I had a great experience at In The Cut. I came in to update my look and Scoot listened and delivered exactly what I asked for... Everyone in the shop was friendly, the environment was inclusive and very clean. I highly recommend this shop.

Was working nearby and scheduled an appointment at this shop off the reviews I read and let me tell you they were very accurate. Scooter was on time and cut my hair EXACTLY how I wanted it. Great atmosphere and friendly conversation. I highly recommend this shop.

I found out this spot is currently doing beards and showed up that day to give them a try. Nathan did an absolutely stellar job delivering exactly what I asked for. He even suggested a specific clipper for me to get to help clean it up for me between sessions. To top it all off, the beard and haircut together, after a juicy tip, topped out at $25.The shop is also quite clean and COVID conscious, with plenty of space between seats, signs reminding everyone to stay masked up, and the barbers were both masked and vaccinated.I strongly recommend this spot and Nates handiwork.

Scooter runs a great shop. I had my first haircut here after moving from NY late last year. The shop was clean, the staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was laid back. I would go again.

The haircut I received was great but the conversation and atmosphere was not at all professional. In a professional business, topics such as mental health not being real should most likely go unspoken.

It has been a while since Ive been to the barbershop. But this place a definitely A Cut Above the Rest. I was there visiting my mother in the hospital and I needed a quick clean cut. The gentleman provided me with a smooth clean cut that my mother smile. I thank you for that.

They are super new but really good. Small but very clean and very attractive space. The barbers were all really nice. Scooter cut my hair and fixed me up--customer service was great. The price was also super reasonable: 21 without tip. Planning to go back forever

This place is the best barber shop in Chapel Hill all around. I get my haircut by Scooter and he will get you right every single time. All the barbers in the shop are very conversational. This shop is more than a haircut and I feel like they really care about you beyond the business transaction. Would recommend this place 10/10

Scooter is the best barber in Chapel Hill. Book an appointment, because walking in can leave you behind 3-4 people. Quincy is also very adequate and trustworthy to complete your desired look. I wish I could give them 10 out of 5 stars, these guys are awesome!

Great place, nice staff, Quincy is a great barber.To get to the store, you have to go to the left of suttons, go down the alley and the shop is to the right at the end past the alley.
