The staff at software solutions is awesome. We took in our 3 laptops for a clean up and update. I also wanted the ability to regulate what sites and apps my children can access on their laptops. They helped me with this and gave me a good education on how to manage their usage in the future. They were informative, fast, very polite and professional. I would recommend them.

Professional and personable!

One of our main servers wouldnt boot on a Tuesday morning, and as a small printing company we were scared we were going to have to upgrade our entire plating system which costs lots of money. In a recession we knew we couldnt afford it, but we were completely stalled due to the issue with the server. We called Software Solutions and Designs, Inc. and they spent an entire day diagnosing the problem. The next morning we got a phone call that it was fixed and we were back up and running within 24 hours of having had the problems. The staff at Software Solutions and Designs, Inc. were professional and fast, and for that we are glad we called.

Received great advice after calling their number which corrected a problem immediately after three other computer specialist could;t solve it. A tremendous resource for those of us steeped in computer illiteracy.
