Ibrahim and the team were great! The guy who was cleaning my windows came back around to a couple windows a second time after they were dry because there were a couple spots he thought he could get more clean. Perhaps I’m a cynic after too many bad experiences, but it was surprising to see someone genuinely wanting to do a great job and not be in a rush to get in and out. They exceeded all expectations and I will be using them again. Could not be happier with the level of service and results. I would highly recommend Shack Shine.

I recently purchased a new home in Charlotte that was built in 1957. Just like you’d clean the inside of an old home that’s new to you, I wanted a good deep cleaning of the outside as well. The mature oak trees on the property are beautiful - but create some maintenance needs on the exterior. I heard about Shack Shine from a friend and decided to give them a try. I have been so pleased. They cleaned every inch of the exterior thoroughly. They spray washed the entire facade too to bottom, pressure washed the sidewalks, driveway and patio, cleaned the shutters, gutters and washed the windows. When they were finished, it looked like a freshly painted and remodeled home. The service was outstanding and the prices were fair given they were here about 14 hours total (1 1/2 days to do all that). I couldn’t have been more pleased and highly recommend Shack Shine whether you have a small job or a large job like mine was.

Ibrahim and his team were prompt, attentive to our concerns with reasonable price points for the services they provided. We had Christmas lights installed and removed after season end, gutter cleaning and gutter guards added to a very hard to reach section of our home. We dont have worries concerning foundation erosion any longer. They are returning this Christmas to reinstall our lights late this November. We hired Shack Shine and after hearing their low quote, we were curious to see the results. The windows were super clean after the crew came and cleaned them. We were so satisfied with their service that we booked them for gutter cleaning as well.

Shack Shine came out, gave us a quote, scheduled our appointment and returned in a few days to do all our windows. The gentleman were very careful and also worked around 2 dogs, 2 kids, 2 grandparents and a husband who works from home. We will absolutely be using them again.

I went to the Shack Shine website on a Saturday at 11am and by 3pm they were at my house providing new with a quote. By Thursday they had completed power washing our patio, external window washing and house washing. Our house looks brand new and the service was amazing. I will definitely be using again!

From the start, the online appointment request system was very convenient and let me find a time that worked with my schedule to get a quote.Once the cleaning was scheduled, the team arrived when agreed. The job did take longer than originally anticipated, but it did not affect the agreed upon price. They listened to what I needed and did what I asked. Also, the team was very responsive during the final walk through to finish a few items I felt needed more attention. They rewashed the items immediately.

They hung up my Christmas lights to prepare for the holidays and I was extremely satisfied with their efficiency at work, as well as the lights themselves. I would highly recommend their services in Christmas lights decoration. I look forward to hiring them again for the holiday season next year!

So -- We had some pretty big thunderstorms over the weekend. One thing I noticed was that some of my gutters werent doing their job due to all the pollen and tree debris that has accumulated since the winter. Ibrahim launched his drone and visually checked all the gutters so we could verify where my issues were. Seeing is believing.Ive had Shack Shine both clean my windows and clean my gutters in the past. Shack Shine came when scheduled and delivered exactly what they promised within the projected time frame. AJ power washed our 35 year old driveway and sidewalk. Wow! What a difference it makes. Called Shack Shine to have our gutters cleaned. Ibrahim called the night before to confirm and tell us when he’d be at our house. He and another worker arrived on time and in a clean truck. Were insured and very professional. Collected the “gutter garbage” in their own buckets and took the debris with them. Nothing for me to clean up in my bushes and flower beds (vs another company who threw everything down on the ground and left me with a big mess). Even sent us before and after pictures. We will definitely call them next time we need our gutters cleaned.

I learned of Shack Shine from a flyer left in my mailbox. I had previously considered a competitor of theirs and actually had the competitor give me a quote. The quote was full of disclaimers on the back taking no responsibility for damage to plants, etc.So I decided to contact Shack Shine. Boy am I glad. These guys did a first class job. I engaged them to pressure wash my sidewalks, driveway, home, clean the gutters and windows. My home has dental molding and it was full of spider webs and bug debris. Not any more. Cant say enough what a nice job they did and will definitely use them again.
