Our house had extensive flood damage. The floors were sagging in all but two downstairs rooms. As we peeled back the flooring, there was evidence of makeshift repairs after flooding. Repairing them was not easy. Joists, flooring and sub-flooring had to be replaced and multiple concrete piers were laid under the house. A sump pump was added. The floors are now level and attractive; my wife and I are very happy with the results. The crew was professional and pleasant to work with. Called and set up an appointment for Sun Comfort to meet me at my home for an estimate on a new porch. Took the afternoon off from to meet Sun Comfort and they never showed up. Finally was able to reach the owner who said it was a miscommunication and that gentleman who was supposed to come was not able to be reached. The owner said that he would call the following day to re-schedule however we never heard from him again.

We have used Sun Comfort for many years on small projects and large. They have replaced entire kitchen including the walls and ceilings, done plumbing and electrical work and replaced our gutters. We have found the workmanship to be good and they will back up their work. Very pleased.

Do not trust anything you are told by Keith. (Owner/Salesman) Keith is just like the sleezy car salesman that can manipulate any person into buying anything. Yes he is that good of a salesman, and yes - he will lie directly to your face. And then proceed to brag about his family and Christian values. The men that do the work are ridiculously under paid, they have never been paid overtime but average 60 hour work weeks, but the owner who does nothing has a lot of fancy possessions. If you do decide to work with this outfit, here is your only guarantee:It is guaranteed that you will be overcharged, pay for the best materials but actually get the cheapest, and always always have cut corners - especially if it means the cost goes down. (Because remember the price on that contract you signed - that wont change when the cheaper option is chosen)
