This well oiled machine is accurate, efficient, provides great quality and does what they say they will do. I wish all my experiences with contractors went this well. I received a free roof inspection and truly did not know the state of my roof. Alan happened to call on us at a time when we were seeking quotes for a roof replacement. He was personable and so knowledgeable about the industry. He guided us through the insurance claim, which we were concerned about, as we did not want our premiums to go up. The roof looks amazing and the work was done in a single day. We highly recommend!

This company does not pay their sales team - They are rude to employees (not real employees because they sign them as a 1099 Sub) - then they get rid of them before they pay commission. $40k is owed to a relative of mine. They offered $10K to make it go away. They also change their name with the secretary of state so they can get away with this stuff. They literally have a Dr Jykle and Mr Hyde personality.

For example I had a damaged gutter in the front of the house and some drainage problems on my back deck, and in both cases Carolina Roof Consultants went the extra mile to fix those issues. CRC was great to work with. They were highly efficient and helped me get good value for money provided by our insurance company after hail damage. We were scheduled very quickly and the work was completed on time and efficiently. In the process the crew caught a couple unknown minor rotting issues we werent aware of - one under the shingles and one with our cedar siding that was in a hidden spot. Overall we had a great experience - and we ended up referring a couple of our neighbors who also completed roof replacements with CRC. Highly recommend!

Contacted Carolina Roof Consultants to obtain an estimate for a new roof. After getting on the roof to take a closer look (no other firm contacted even climbed up a ladder) was told that I really didnt need a new roof at this time. I was pleasantly surprised that a roofing company put honesty/integrity before profit! I ultimately had them install new gutters. The work was done on the date time/promised. Did a great job. While installing gutters, discovered small existing roof issues that were also fixed the same/next day. They will definatly be on my list when/if I need a new roof!

CRC did a great job replacing the shingles on my roof. Misty was very responsive, moved quick and got the job started and completed in only a few days after my initial contact. Had a few minor issues and delays getting a window replaced and a communication breakdown with their service guy after the roof was done, but in the end the job was complete and I am happy. A few my neighbors also had their roof replaced and I heard some stories from other roofing companies that the job didnt go a smooth as mine. I would recommend this company.
