Roosevelt and his entire team are awesome! We were closing our Charlotte house with furniture to be auctioned, some to be moved and disposal of the rest. Jacksons sorted out everything for us and in record time. They were so easy to deal with and incredibly fairly priced. In addition they are just plain nice folks. Jacksons has my highest recommendation.

We had the pleasure of using Jacksons Auction House twice this year. Jamila was great to work with and respectful of our tight timeframe. Since we are not local, she also made coordinating with us remotely very easy.

I am an antique dealer, and I have participated in umpteen auctions over the years, but Jacksons is my new Charlotte favorite. I was doing a little personal shopping for myself for a change, but I was unable to attend the physical auction, so I used their convenient absentee pre-bidding online. Everything was well photographed and had adequate descriptions. I received the invoice later that evening after the auction had closed with my winning lots, and when I zipped over the next day, everything was already grouped together and waiting on me. It was so nice not to have the usual scavenger hunt of trying to locate all of my lots or worry that someone had walked off with something. And the people were absolutely lovely! Seriously, you could not ask for a nicer pair. I highly recommend Jacksons, and I look forward to bidding with them again in the near future!

Jacksons Auction House helped Union Power Cooperative dispose of unneeded office furniture and other items as we were in the process of moving to our new building. When Covid-19 forced us to cancel our on-site public auction, Roosevelt & Jamila Jackson quickly came up with a solution by taking items to their warehouse and offering them via direct sales and online auctions. They were a joy to work with and provided great customer service throughout the entire process.
