I have been to this venue for several events but this time it was for me. I had initially scheduled my 50th birthday party here for Sept 2020 but has to push it due to COVID. The first step was to secure a new date which was done hassle free. Fast forward to 2021. Now on to the planning. I spoke with Tom about my vision for my Oscars themed 50/51 Birthday Gala and everything that I wanted. Let me tell you, He heard every word and did not disappoint. They did a wonderful job preparing the Orchid Banquet Hall for my big night. From the red carpet to the table centerpieces and chandeliers to the stage. He took my vision to another level. It was very classy and elegant. Words can hardly describe how beautifully the hall was decorated. I was very pleased with the outcome and my guest were amazed as they entered.I cant end without complimenting the staff. Tom and his team were very professional and great to work with. My family has had several events here and have all been very pleased with the services provided. Thank you Orchid Banquet hall for helping to make my Birthday Gala a night to remember.

The place is pretty but the outside needs some TLC. It looks kind of bad and you would not think they have a venue there, but that was not my concern. There are ways to talk to people without being disrespectful and that is a skill that this ownership and staff did not have. The staff was very very rude. They talked down on you to the point that almost ruin the event that took months or preparation. They do not work with you in facilitating nothing for you. They charge you extra for anything and is a hassle to get any help. They charged for a bit of water that was left on the kitchen floor and expect you to clean things that were there before. This is while talking down on you. It felt as if I got the venue for free or something. They called the fire department for using cold smoke machine that does not activate any alarms. Trust meI know, I used to manage a club. When I ask the fire fighters if the alarm was activated they said no, that they were called. Their customer service is really bad but because they are on high demand due to pandemic and the shortage for venues, it seems that they take advantage of that. By the way while we were decorating they had more than 10 different tours showing the venue. Why on a Saturday? Very unprofessional. This is not, by any means, personal attack on ownership. This is so people can have an idea of how easy someone, that you pay a lot of money to, can ruin an event that took you months or years to plan. Please be aware. I would not write a review if I didnt think it was helpful.

We. Had our wedding there on July 31, 2021 Tom and his staff was very professional a great pleasure to work with very accommodating any thing we needed or asked for they made Sure we had it we would Definitely recommend anyone to this venue!!!! It was definitely a dream wedding for us!!!

We had our daughters 15ths birthday party at the Rose Hall. It was such a great experience. Tom was very helpful with accommodating us with the tables, chairs and cleaning. He was there the whole time making sure we had everything we were going to use. He was on time on letting us in the venue the day of the party so we could get the decorations done on time. Tom was very helpful even before the event I would text him and he would answer right away. I would definitely recommend this venue and would use it again.

Recently I hosted my youngest daughters wedding reception at the orchid. We had set one date and had to change it due to covid..Thom and his crew were willing to work with us under the circumstances. So the date was changed to May 15. Then in March the grooms father had a massive heart attack and the date needed to change in hopes he would recover to be in the wedding. Again we were accommodated. It is very rare in this day to find a venue that truly delivers a personal touch. My experience went well beyond the contract and the services we received focused mainly on the personal needs of our family as we dealt with not just the wedding but the tragic illness of our loved one!!! On a sad note our family suffered the loss of our loved one and Thom kept in touch showing sincere support, holding up deadlines and really rallying around us, praying for our family and listening to our concerns to find other ways to help and support us during this time. Our loved one was laid to rest on May 15 2021(the wedding date). I can’t speak for anyone else and their experience but I will tell you this, mine was spectacular and the reception was beautiful with the help of my friends and Thom. Yes he was there helping too! Thank you Thom for everything!! I highly recommend the orchid, the rose, or the iris ballrooms for your upcoming event. You will be in very capable hands.

I had a birthday party in the Iris Room on Sept. 4 2021. Everyone was admiring how beautiful the room was setup up. I want to give Tom a great big shout out for helping me to make my husbands 81st birthday a beautiful and joyous evening. THANKS AGAIN TOM..🤗🤗🤗

After searching for months for venue we came across Rose Hall, we were very pleased with the staff and the venue itself. This place gives a very classy look to any party you decide to have here. When Tom and his staff decorated my event, I couldn’t imagine a more beautiful decor. It was out of this world. We will be booking all our future events with Tom.

I absolutely love the Orchid Banquet Hall. I’ve done four parties there and I have never had a problem. They’re decent, clean, kind, beautiful, respectful and they work with you, as long as you follow the rules and stay true to your contract you shouldn’t have any issues, and the party you have been dreaming about will come true (mine definitely did). Absolutely love this place!! Definitely will be using for future parties and events!! 🤗🤗💯

The inside of the venue is beautiful but I cant say the samething about the outside. To start my party was great although the staff tried so bad to ruin it. Since the day before when I started dropping thing off they showed their attitude, Tom was nice the rest of them no 😔. I paid $350 for a really bad bartender with the worst atittud you could imagine and his helper was even worst a guy with a really bad English skill and refused to speak Spanish. I asked him in a nice way if he could move a table and he told me no you can move it but make sure you move it back after your party is over. I also paid for an ABC license untill 12:00AM that guy and the bartender told my guests around 11:00PM they cant serve any more licor. Also they were trying to make me clean the kitchen after the chef and the waiters did it. They said it was still dirty because 2 pieces of glitter were on the floor, 2 small pieces of glitter really. And also make us to sweep and mop the whole venue except for the bathroom. I know when to booked the cleaning its included but I dont know what they call cleaning because even the trash we had to take it out. I guess they do the cleaning only when you pay them for their decorations but since I didnt it they gave me and my guests that treatment. I gave them 1 star because I cant give less and if Tom were there the day of my party instead his crew I will give him 5. To end they wanted to keep $300 out of my $500 deposit because the people who I rented the chairs left at 12:42am according to them so $300 for 42 minutes ridiculous. Another thing they are very unprofessional their prices are not that low and you book for a day and they do numerous tours while you are decorating and even after the party start there are still people you dont know walking in. Very upset with them I would not recommend.

