Great customer service as well as great deal. Went in to get my screen protector on my phone replaced. They usually cost me $20 but I need to replace it every 3-4 months or so. THey offered me 1 year unlimited replacement for $40 so was a great deal. Another thing was they put it on for me to make sure it was attached properly. I would recommend them.

Came in with a PC that for some reason would not boot properly. Tyler took it in for examination and called me notifying that my CPU fan was not starting and therefore overheating my system. He was very knowledgeable about the issue and helped me get it fixed in a very timely manner. Without Source1Phones I wouldnt even be able to boot my PC and type this review out! Thank you guys very much!

They could be more efficient in phone conversations. Their lack of verbosity and attention to customer needs(over the phone) had a tonality of over expressive pride.

Emberlee at the Waverley location gave exceptional service. I went to 3 stores before finding source one. My phone was completely smashed and backed up incorrectly . Emberlee took the time to carefully transfer my data to a new phone when the service provider and other competitors could not. It is refreshing to find someone with the expertise and willingness to help. It was not as easy as it sounds but she took the time to do it. I will definitely bring my computer and phone repairs back to them.

Visited for the first time recently and was very happy with the quality of customer service — Justin was very warm and helpful! Seamless process to make an appointment online and a solid deal to fix a jammed RAM card in my MacBook Pro, too. Definitely my new go-to place (but hopefully it will be a while before I need to come back 😆)!

Quickly replaced a battery in my sons iPhone for far cheaper than anywhere else that I called. Had the work done during a time when most business were closed due to COVID-19. We called when we arrived and they can and picked up the phone from our car. Took maybe 15 minutes to fix and brought it right back to the car. Couldnt have asked for any better service.

As a die hard Apple fan, I am devastated when one of my devices goes down. Source1Phones at Waverly is the ONLY place I would ever trust for my device repair, upgrades or customization. I dropped my phone on carpet. (Yes, carpet) and completely shattered my screen. I walked in and was helped by the owner, Justin. I called beforehand and knowing I had to carry 3 kids around, he offered to meet me outside! I mean- who does that!? #teamMOM I ended up going inside because I couldnt make the screen work anyway- he quickly replaced it (it had been replaced a couple days prior to but the software wasnt accepting the replacement screen so I had to go back for another) and YES, I had my phone back. I was so happy Jen from the Verizon store in Waxhaw sent me to this store! All the staff was very nice and accommodating. While I waited I was offered a Delicious, Freash baked chocolate chip cookie, coffee or water while I waited. With it being in a shopping area I was able to walk over to Hole Foods and pick up groceries while they worked on my phone. I learned they are a faith based company- It showed! I will definitely refer my friends there!
