Selling used underwear and food that expired over a year ago. How on earth are you guys still in business. Have some self respect and just throw that stuff away.

The auctions run great on their website and bids are updated in real time. Picking up items is quick and their warehouse is conveniently located right off both a I-77 and I-485 exit.

Vista auction is great. I had no previous auction experience other than an occasional eBay purchase. The process goes smoothly every time. Theyve held items for me when personal circumstances kept me from making the pick-up deadline. They wouldve been fully within their rights to re-sell my items but they didnt. Thats why I will continue to support vista and always check them first when theres something Im looking for. They always seem to be having a good time even with the high demand manual labor. I hope they continue to dominate the market ✌.

Vista auction it was great.. Got good stuff.. And an Elvis plate.. Won shower doors and a roku tv.. A stereo.. With a CD.. Ill peruse some more.. And spend my cash.. If I get out bid... The winner can kiss my .... I love this place. Its such fun... Go pick up your stuff.. And then you run.

Excellent business and website. I heard about the website through a friend. We needed a new air fryer and wanted a nicer Roomba. I got the Roomba which was new for 70% off and the air fryer for 80% off. The staff were a bunch of young kids but they were super professional. It looked like they were having a lot fun at work. I am only concerned that more folks will find the site and will drive up the prices. I hope the owners are making a killing!

PROS: I really like the auctions website and the auction process. Ive procured some really nice & useful items. Most of the employees are nice.CONS: 1. The pickup location is very far, for me - 60 mi RT, to travel.(so I try to win several items before making the trip.2. If items are not picked up within one week you lose the item. (I have missed the window & lost the item.3. I have Bid/Won items that were FALSELY advertised (size/qty); and instead of giving a refund, they will only give a credit!4. I wish that you could pickup items all-day everyday... at least on set pickup days. But pick-up time is only 4pm-7pm (most of which is peak traffic time in Charlotte).

At first I loved Vista Auction. Id receive an item and it would only be missing a small part, like a nut or screw, but it was okay because of pricing. Lately, however, items do not appear to be Pre-Inspected, at all. I have had to deny several items after winning because they are mislabeled, condition is way off on clearly broken items marked both as used and new (4 broken items so far), or key components are missing & unusable on new items. Its now becoming more prevalent which is unfortunate. Its at the point where nearly half of what I win lately is broken so its not worth the drive and frustration. They also only offer credit knowing that they are at fault.

They are very efficient in getting the products that you bid on out to you.

This is great. Got this kitchen for my girls for a steal. Went in, inspected it, looked good. Bought it. And auctions are fun too.

Awesome team! Lots of items needed/ wanted at fraction of a price of what I would pay in a store. I have bought rugs, coffee table, breville juicer, and many other small items and I was very happy with all of it.

My wife and I were in CLT for 5 weeks and stumbled upon Vista Auctions. We bought so many items for much less than half the price on Amazon (items that we needed and didn’t need). We sold the ones we didn’t need to pay for the ones we did need!There were only 2 problems out of the 40+ items we won. The problems were not described in the listings. We let Vista Auctions know these problems and they treated us fairly and handled the situation.We recommend Vista Auctions!

Used to never have a problem with the items until recently we have been getting items that are broken, missing pieces or even items that are in boxes that arent even what was in the photo and description of what I bid on. Its almost better to just go on amazon and order the items brand new as you know it will be what you order and less likely to be broken.

Won an item, very streamline process, from bidding on the item to picking it up. Great variations of items up for auction. Most items are sold as is, and they offer a walk-in inspection. I would look at it before purchasing it if its a high dollar item.

I have won a handful of items and unfortunately each and every one had some damage or.missing essential parts. I am aware we have to inspect and we did however no one knows 100% if everything is okay until you bring it home and start assembling it. I have seen many people buy things off of auctions, unfortunately I guess I am one of the unlucky ones. I wanted to buy other things but I am hesitant and dont think I will purchase anything anymore.
