Greg did a great job and would not give up transferring data from my iPhone 6 to my new phone iPhone 12s. Austin came over and there and helped when he was needed which was great to see the two people in the same store could work so good together. Both are an asset to AT&T and a joy to work with

I was interested in changing over from Sprint to AT&T. I walked into the AT&T store on Arizona and had zero wait time and friendly service from Greg. He was very honest and up front about AT&Ts different plans, he even shared that I would receive extra discounts because I’m a teacher. I highly recommend this store for anyone looking to switch their cell phone provider.

By far the BEST experience I have EVER had in a cell phone store. Its usually more painful and less fulfilling than buying a car but Austin M, the manager, went above and beyond and made my experience easy and even fun! Austin is extremely knowledgeable, but he also took the time to listen...he did not try to flood me with products or oversell me but went straight for a device that is best suited for me and made the transfer process exceptionally smooth and easy! I dont think Ive ever laughed or enjoyed myself more at a cell phone store. I usually avoid stores and try to do everything online but now I am confident that I have a trustworthy place to go for help, accessories, or upgrades. Thanks Austin, youre the best!

Austin and Pat were amazing. They helped me put a watch on my account and take a line off that was hard because it was my moms line and she passed away in July. They got me a refund on all that money since July. Austin saved me big money for being a teacher. Today I’m going in to change over my Tv to AT&T. All in all I will save over 200$ a month with all my savings. They were nice, helpful, and not pushy. Go see them. You won’t regret it

I give top marks for my experience at this store. I had two trips to this store to get my wife a new phone. Patrick was awesome in my first visit and referred us to a LG model we hadnt considered that was sure a lot more affordable than Samsung and Apple phones. My wife is thrilled with the new phone and the camera so I thank Patrick tremendously for taking such great care of us. It took a lot of time to get switched over and he was patient and kind through the whole process.My second trip was because the new phone didnt finish activating as it should have. Somehow we missed a TOC or license agreement so nothing worked but the camera. We stopped in the next day to get some help, and Austin was equally professional and kind enough to make it all work as it should and my wife is happily enjoying all the features of her new LG phone. Thanks to boy you guys, you are the best!

I went into the Arizona Ave store in Chandler to get new phone service. I have over the years had service with Verizon, Sprint, T Mobile and most recently Xfinity. I wanted a local service as opposed to the service in California. I met Pat at the AZ store and the manager Austin two of the most amazing, knowledgeable and customer oriented professionals in the world!!! I had some issues transferring my photos to my new phone and Pat took the time to do it for me with the most upbeat attitude. I highly recommend this AT&T store, my faith in customer care has been renewed and I truly believe that Austin and Pat exemplify the level of customer service that is rare anywhere today. If AT&T is smart they will appreciate what Austin and Pat bring to this company and work to retain their talent. BEST EXPERIENCE EVER with a phone company.

Best walk in customer service response ever. Austin the store Manager immediately address my AT&T questions with positive answers and made things that I was unaware of much easier to navigate. This was easily deserving of a 5 Star rating. I came back the next day and was treated with VIP service. I was gretted by Patrick on the sales floor and given the same professionalism and quality customer service the first day I arrived. If you need any AT&T assistance....you better GO HERE FIRST #1

They got me a deal for a screen protector and phone case with a free wireless charger. However, the guy who put my liquid screen protector on, wiped it all off with the cloth after two seconds following the application of the liquid onto the screen. The instructions clearly stated to wait 5mins for the cloth and to use the plastic flat edge of the dispenser, not the cloth, to evenly spread the liquid. He was amazed at how fast it dried, even though he wiped it clean off. Pretty sure it didnt do anything and I have no screen protection, but I wasnt going to waste my time trying to explain the instructions to him. Ill just waste my money somewhere else. Also, I only have 2 bars for my 5G plan, so thats great. Ill probably go back to Verizon and get off my family plan for AT&T. Otherwise, decent service and a clean store.

