This venue is beautiful! From the lighting to the flooring, the space felt very open and light. I attended a childs birthday party, but the space is definitely suitable for wedding receptions or other events. The covered outside patio space is also a great addition!

Great place for pictures and it accommodates for 200 with seating. We used the ceremony/outside area for the dance floor.

We had our wedding here in March, it was so beautiful and everyone loved it. The owners are very professional and helped us out a lot. We needed to come back a couple of time to take measurements and the owner came every time and was very helpful. Not one bad thing to say all around great place!!!!

As an Event Coordinator I think the perfect venue is where you can bring your own vendors and the space is a blank canvas where you can create, this is the one plus is gorgeous!

Only have 1 room to get dress. Have 3 big bathrooms, but bridal suite is a very SMALL closet, if you are getting married here you will have to find a nearby hotels for your bridal party. Beautiful patio which could be used for ceremony but the cheap looking storage with a surveillance camera sign attach to it brings down the value and the look when guest arrives. Not sure why since the land is huge. Could you make this work yes but its definitely not a 5 star venue like images may seem, owner doesnt take pictures of dressing room, storage and current landscape on their website. Speaking of landscape, on their website they have a picture of front of building with fake trees lol.

I attended an evening wedding and I thought the facility was very clean, decorative, spacious and an overall enjoyable environment! This was my first experience with The Luxe and I would recommend it if youre looking for an event space. Parking was great and location is right off of I-85. I never knew....a tucked away jewel!

I am a certified wedding planner and designer in Charlotte, NC. I serve the area and surrounding cities. I had the opportunity to planning a photoshoot at this venue. Raphi was very responsive, easy to work with and flexible. He went above and beyond to ensure that my styled shoot was successful. I also met Bobby, his assistant and he was a pleasant gentleman as well. I should add that, there were also a good amount of tours going on during my setup - adding to the point that this is a highly sought out venue. This venue is definitely a new gem in Charlotte, you should check it out! Thanks Raphi and looking forward to working with you in the future.

Luxe provides great value. You have all day, can bring your own alcohol and vendors, very large private parking lot, and very private location right off the interstates.

I recently made a visit to the venue for a wedding reception. Venue was simple but elegant. It is located in a quiet area where others wouldnt be bothered by music. It was both inside and outside areas where your quest can enjoy themselves. I was very pleased with everything and would definitely recommend.
