly recommend eMaids!

Received my first cleaning from eMaids of Charlotte. This was not an easy job and they did phenomenal work. I have used residential cleaning companies in the past, have pretty high expectations, and there was no area that I was disappointed.

We hired eMaids to clean our newly renovated home that we were putting up for sale on the market in Charlotte. They did an outstanding job with accommodating our request on very short notice, priced us fair while staying in budget, and even worked later into the evening past regular business hours on a Friday to ensure the house was ‘sparkle’ ready for being showcased that weekend. This was no easy task given the amount of debris from construction that was left behind for cleanup. The results were absolutely beautiful. We had 23 showings as well as 3 offers made on the house that following weekend and there were absolutely zero complaints on the condition of the home. The general feedback we got from viewers and real estate agents was the house showed beautifully. Thank you eMaids, we will definitely be calling you again.

They were referred to me by a neighbor and they continue to live up to the billing. They do a great job every time.

Hired a cleaning company that was referred to us and they never showed up so we contacted a second company, this one, who was referred to us by thumbtack and they did an awful job!We wrote a negative review, posted it and were contacted by thumbtack and told the company called and asked that the review be taken down. We were notified that our review was deleted and would remain so if we could not provide a receipt for services rendered. Who gets a reciept for house cleaning? Plus, they didnt leave one and we were not present when the cleaning was completed (or not so complete).We had eMaids come to our rental home and clean so we could show it to new tenants and we unfortunately, did not have a chance to view the property after they were finished or before the showing. We had already waited around 2 hours on the first company and had no more time to invest.That evening the tenants asked if we were going to have someone clean before they moved in, the following day, so we had to take $250 off the deposit and allowed the tenants to do the cleaning themselves. It was filthy and definitely not a deep or move in ready cleaning!The supplies they used were subpar, swiffer brooms and grocery store type items, and ours would have been better suited.
