Cottage Care if very attentive to details to know exactly what I wanted for my cleaning service. They are great communicators. The cleaning pro who came to my house was on time, very courteous, and very thorough. She went the extra mile to be sure rooms were thoroughly clean and asked at the end if there was anything more I wanted done. I am very pleased with their professionalism and for their services.

I switched to Cottage Care a few months ago and I’ve been really happy with my decision. They try and send the same person out monthly, who becomes familiar with the floor plan and knows where everything is. If for whatever reason, I needed to switch dates, they were very accommodating. Management has come to my house three times as the cleaning was wrapping up to check the thoroughness of the work, which I appreciate. Beth in particular is a gem. She’s a joy to have in my house. She’s very thorough, wiping down binds, floors and even emptying my shredder bin! I’’ very happy I made the switch and would definitely recommend their service to my friends.

We had our first cleaning with Cottage Care Charlotte and they were phenomenal! Our house was not cluttered, but there was quite a bit of dust and dander all throughout our single story home as a result of a recent bathroom remodel. We paid extra for the damp mop in every room and were not disappointed. The cleaning was impeccable! We came home to an utterly spotless house and could not be happier with the result. We will absolutely be using Cottage Care Charlotte to regularly clean our home. They are efficient, and more importantly, they are affordable. Well worth the cost! Thank you, Cottage Care!

The employees have been prompt. They get right to work. They have done an really good job of cleaning each time. We would like to know more about the products they use. Only drawback we have experienced has been it being a different person each time. We have pets and it would be good to have the person familiar with them. We have hardwood floors that can not be cleaned with just water. We signed a waiver to use our product. This requires one of us to be here each time, if it is someone different, to explain to them its use. These are minor things as they relate to the overall service provided.

This is the best cleaning service we have ever used. The cost is reasonable, and they really went above and beyond to get everything sparkling clean. Just expect it to take longer than other cleaning services for all the extra nooks and crannies they do. Totally worth it and I highly recommend it.

Cottage Care knew I was a first time customer - everyone I spoke to was pleasant, professional, helpful and made me feel as my business mattered to them. They asked questions about my needs (room by room), pricing according to my needs (very reasonable pricing), and confirmed they had it right before hanging up with me. They also followed up to make sure I didnt have any questions and helped me understand what to expect a few days and then the day before, including a video of their process. They arrived on time, were thorough, inspected what was completed to ensure all was done and I was happy. They also followed up a few days later to make sure I was satisfied, which I was. Cottage Care made me feel like I was a valued customer, and that they were there to do what I needed - they did not push their agenda on me. A great first experience with Cottage Care for me and my family. Great customer care from Adam and his staff. Not only were they able to fit me in their already busy schedule on short notice, but the end result was fantastic!

I don’t know where all those 5 star reviews are from. The first “deep cleaning” is just a regular cleaning with omitted corners, left dust and web under kitchen cabinets and window corners for the highest price possible. I don’t have an interruption in the house cleaning, because it’s needless to say that the dust and the web occurrence is fast. My permanent woman resigned from cleaning due to her back problem and I was looking for a permanent replacement.The estimates were given by the main office in Kansas City after I provided the information about my house and clearly requested to include the garage brushing into the price. When two young women arrived, the immediate news was that not only the garage was not included, but also the laundry room. My laundry is not a room, but rather a space for the washer/dryer. So, additional charges applied to the highest price I have ever paid for cleaning my 2150 sqft house. Moreover, the staff didn’t know each other and never interacted with each other. That was also awful.I have already proceeded with the local company where same women will come each time to clean my house. The price is much lower and very fair and I am pretty sure the quality will be much better. The owner has visited, received a complete house tour and whole information about my total needs face-to-face. That is how the hiring process works. It was my big mistake to even try this company and I do not recommend them.

Outstanding Job. Bathrooms clean / kitchen clean, beds made, and things arranged in bathroom in an organized manner. Kids beds were neatly made with blankets folded at the bottom. A clean house allows us more time and energy to focus on organizing and throwing out junk. Im very happy with the work done.

The two nice ladies that visited and cleaned our home did a wonderful job. They were very thorough and detailed in their cleaning. We even had a visit from the owner during the cleaning since it was the first time weve used CottageCare. I would definitely recommend!

Unprofessional liars. The owner was noisy about my personal life and kept asking prying questions instead of doing his job. Second time the cleaning lady told management I hit on her because I asked what town she was driving from. I only asked because I was late and was trying to coordinate her arrival time! Overpriced for what they do. I do not recommend them at all.

I would rather spend my money of experiences, time, and service, not things. Having used Cottage Care for several years, I believe my money to be well spent. It frees me up to do things I want to do. The quality of the cleaning is good, and they are timely. People arrive on schedule and do a good job. This is what I want in a cleaning service.

We get consistent, great work from these folks at a reasonable rate. Try them once to be sure you like them, and then book monthly for the discount. They are flexible with changing days, and once I forgot to leave the door unlocked, and they graciously came back the next day and didnt charge me!

Weve been using CottageCare for a little over a year. Theyve been very consistent with service quality and flexibility. We have used other companies in the past but Cottage Care has had the best quality service for the price. One great thing I love is that they have 90% of typical services included in the price. If you need to make it more affordable then you can adjust your rooms covered. Two areas of opportunity would be (1) keeping consistent cleaners each time. I hate having to review my house plan each time but recently theyve improved and sent the same ladies and (2) having an all-in service package for everything like dishes, folding, etc.I would highly recommend them.

I tired this cleaning service on a whim and was so glad that I did. I love that they are super flexible with scheduling. I most appreciate that they actually clean floors by hand (literally, on hands and knees, you will notice some of the staff wear knee pads!), and do not use a swifter type of device.
