Alcolock is a money racket. the concept is good, but the technology is base model at best. it will give you violations for just about anything. i.e things not on your breath, or related to alcohol. non of the service reps are competent and know whats going on when you call. just rushing to pay almost $100 each time you need a code. Ive even video recorded the device not working properly and was still charged. they tell you to call the state, which could not care any less about you. im seeking justice, or atleast someone to consider what im saying and care
