No, Im not talking about free peanuts and sports on TV, while some chesty woman butchers your hair. Im talking about a precise cut, a laid-back atmosphere, and a chill guy to converse with.

Blake is the best! I’ve been going to him for a few years now and he never disappoints. He is truly a pro at what he does. His new location is a little farther from me but it’s well worth the drive to know I’m getting the best haircut in the Triangle. Be warned though, once Blake starts cutting your hair you’ll never be satisfied anywhere else!

I don’t think you’ll find a better fade anywhere in the Triangle. Blake is the man, he takes his time and takes pride in his work. Been getting my hair cut with him for 3 years now and I can’t imagine going anywhere else. His new studio right in Chapel Hill is super cool and he usually has a nice tasty beer waiting for you as well if you want it. Highly highly recommend getting on his schedule as soon as you can!

Blake is laid back and very relatable. Hell do what you ask, but will give you an honest opinion if he thinks its a bad idea.His room was clean and isolated from others. It smelled of barbersol which isnt great, but it is sanitary! Music and ambiance was relaxing and professional. Mask usage was as safe as you can get while getting a haircut. Looking forward to going again and feeling somewhat normal!

Ill be honest: I wasnt looking forward to getting a haircut in the middle of a pandemic. Its been 4 months since my last haircut, and I finally reached the limits of my patience. I told Blake about my concerns, and explained that I am still on the fence about getting a haircut. He gave me a long list of all the precautions hes taken, and takes for every single client. I booked my appointment for today, and just got back. I am very impressed! Not only was the haircut great, which is what Ive come to expect from Blake, but the environment was extremely safe. He wore all the necessary protective gear, and everything was clearly just sanitized before I walked in. We were able to chat it up, and have some laughs, behind our masks. Its not the same, but its the best experience I can imagine during these circumstances. And my haircut looks great and I feel like a new man, a whole lot less shaggy!