You know, Ive used Orchid Banquet Hall for over 15 events. I have to tell you, I am extremely pleased with how Tom and his staff facilitate any and every facet of my events. The attention to detail is extraordinary.I recommend Orchid Banquet Hall to anyone who is looking for a professional venue along with a team who can make your night very memorable.

Had a quinceañera at Orchid and man alive is that place amazing! Tom and his staff helped with everything while we set up and broke down. Very good customer service as the hall was booked pre-covid and the party was last November. It could not have bewn more perfect. Great place, great price, great people. Would rent there again.

The inside is very pretty but the workers who worked at the service were not good especially when you needed something and they dont wanna help.They are rude and unprofessional.I feel sorry for my friend because she dedicated so much time and money for her daughters sweet sixteen and they made them feel so upset.I would not recommend.

The location was quite, not extremely busy for an event. There is enough parking. You do not realize it is a banquet hall from the road because the place looks deserted when not many cars are there. Externally it have a little more TLC.

I recently got married on July 13th at this beautiful venue. Tom was AMAZING!!! Best customer service Ive ever had to pleasure if receiving. The bartenders were pleasant and the venue was beautiful and very clean. If i had to give one piece of advice it would be to keep communications open. He was there for me every step of the way and my wedding was beautiful!!!!

I will be having my Wedding here on Saturday July 6, 2019 the place is Beautiful. Tom and Van both answered my questions and are very Nice people. I will recommend this Venue to anyone they host Weddings Birthday Parties and much more.

Came here in hopes of having my daughters sweet 16 and my wedding, HOWEVER things went sour very quickly!!! The venues are beautiful however be warned that pricing does NOT include decorations which i found out AFTER signing both contracts. Tom was nice initially however his communication skills are not up to par in my opinion. Once I found out the decorations was NOT included in the price i asked tom about the price for both events and he stated he would draw something up and let me know. So he sent over the estimates and it was expensive so i asked if could do some decorating and pay them to do some to cut the cost and he stated NO all or nothing. Then after i informed him that ill just cancel my daughters sweet 16 because another venue will do decorations and all for cheaper he started overtalking me and telling me that now the contract on my wedding needs to be redone and he needs more of a deposit because i cant make up my mind what i want. Which was far from the truth. As a customer im asking all the right questions to be sure of what im getting. He went back on everything he agreed upon payment plans and everything. Honestly i would not recommend unless you want more of a headache be sure you know what your getting yourself into. There is a deposit and you have to make sure you take out all the trash after your party and you cant rehearse there. Just very unorganized and unprofessional arguing with a customer thats just trying to understand pricing. Needless to say he just lost the business 8 thousand dollars its not worth the headache!! Trust me

Im in search of a venue for my wedding. We went to this location and Tom was very rushed and was running through the building like a bat out of hell. He wouldnt stop to explain how any thing would be set up, whats included in the price and where the wedding ceremony would take place. We saw the entire building in less than 3 minutes and I asked for paperwork or pamphlets with pieces and he was like what do you want? Ill write it down for you. The business doesnt have proper information to give to clients. It was ridiculous. Poor quality and poor service.

This was my second year in a row attending a company christmas party here, and I have to say; this is a beautiful place, very clean and well kept.

I recently book this venue with Tom on 1/25/2019 I went and viewed this venue on 2 different occasions.First time with my sister and a second time with my fiancé,Both times I went I asked this man would I be able to have my rehearsal there the day prior to my,He said yes that wouldn’t be a problem.Now that I’ve paid money towards the venue now he wants to change up from what we discussed on those 2 tours he gave....I never heard of a venue not allowing you to have your wedding rehearsal the day prior to your wedding,All because they are over booking and so happen to have booked the day prior to my wedding...So now he’s telling me that if I want to rehearse it can only be done 3 days prior to the wedding on a Wednesday between 10 and 4....I know alot of ppl that have gotten married and I’ve always known them to rehearse the nite prior to wedding day!So I say cool refund me and I’ll go somewhere that will allow me to rehearse the day prior....I asked for the owner name and number and was told he couldn’t give me that information because the owner(SHE),want talk to me because that’s why he was hired lol!!!!Ok then refund me please because you not accommodating me and I’m the 1 paying here????This man tells me there is no refund...My deposit may not be refundable but the rest I paid sure is....I’ve called action 9 and the bettered business bureau and I’m taking him to court if I have to....I wouldn’t tell nobody esle not to book this place but I will tell whoever to make sure you record or get in writing prior discussions of what will take place and what you expect after paying the venue fees!!!!