Was told my phone qualified for a promotion, paid 78.00 for sales tax. James started transferring my stuff from old phone to new phone....had my phone in his possession for 15 min. Then tells me I dont qualify cuz of a slight chip on the top corner!! Wouldnt work with me at all even though it was his fault for not completely making sure I qualified before paying etc. I canceled my transaction....will be going to Verizon. Told him this and no attempt made to keep me as a customer. Horrible customer service. Been a customer for years and just like that wouldnt work with me or try to keep me....ridiculous.

We went in in order to see if AT&T might give us a better deal than the carrier we had. We were helped immediately by a very nice young man named Austin. At the end of our visit we had switched to AT&T and were out of there in less than 30 minutes. When we had problems the next day disconnecting our service with the other provider Austin again was available and helped us with that. We are very pleased

I had only positive experience at this location. I am very grateful for all their help with issues on my flip phone. Sadly, the customer service number 611 is not such a great help at all. They are great to give you the run around and you have to repeat constantly everything. The young man that helped me. He was there with me to make sure they understand my issue. After an 1 hour on the line with the customer service 611 we got the issue solved. Sadly I wish AT & T could stop using off shore calling centers. That is the worst idea and the worse service ever. I have to say take time out of a busy day because the off shore customer services center was not able to help at all. The young people that work at this store were very helpful and made sure the issue was fixed. Thank you team!!!!

We were paying a lot more for Verizon for old iPhones. We inquired about their offers and service and changed providers that morning. New phones (3) and a much FASTER data network. Peyton, Austin and then Anthony were great. Best personal service ever, new phones with trade, much faster unlimited data and a cheaper rate. Priceless!!! Bye bye Verizon.

Worst customer service i have ever experience. (spoke to Austin Maxwell he said he was the manager at this location) He was straight disrespectful. Ive spent over thousands just this month alone and waited almost two weeks with no phone for them to send me the wrong phone. I called this location ( spoke to Austin Maxwell) because they were the ones who placed the order, They said they didnt have the phone I order and payed for so I needed to go to the gilbert location it was a $62.00 return fee and before I went to the gilbert location he said he would cover the $62.00 return fee because it was their fault. I drove to the other location that was 35 min away, after getting off the phone with him. I get to the other location and explained it to them and they said he called but didnt say he would cover the fee, So I called him on speaker phone at the other location and he said he wasnt going to cover it after the fact of me just being on the phone with him and drove 35 min to get the phone i payed for. He told me he couldnt do anything/wave the fee or give me a credit after me getting to the other location. So I asked him who can I talk to, to get this issue resolved and he got quit and I asked him a again and he told me I dont know. Now im irritated and asked for his name he told me he wasnt giving it to me so I asked for his employee badge number and he proceeded to tell me he wasnt going to give it to me.Thankful for the women at the location who help me and gave me Austin maxwell information and im going to corporate. I am VERY upset because ive spent thousands with this company for this location to not wave or give me any compensation for their mistake and to be disrespected. NEVER will I go to this location again and would not recommend it to anyone.

Dave is very personable. Knowledgeable, after our purchase got us going in no time, gave us a few days for any questions, and we had many, and had an appointment with him. He not only answered all questions but also showed us so many other things regarding our phone, we are Internet illiterate, he was patient and made sure we knew what we doing before we left the store. PAYTON - the worst employee AT&T has there who was incredibly rude and told me to go to another store when there was a good 30 mins before the store was to be closed. I mean, how rude can an employee be, she just sits there on the chair and just is rude. Learn something about customer satisfaction or customer experience when you have time Payton. AT&T will lose customers just because of arrogant and rude people like you. If you don’t want to do your job till the closing time then take leave and sit home. Don’t take the money and do nothing. PAYTON’S solution was this- go to another store which is 15 mins away , I go to the car thinking that’s how some people are and I see her mocking me though the glass doors. what the hell? Are you for real you arrogant rude person.**I am a teetotal for one. And I did not hear her say have a nice day at all. But I clearly heard her say ‘ get out of my store’ !

