Worst experience I have EVER had on ANY kind of renovation. 6 months since I signed a contract to have shower and vanity remodeled, still not done. Worker showed up in day one and didn’t know what he was demolishing. From there, it got worse. Didn’t find out I wasn’t getting shower door right away until shower enclosure was done. As photo shows it’s still not done. Incorrect vanity installed; as photo shows faucet handles were put on wrong. Agreed with business not to let them finish the job, gonna hire someone else to put on shower door(whenever they get it to me). Have to replace vanity on my own. My experience might be different than others but I would never use them nor recommend them.

I dont often leave reviews, however when it comes to Bath Planet of Charleston; I felt a review was definitely warranted! I was wanting a complete bath remodel for my home, and when I say complete...I mean a complete gut job with some configuration changes as well! Robert, their planning coordinator, came to my home and was able to fulfill all my needs. He is very good at his job and was able to answer all my questions and provided a clear design, all at a very reasonable price and time schedule. Bath Planet was able to provide everything in house making it easy to do the project without having to go to several different trades/contractors!The workers that came to my home to do the project (Greg and Skip) were extremely professional, as well as being extremely personable. They were kind and courteous and were extremely detail oriented. I was impressed with the fact that they made sure that they created minimal mess/disruption! They placed runners throughout my home to protect my hardwoods and rolled them up at the end of each day! Just really great guys who did an absolutely beautiful job on my bath. All of my family and friends who have seen the finished project are really impressed! It is absolutely beautiful!If you, or someone you know, are interested in a bath remodel...look no further than Bath Planet of Charleston. You will be very satisfied!! After all...they do have the Good Housekeeping Seal of Approval!
