My rather old laptop literally broke in two. After I placed it carefully back together I could not get it to power back on. I drove straight to PC paramedic where Chris had me back up and running in less than 30 minutes. The price was very reasonable. I highly recommend PC paramedic.

When my computer was pretty much dead, Chris went above-and-beyond for several days trying to get it back up and running. Unfortunately, the computer was ultimately beyond repair, but Chris was able to help us salvage all the data, and was very helpful and informative as to what our various options would be, either replacing necessary parts or buying a new one completely and transferring data. Very friendly and professional, too.

Glad I took my PC to PC Paramedic. My PC completely stopped working and I took it immediately here. All staff were extremely respectful, and very knowledgeable. Staff took the time to research GPUs for me and let me know the best for my money and my PC and were honest about everything. I was referred to PC Paramedic by a good friend as I was in the market for a laptop. I originally was going to go to Best Buy, however they did not open for another 45 minutes at the time I intended to go. I went over to PC Paramedic, and Mike was so helpful. I was in a serious, time sensitive jam. PC Paramedics came through for me in less than an hour and gave me options to fit my budget: At the time I was strapped for money as I was a day from moving into new home. I wish I could remember the Gents name who aided me, great guy. As I told him I will be returning for my other PC needs, sooner rather than later.I see a few bad reviews; from experience I know how upset people become over their computers and when they fail or become broken, we customers can become right nasty in personality. Deal with a few nasty customers per day, week, month and ones attitude can get salty.From my dealings, PC Paramedics are willing to work with their customers to a reasonable extent.

I’m not one to do this but I am so upset with the state I just received my computer in. I sent it in about a month ago and received almost no communication on what was happening with my laptop unless I called. Today was finally the day I could pick it up (my boyfriend did for me because I worked all day) and my laptop is beat up more than ever before. The corners are bent or scraped in some way. I’ve always had a case on my laptop so the damage was never there before. They aren’t open tomorrow so I can’t get ahold of them (convenient for them to give it back on a day where they close early and aren’t open the next day). I will be calling Monday and will be extremely disappointed if I don’t receive some sort of refund. I’m a broke college student doing all my classes online and need my laptop for that. I went to them because Best Buy told me I would be better off buying a new laptop but I can’t afford that right now.

Extremly highly disappointed in the service I received. PLEASE BE WARNED IN GOING HERE!At the time of my taking my Asus Zenbook Duo laptop here, they had 5 stars.My vent had apparently collected dust which is why the fan was extremly loud.I picked it up a few days later and then after checking on the condition of my laptop.. the ENTIRE back panel was broken! When they took it off, the did it forcibly and broke 5/6 plastic pieces holding it together.To make matters worse: I complained the the IT tech who did the job, he said he would get back to me about it.Few days later, nothing..Called again and he said his manager was on vacationThen I had to wait for him to get back, then I had to call after he said hed call me back..Finally I talked to the manager that I would like a full refund and the back replaced (since they broke it!) And they manger said he would have to talk to the owner..Waited for that call.I called the store again and the IT person told me that a refund is already fully and place and they have the backplate.. (which I found out later he lied!)The owner of the store called me after I told them they needed to get the store owner immediately. The owner was aggressive, agitated, and argumentative the entire conversationHere are some key points: He told me he would not be issuing me any refund as they had FIXED my fan issue. I argued with them that they had caused a much bigger issue with breaking my laptop and all the hassle I had to go through, let alone having a broken laptop now for weeks! He said that he would have to order the backplate which would cost him a few hundred dollars, so he did not want to issue a refund becausehe would be losingmore money. I explained that this is not what a business with 5 stars should be like. He then responded with If you write a bad review I know how to delete them and you wont get your back plate.Wow!..He eventually compromised and issued only half the refund. After talking on the phone for 45 minutes. I had to wait 3+ weeks after talking to the owner for the backplate and got someone else to install it correctly.This is not only 1 employee, but 2 managers, and the owner who have been very rude and extremly bad service. Do not trust them with your electronics.I am a teacher and was sadly just hoping to get my laptop running again to teach my students.

Nick did a great job on fixing my girlfriends pc that was making a strange noise. He fixed the problem easily and quickly. Explained the issue in a way even I could understand. Im definitely comfortable coming back here if we ever have another problem with anything.

My mom dropped of a laptop here and they said it would be looked at same day. Called back 4 days later and still didn’t have it looked at. So we picked it up. They had the nerve to still charge her $125 for not doing anything.

PC Paramedic saved me big time. Operating system crashed right before my busy season and they responded immediately. They not only recovered all my files, but were able to reset my computer with all lost information and made sure I was properly set up with a back up system. Price was very reasonable for the emergency service and immediate response. I highly recommend them for any computer issues you may have! while I hope not to need them again, it is very reassuring to know they are a call away! Thanks for keeping me in business.

The wireless card my laptop came with had a lot of problems, and I found a ton of people online having the same issue who advised that the only permanent fix was to replace the wireless card with a better one. I contacted Lenovo support because it was a known issue with this model, and they said theyd cover the replacement, but it would take 6-8 weeks. So I decided to order the replacement myself. I know a decent amount about computers but I was not confident enough to try to install hardware into a laptop by myself.I called around the area and was quoted a lot of different prices and time frames, but all were at least 2 full days minimum. Fortunately I called PC Paramedic and the guy there was amazing (I think it was Anthony? Cant quite remember). He gave me an accurate estimate quickly over the phone, and he was honest with me and said he couldnt guarantee same day, but hed try. I really appreciated how upfront he was with me.To my surprise, he installed it super fast and I got a call like 2 or 3 hours later saying it was ready. Laptop is connecting flawlessly now. But had some kind of issue come up (incompatible wireless card, wireless card wasnt actually the problem, etc.), he was totally prepared to tell me what needed to be done to diagnose and fix it. Very honest, helpful, friendly guy and I will for sure be back here if I have another issue I cant fix myself.

Tony, the owner, was so personable, friendly and professional. He possesses exceptional computer knowledge and skills which allowed him to be patient with my rudimentary questions. Plus he was sure not to use confusing computer speak instead he used everyday, simple language to explain everything to me so that I can use my printer and devices more efficiently in the future. Nick is the best. I had what I knew had to be a simple problem with getting wireless connectivity to work on a laptop, but I couldnt find what I was missing. It took him about 15 seconds to spot the problem:. A switch was not turned on. Since it was so simple, there was No Charge! Next time I have a problem I wont mess with it myself for a week-- Ill go just go to PC Paramedic.

I walked into PC Paramedic today and I knew right away I was going to get a good deal. I needed an affordable laptop for school. Most places knowing the average person doesnt know a lot about computers will automatically sell you the most expensive computer. At PC Paramedic this is not the case. Ryan was very kind and patient and sold me a very affordable computer at a price I would have NEVER found any where else. He even downloaded Windows 10 onto it for no extra cost! If you are looking for a decent affordable laptop for school I would go no further than PC Paramedic.

BEST computer repair store !! My computer wasnt charging, I went to a computer repair store in Raleigh twice, they fixed it twice and I still had problems. This store gave free diagnose, and when they shipped my computer they even gave me a Dell original charger for free!!! I hope they open a store in Raleigh - Durham area soon and I would recommend this place to my friends.

His Charlotte store replaced the battery in my IPhone in one day. Did not have to go to Verizon and by a new phone saving me $400.00
