Not only did my shirts look great, but I found a strange paper bag attached to my items. In this paper bag I found two $100 bills! I couldnt believe it. Anyone could have pocketed this money and I would have been none the wiser. Obviously, there are some great, honest people working here. Fully recommend. Great business, great work, honest people. I wont go anywhere else in Charleston!

Clothes are always done on time and the staff has always been very happy and quick to help however they can.

I have used Coastal Carolina Cleaners since they have been in business. They always do an excellent job and always have my clothes ready when promised. From cleaning and storing my wifes wedding dress, to cleaning my suits, dress shirts and pants, they are always right on. Its nice doing business with a local company especially when the employees and owners will do whatever they can to help. I would absolutely recommend Coastal Carolina Cleaners to anyone.

I have used Coastal Carolina Cleaners since moving to Daniel Island a few months ago. They are highly efficient and have excellent customer service!!! I always feel welcome, called by my name, and clothes are always perfect! I highly recommend this cleaners for excellent clothes, and of equal importance, for excellent customer service.

I have to let everyone know how awesome this place is.I had a bottle of red wine open on the counter and a football was thrown across the kitchen hitting the bottle(yes). The bottle went flying into the living room onto the PALE YELLOW LINEN COUCH. Every cushion and pillow(9) had wine on it.I unzipped the the cushions and bought them to Coastal Carolina Cleaners to see if they could help. The owner, Patrick, called and I met him to discuss. He wasnt sure if the stains would come out of the fabric but he would try.A week later I got the call it all came out. I was so surprised and thankful. He had worked on it everyday trying new methods till they came out. He could of just tried one thing and called and said the stains wouldnt come out. He was determined to help me because he cared. Thats the kind of cleaners you want.When you think of Coastal Carolina Cleaners dont just think clothes. You wont be disappointed. The staff there is super friendly and professional. I wish all establishments had a person like Latoya to greet you with a smile and a hello.Great work Coastal Carolina Cleaners.

Horrible dry cleaner and customer service.. I took 2 of my 2 week old suits to be dry cleaned and the stitching was coming out of my jackets when i got them back. I live on the island and believe in supporting businesses here so I gave them the opportunity to fix it. The owner Patrick told me how this never happens but said he would fix it.. Took my suits there again and they burned them. According to other professionals in the business, the temperature was to hot or they over pressed them. The owner ( Patrick) will not take responsibility for them..

Zero stars to the alterations lady. So rude, so disappointing to find people like her...

I changed my review because this is the 3rd time there was nobody at the DI location at 9am on Saturday.
