I called relatively late on a Tuesday evening to schedule an appointment, and they were able to book me for 9am the following day. Very responsive and great communication via both phone and text. The gentleman who cleaned my vehicle was on time, professional, and did an amazing job. This transaction was so easy it felt like ordering an Uber.

This place is very unprofessional, they don’t make appointments very well, and they don’t answer. I left emails, called, and txt messages and they never confirm appointments. I made an appointment and they never got back with me. Don’t even bother for an appointment because they don’t respond.

Had my 2018 Grand Cherokee detailed by Mike and he did a fantastic job. Very pleased with the work and ease of scheduling an appointment.

Scheduled a detail for a Monday and had my day planned around sitting home. They never showed and later said it was a scheduling mix up. They offered a discount for the mix up, which i decided to go ahead with a new appointment. Again they failed to show on a Saturday, and i even sent an email as a reminder the day before to eliminate any schedule mishaps. I received no reply on email, no phone call, no show. I wont speculate or make assumptions about the company here, just reporting facts.There is an old saying; Screw me once shame on you, Screw me twice shame on me, there wont be a third screw. So i went and gave my business to the Carolina Car Wash. Not a detail, but at least its clean.

Texted the owner to set up a time for them to detail my truck same day (wasnt expecting it, but he said he could fit me in) even drove my truck to him for him to see what I wanted before hand. Never got a call back. Set up another appointment for 9am for him to come to me as I dont have 2 hours to just sit in a parking lot (which is where there business is located) come 9:10 havent heard anything from him. Texted him and he said hes been waiting for me to come to him even after I sent him my address right after scheduling the appt. Very frustrating. Super unprofessional. They need to hire a secretary or somebody in charge of scheduling and communicating with customers because nobody else seems to.

Wow! They did a great job! My filthy dirty car is absolutely spotless. I have had it detailed many times in the 6.5 years that Ive owned it and its never been this clean before. Im really impressed with how spotless he got it. One thing to note is that my car does smell like chemicals now and its a bit unpleasant for me. Some people like that new car smell, but Im not one of them. Hopefully it will go away soon. Still, its a small price to pay for a car this clean!

Im super pregnant (9 months) and my husband and I really wanted to get our cars cleaned before we welcomed the new addition. I use both of our cars (Xterra and Subaru Crosstrek) pretty regularly for camping trips and, admittedly, never clean them out. Whats left is a bunch of dirt, leaves, dead bugs (gross), dog fur, and other questionable findings. These guys came out and worked a freakin miracle...now, after just a few hours, our cars are spotless, smell amazing, and look brand new. They were on time, super professional, and did a superb job! If youre wanting your car cleaned, I would highly, highly recommend Showroom Shine. Even if I spent all day cleaning my car, I still wouldnt have gotten it close to as clean as they did. Totally worth the reasonable price!!! Plus, if you pay in cash, theres a discount! Five stars...easily.

Paul did an absolutely wonderful job cleaning my car. It was filthy with pollen and dirt and he spent 3 hours making it look brand new. I was very pleased they could schedule me for the next day. Great communication as well. Would definitely recommend Showroom Shine!

These guys were amazing! We got the Silver package, they came on time and they spent about two and a half hours cleaning our car inside and out. Honestly, the car looks brand new. I can’t stress enough how bad the car was before they came, but suffice it to say we regularly have two long hair dogs aboard, and one of had motion sickness due to being a puppy, so she’d vomited *multiple* times on the car. You’d never believed that happened if you saw the car now, it looks perfectly clean and smells great. I highly recommend these guys, and we’ll definitely call them in the future.

Great customer service and quality! I was able to schedule a time the very next day on short notice and there was great communication. I had my seats cleaned and the interior looks the best it has since I bought it! Taylor was very friendly and went above and beyond, highly recommend.

I was excited to give this local business a great rating, but unfortunately that would be dishonest. I got my 09 Toyota Corolla detailed with their silver package with add-on of engine detail. At first, the detailing seemed decent considering it has been a while since my car was detailed to this level. However, at closer look, the quality wasnt quite there: they missed several obvious spots in the passengers side, the gas access panel, and the engine looked untouched. I followed up with feedback and they returned to touch up on areas they missed. After driving my car for a couple of days, I notice the horrid smears on my windshield, the musty smell left from their products, the oil smears on the dashboard and the carpet discoloration from their cleaning job. Instead of going back and forth with this company and telling them how to fix their quality of cleaning, I figure its best to give you honest feedback from a client. This may be an isolated case and the one who detailed may have been new, but their standard of quality is 3-stars.

I typically dont mind to wash my car from time to time, but my husband car was so dirty from two seasons of baseball practice that I really didnt like to ride in it anymore. I called them as they cleaned my car before and did a superb job. They responded right the way and I was able to schedule a cleaning a day later. Needless to say, it took almost 3 hours for the guy to clean the car, but in the end the car was as clean as we first got it from the dealership. Superb job.

I had an extremely friendly guy come out from Showroom Shine to detail my messy Jeep. My husband and I had been on a road trip the weekend before with 4 dogs and a toddler, messy is putting it lightly. He showed up on time and walked the car with me to see the damage and then immediately got to work. It took him overall 4 hours to finish my Jeep inside and out, but when he was done it looked amazing, almost like the day i got it. During the time he was cleaning one of my neighbors must have seen what good of a job he was doing because he ended up coming over to get a card from him. I will definitely be using their services in the future, they were fast friendly and very reasonably priced for the job they do.
