Before I bought my townhome it had been a rental property. Needless to say between multiple tenants and animals the carpets were shot. Steven was timely, kind and did an amazing job cleaning my carpets. My sectional couch was looking a little rough too from my kids and he got it looking new again. Not only do they do carpet cleaning but we talked about replacing the carpet on my stairs and a couple of other projects around the house. He is also competitive with his pricing and very fair. My apartment complex gave me a free cleaning for a renewal of my lease. I graciously didn’t ask any questions but when I arrived home today I was shocked by the presentation and cleanliness. The Extreme Team went above and beyond cleaning months of Dog Hair between couch cushions, soap scum off my glass shower and a microwave that need some real attention. Not to mention they folded a pile of clothes and straightened up everything including my dogs toys! I will be using them bimonthly and recommend 10/10!

This is the 2nd time I have used Carolina Extreme Clean & Restoration. They were so terrific the first time I used them 6 years ago, that I saved their info in case I ever needed their services again. When I called them this morning, they were able to schedule a same-day appointment (late in the afternoon). They called 30 minutes before their arrival (as promised) and Steven arrived exactly when he had indicated. He did an excellent job and even cleaned an additional small entry way. Steven was also helpful with another issue we had with some flooring and is coming back tomorrow to address those concerns. Great service, excellent attitude, and a fair price.

No call, no show. We booked on a Tuesday for a Thursday appointment. We were told they would be there between 530 and 6. At 6 I tried to reach out because no one showed up. I did not get an answer. I tried to email and no response either. Ended up having to rent a rug doctor and do it ourselves.

Excellent service. Guys showed up on time. Had a carpet repair done and steam cleaning. They are coming back next week for tile and grout cleaning. Pricing was surprisingly affordable for everything. We wont be using Stanley Steemer again!

I wasn’t sure what to expect but Steven was punctual and was able to remove the stain no one else could. I am thoroughly empressed. If your looking for an exceptional company give them a call.
