Its a standard automatic car wash with hand detailing. Unlimited use of interior vacuum station, good suction.Nothing special, but thats exactly what you want in a car wash. Decent prices.

I have a subscription plan and have taken my vehicle here 20+ times, it’s great every time. I like that they pretreat the vehicle before going in the wash then hand dry it after air dryer, as any air dryer does at best 80% of the drying.

Im impressed with the place. It is fairly new. I wish it stayed open later. I want to do a membership but feel like by the time I get off of work I am unable to take advantage and get a wash!

The car wash chipped my paint and dinged my windshield. When I went inside to tell the employee, he said I dont think it did. The cleaners are all foam. I see my car every day. There werent chips before. He took my information and said the manager would give me a call, but I didnt get one. I wont be returning.Also the vacuums were rather weak.

After driving for about 3k miles from UT to NC my car looked nice again. The mat cleaner, the wet towels for the final touches and the very clean bathroom was a plus. It was worth it paying $25.

Not the best wash Ive had but it was ok. Still had smudges and some not clean areas. It was convenient for the time but I prefer TCs on Durham on 15 501 near U-Haul.

Wow I’ve never had a car wash this nice! It has been an embarrassingly long time since my last car wash and it was very very dirty. Not only did they do an incredibly job at scrubbing my car before going into the actual car wash but they also hand dried. The free vacuums and towels are also very handy after. My car is so clean, I’m definitely coming back!

Got truck washed. $20 and it did fair job. U have to vacuum yourself.

Wheels never come out clean - even with the most expensive option. And for that money you can get it entirely cleaned (inside and out) at other places.

I never leave Google reviews, and this place deserves a great one! I paid $16 for an AWESOME wash. My car was very dirty, and it looks so great now! Even better, I never interacted with anyone in person, which is a huge plus in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. Very friendly workers who did a pre-rinse and post-wipedown of my car waved through the window and sent me on my way! Free vacuums are an added bonus! I’ll definitely be back.

Travis did a great job on my SUV today. I left it with him for an Exterior Detail and my vehicle looks better than when I bought it. Although I have the supplies and could have easily done the job myself, my time is spread thin lately. Affordability was what led me to choosing Clean Wheels Autowash.

I have visited Clean Wheels about a dozen times in the past nine months, for three separate vehicles: 4-door sedan, midsize SUV and a large SUV. The Clean Wheels Team consistently delivers high quality service in a well organized new facility every time.Today I took my daughter’s Suburban for a good cleaning, with my grand daughter’s strapped into car seats in back. The manager, Travis, stepped out to help select the right wash, assist in my e-payment, and expedite the process. The well-maintained equipment in the drive-thru facility accommodated our large vehicle, thoroughly washed and waxed the exterior, and put a high gloss shine on my tires. I particularly like the seven free vacuum stations to clean the car interior.Excellent price, professional manager and staff and an attractive and functional facility.

Just got my wifes car detailed, inside and out. They did an amazing job! Could not tell we have a dog and two kids under 5 afterwards.

Way over priced for the quality. I got the most expensive wash with the extra $5 add on and I couldnt tell a difference from a cheaper wash. My rims were still dirty and there is still bugs all over the front of my car. Almost asked for a refund but I had an appointment and couldnt stay.

Great service for a reasonable price. I did an exterior basic with an interior vacuum and they did a phenomenal job. They also found money I had lost under my seat. They left it in the cup holder versus pocketing it even though they probably knew I’d never know. Will only be washing my car here from now on

Hands down coolest car wash I ever been to. There is nothing that this place doesnt do when it comes to the inside and outside of a car. Well worth the money!

This car wash sucks. I got the “cleaner wheels” option for $16 which is the middle option. When you first drive in there are two guys spraying your vehicle as it moves and then you go into the wash. The wash lasted maybe 2 minutes and then I came out and a man “dried” my car with two wet rags. That was it. I looked at my car and it was still filthy, dirt and pollen all over it, dust on the rims, it was still filthy. You may as well save your money and go to a $5 car wash at a gas station. You’ll get a better clean for less money.

My car always looks amazing after I am done. My only complaint would be to have slightly different hours. I would go more often if it was open until perhaps 7pm.

Caveat emptor! Dont buy the high-priced washes. They could not care less if you pay for the $20 wash or even, as I stupidly did, the $32 interior exterior wash. Two guys at the beginning absentmindedly sloshed on some bug remover while talking with each other. Then at the end of the wash, a young man directed me to a parking spot for the interior clean. After 10-15 minutes in the waiting room, I came out to a perfectly dry car, with dirty wheels, a dusty dashboard, and fingerprints all over the interior windows. I had to clean my own car after paying $32! None of the employees would direct me to a manager. So buyer beware. Stick with the low priced washes.

I drive through when I make deliveries to Chapel Hill and would recommend anyone else do the same. COVERED vaccum area is a big plus when the vehicle just has to be cleaned; even if the weather isnt sunny.

DESTROYED - my aluminum wheel was Destroyed by being dragged into the wash. My wheel was Gouged and destroyed while an employee watched. He stopped the wash, But the damage was done. As my car emerged out of the wash, the owner Hill DuBose was waiting on the other side. Watched me photograph the damaged. He did nothing but say He was Sorry.According to their own insurance company, automotive damage, is not rare at Clean Wheels !!! Stay away !!!

Positives:1) They do a good spray down of your vehicle before it goes through the wash which is appreciated because debris can scrape your car on non touch-less auto washes.2) They wipe down your vehicle even after if goes past the air dryers with any level wash3) Free use with any wash of vacuums and towels4) Monthly wash clubs prices are impossible to beatNegatives1) Granted, I go there more often than most, but the wash does go down due to technical problems more often than I would expect2) Vacuums have fairly low suction3) Free towels that they provide are not always stocked4) The tag I have on my windshield for the monthly wash club is not read by the scanner probably one out of three times.

New car wash with a good location. I took the basic exterior wash and was pre-washed with a pressure hose by the attendant before entering the automated wash facility. A few minutes later I was out the other end. If you purchase the interior service, you would pull forward and let the team take it from there. I opted to do my own interior so I turned left to the vacuum bays which offered free vacuums and a supply of microfiber clothes which allowed me to finish the job myself. For me this is perfect - and it saves me money too.

Best deal to get the monthly unlimited for $20. Rinse your car before the wash, provide a wipe down if you want it, unlimited vacuums, and also provide microfiber towels to use if you want to. Great car wash, good lounge area to if your waiting.