I bought a new phone and had major problems with it. I had a limited time to return the phone. The problem was that I told the rep we were returning to Illinois for the summer. I went to return the phone to a corporate store in Illinois and learned that it had to be returned to the same AZ franchise. The rep told me it had to be returned in person. I could not ship it back. The manager refused to help me resolve this.I suggest that customers only purchase from a corporate store, not an authorized a t and t dealer.

This was the worst experience Ive ever experienced in a retail store. Not only did Matthew Trannon not care about the problems I was having with my AT&T service he was very condescending, curt and to be blunt a jerk.Do not shop at the AT&T store, it is a 3rd party store calling themselves AT&T. It is not a corporate store and doesnt give a damn.Matthew Trannon should fine tune his customer service skills. If he doesnt, he will get nowhere just like his football and basketball skills got him nowhere.

This place is a mess. I walked in to 3 reps helping 3 people and 2 ahead of me. Not a greeting, not a well be with you shortly, sorry but our wait is xxxx. Silence. I proceeded to wait in our self appointed line for 40 plus minutes. Never heard one word from an associate. I then walked out and told everyone behind me to leave now or never get this time back. I see on their website the company is all excited about expanding. I think the focus should be on creating a quality experience for customers, training the staff up to modern day customer service techniques and then work on replicating. Replicating mediocrity isnt a way to create long term value for customers and owners alike.I Highly recommend driving right past this place and head to AT&T at Gilbert and Germann. Your wait may not be much better but the customer service will blow this place away

No integrity to be found here! Promised a free phone in late 2016 as part of a promotion, but since the consultant (snicker) configured things slightly differently (resulting in more revenue for AT&T), it was later found to not qualify. Customer service said deal with the store, the store said deal with customer service. My advice: deal with another carrier.

Very poor service last night. I am a long-time AT&T customer and have been since before AT&T bought out Cingular wireless many, many years ago (before the smart phone if you can remember that far back). I have been thinking about whether or not to write a review since last night. But I was still upset this morning about the service (or lack thereof). My family and I were received very cordially by a young man and asked to wait until an associate came back off her break. We agreed, as we were in no hurry. When she returned, we were brought to her workstation to discuss our options to sign a new 2 yr. agreement and get two new phones. I had obviously done my research with Verizon and T-Mobile to see where wed like to land on pricing. Our AT&T associate blew through some options so fast, it seemed like she didnt take a breath. Her fingers and mouse clicked around very quickly (you could tell she has done this for a while). The verdict, Id end up paying almost $50 more per month if I wanted to stick with a 24 month contract, or $30 more per month if I wanted to extend my contract to 30 months. It sounded like I was buying a car. She told me that I would lose two credits I had on my account that AT&T generously gave me sometime in February of last year (apparently out of the goodness of their hearts), although I dont remember my bill ever going down. I asked about what credit I could get for trading in two iPhone 5C, and she told me the credit could not be used against the new phones, and only toward accessories in the store. WHAT?? She then argued with me about why I have signed my last contract, I guess thinking she could read my mind. I think that is what upset me the most. She insisted I made decisions about staying with AT&T over the years due to their better deal at the time. So much for brand loyalty. I asked about deals similar to Verizon and T-Mobile. She stated that I needed to be a new customer and that existing customers really dont get any deals. Well, as I said, I did my research. There is a Verizon store right across the street from this store. Im going to pay about $10 more per month for my family plan. But Im willing to in order to show AT&T who is running off their supporedly most valued customers. At least that is what the letter said I got from Dana Cogswell, Executive Director, Customer Relationship Manager about a week ago. I know it was probably just an ad. But she did say she appreciated me and I was a valued customer. I did NOT get the same message from this store, or this associate.

Kind of upset that we left with a free phone after signing up for one of their deals, but then get a letter 3 days later saying we didnt qualify for that particular deal, now we have to pay $800 for the phone if its not returned...shouldnt the accept or decline be done right there and then?! Kind of a bummer.
