I’ve had most of my pants altered here and they are always done well and on time. Highly recommend for routine alterations.

The service is getting worst and worst, and I dont think Sandy is reading her reviews. Ive met Sandy once and she was very nice, but I think she might be getting too many locations to focus on quality control. Every time I pick-up a set of dry cleaning something is ALWAYS wrong.

They’ve had my clothes for over two months now. I’ve called and left many messages, Voice messages and have talked with like 3-4 different ladies. I am trying to get a hold of Delores to get my clothes back or whomever.We went in late February to get clothes altered, then they called and asked what the dimensions were saying “I’ll just take three inches from the sleeves.” I most certainly don’t want anyone cutting up my expensive garments ESPECIALLY if they’re unsure of the sizes. I need someone to call me ASAP. It was 3 brand new shirts and a pair of slacks. All totally a few hundred dollars.

I had a suit dry cleaned and immediately placed it in a garment bag to travel out of state for a wedding. When I put the suit on, I noticed there was a dark square stain on the jacket and it smelled like cleaner of some sort. After returning from our trip we attempted to have it fixed. We were accused of doing it ourselves and that we could pay to have them attempt to clean it. Thanks, Ill take my business elsewhere.

They are very friendly did a great job on my clothes. The young woman who work there now I think her name is Claudia is very nice.

6 months ago Kimberly took over the show on Daniel Island and you can definitely tell the difference. She really cares about the quality and if there is something not done right she will send it back. She is a great representation for Sandy’s.

Weve never gotten back our alterations on time. My husband and I have both taken trousers in for hemming. It always takes more time than promise with no call backs with definite return timeline.

I had a specialty item I needed cleaned (leather and canvas bag). Took three weeks and was just average. No issues with standard dry cleaning. Reasonable pricing

HORRIBLE service! Dropped off an Ann Taylor blouse in perfectly good condition just needed to be cleaned, picked it up later in the week only to take it home and realize it had a massive tear in the back. Brought the blouse right back and asked for them to pay for the damaged blouse, they refused to even refund the dry cleaning fee. Never went back after that.On other occasions was given someone elses dry cleaning (didnt realize until I got home) but it was all designer dresses; Michael Kors etc. Also the owner leaves her high school age daughter to run the store in her absence.. one time I asked the high school daughter why there was a massive kayak in the small storefront and she told me her mom does weird things like buys stuff on craigs list, then re-sells it for a much higher price for a quick profit, using the dry cleaner store as a place to sell this craigs list junk. The whole experience gave me the feeling this is a completely unprofessionally run establishment.

Awful bordering on criminal in every way. Dropped items to be cleaned and pressed, neither was done and the items I got back had more damage. Only resolution offered was for them to re-do them AND RECHARGE ME. Staff beyond rude and unhelpful.
