Just got back from Leos. Its great to have a friendly mechanic in my neighborhood. The guys there are professional, timely, and honest. They took the time to explain the work they were doing on my car and spotted a problem I hadnt noticed. Will definitely go back.

Took my vehicle to Leos for repairs. What needed to be fixed was explained and shown to me prior to the work being done. The guys there were wonderful, I asked if someone from the team could drop me off and pick me up from work as I only work about 1/2 mile down the road while my car was being worked on and they accommodated me.

I have been coming here for a couple years now. These guys work HARD and they care. I drive over 30 miles just to get my car serviced here because their customer service is phenomenal. I have tried to branch out and try other shops but there is no comparison.

They did a catalystic converter and O2 sensor for my 2006 Honda. No check engine has came on and Ive taken her out of town and back.. And this was back in March. Here we are in May and everything seems to be holding steady.. the wheel alignment has been great.. everything is amazing over there. Family oriented.. I have nothing bad to say about them.. nothing..

First time service my car and will never come back.Problem wont fix. Poor information and explanation, Bad customer services and grumpy , price way too expensive just for oil changes .

He was very courteous and quoted me an amount which was 75% less than my dealership, I almost not drove my jeep because I could not afford to get my brakes done. But The owner gave me a more than reasonable price and I got my brakes fixed. The families was clean. Leo’s car care was effecient and very through. I was more than satisfied with the top notch brake job. I would recommend Leo’s Auto care for any automobile job to anyone. Especially with the limited knowledge I have of car repairs he explained the job and did an excellent job repairing my brakes.

I went into Leos to get an oil change and tire rotation. I was so impressed with the service and the honesty of the staff that I ended up having them install new brakes and wiper blades. They took me back into the shop to show me some tire wear that they were concerned with. I was able to go back to the place where I purchased them to get some replacements under warranty. When purchasing the brake pads, I was sold the best pads suited for my vehicle, not the most expensive ones. This is an old school, honest mechanic shop which is hard to come by these days. I would recommend this place to anyone needing service.

After reading all the positive reviews for this business, I decided to purchase a Groupon offer for their $55 full synthetic oil change and tire rotation. First, I sent them a message via their website and received no response within several days. I called and asked for an afternoon appointment within the next couple weeks...the employee stated that they dont offer any appointments after 12 noon at all. Their business hours state they are open until 5pm throughout the week and they dont take afternoon appointments? He stated it was because they are so busy...isnt this the reason you make an appointment ahead of time???? I told him I would call back once I was able to find someone to come along with me before/after work to drop off the vehicle. I called back today asking if I could drop the vehicle off after hours and leave my key in a drop box so they could service it the following day. He told me that all customers must stay with the vehicle the entire time its being serviced because someone could damage/vandalize it and they dont want to be liable. Nowhere on the Groupon listing or on their website does it state either of these policies. Luckily, I was able to get a Groupon credit for the amount of my purchase. I DO NOT recommend this business to anyone who values their time or wants a smooth/easy experience. Poor customer service....

Trying to make me pay more for wheel alignment because of “expensive European car” and I got old VW Passat. All wheel alignments is the same operations, no matter Bentley or Chevy. Don’t trust when mechanics trying to trick you.

I availed the wheel alignment service via Groupon. I went on Saturday to get it done and looks like they were super busy that day they messed up the alignment by 1 degree. My car traction light went on and they were unable to fig out the issue. The owner asked me he will charge 100$ more to diagnose the traction light issue.I was suppose to travel on Sunday and my plan got postponed because of their negligence. On Monday I visited again and conveyed to them that steering is not straight. They verified the alignment again and accepted it was not done correctly earlier. Really disappointed as my plan got postponed.

This establishment is amazing. I just moved here and noticed my Brakes were making a horrible sound. I went to another auto shop and the price they gave me was tooooo expensive. I called this location and the manger Joaquin was soooo friendly! Mind you they close at 3 pm on Saturday and he stayed opened for me past 3 pm to fix my brakes. He didn’t complain and he even joked with me. His customer service is unmatched and prices are VERY reasonable. He works with you, is patient, and very kind. I will now come here to this exact location for all of my auto care because he takes care of people. Come to this location for all your car needs. This location was heaven sent.

I frequent this establishment for my auto needs. I obtain the same if not better quality service for my Lexus is250 than that of a Lexus dealership. Last week, I needed 2 headlights replaced and my son received a very high quote. I sent him with my vehicle to Leo’s, and the quote was half of what another automotive shop quoted. I have also received diagnostics on a newly purchased vehicle and do my annual inspections at this location for both of our vehicles. My husband also brings his Cadillac to this location as this family owned business always treats us with kindness, professionalism, and integrity at all times. Their quality is top notch! After reading all of the positive reviews I decided to inquire from Leos on labor cost to replace 02 sensor and an intake manifold runner control module. I already have the parts and only needed labor. unfortunately they quoted me an estimate over 250$ of labor and referred me to a different autoshop and walked off. From research and recommendations its estimated about 1 hour work of labor and the parts are easily accessable to change out. I was highly disappointed with the interaction and the quote as the experience did not meet my expectations from the reviews I read.

The staff were very friendly and helpful! Normally Im nervous when I take my car to a garage in fear of an enormous bill, but at Leos they didnt try to take advantage of me the price was fair and the service was fast.

This has been by far the best experience I’ve ever had with a mechanic shop. Juan was awesome, informative and concerned. I really appreciated him taking time to let me know what my options were and how to go about my car overheating. I am very pleased that my car is no longer overheating 🤗 Will definitely come back to get my oil changed and my front brakes/rotors replaced.

My truck literally rolled onto the lot at Leos and died. I thought it had sputtered its last but the guys at Leos took it as a mission to get me back to work. They worked all day the first day and had it running smooth by 9am the next day. A day and a half was all it took them to bring my truck back from the dead👏👏 these guys are wizards!

They are always reasonable priced and helpfull in any way they can be. Im a single parent and have to prioritize everything including work on my car. The office manager lists every thing I need done and what should happen when for how much. There are no undercover fees. I wish I would have read all the reviews before taking my vehicle here. I brought my truck in for an alignment after having some front end work done. I was told after they started they could fix the toe, but not the camber due to the inner and outer tie rods needing to be replaced and offered to do it for $220 + parts. I was still charged $90 for an alignment that wasnt correct. I took my truck to another mechanic to get a second opinion and they checked the tie rods and no replacement was needed. They also did a full alignment and the truck drives straight as an arrow now. Please read ALL reviews before making a decision, not just the 5 star reviews.

Whent there for anual dmv inspection. Was told i need a new brake master cilinder. Cuote $550.00 parts an labor. Take my car somewhere else and my car didnt have any problems what so ever. I just to be their client until i find out most of the work done was unnesesary.
