If you enjoy being swindled and not ever getting your product, be sure to use this store!I have never left a negative review before, but I need to outline how the staff will out right lie to your face about ordering your product and never following up. This is an experience I had late last year, and it still annoys me to this day every time I drive by this store.When the iphone 12 Max became available, my spouse and I went to this Verizon authorized store, as it is close to our home, in anticipation of ordering some phones and moving onto Verizon from AT&T. We went through the motions with a pleasant sales rep of ordering 2 phones under a promotion deal and were told they would ship to the store within a week.After a week went by and no phone call. I reached out to them and they said they would look up the order and call me back. Two days and no call back later, I phoned again. Once again they said they would look up the order status and call me back. Well after 3 more days, guess what happened? No phone call!!Out of frustration we went to a REAL Verizon store where they could not find any orders placed under our name or under the temporary phone numbers they were supposedly provisioned under (so we could port our current numbers over upon arrival).The Verizon rep at the REAL store said many of these retailers falsely place new orders for customers so they can pad their inventory with new product. Unfortunately we fell victim to this scam and ended up starting a fresh order just in time for us to still be able to utilize the new phone promotion deal they had been advertising.If you are considering doing any business at this Verizon Victra store, do yourself a favor and drive the additional few miles to a REAL Verizon store!!

Overall I had a positive experience while I was in this Verizon store. My wife and I were being helped by Kordell, who was the friendliest and nicest worker from all my experiences in the store. His customer service went above and beyond my expectations, he even stayed after the store closed to help fix our issue with a phone. 10/10 recommended if you visit the store ask for Kordell.

I typically do not leave bad reviews. But I think it is wise for me to share my experience so others can be informed prior to choosing to work with this store.I came into the store on 12/21/2020 to order some Apple watches.I was told they would ship on 12/30/2020I followed up the first week of January to see if they had arrived. They said they had not.I followed up the next week and they said one had arrived.I came into the store on 01/15/2021 to pick up the watch that had arrived. They said that now two of the watches has arrived BUT they are unable to fully process the order until all three devices arrive. They then said the third device would arrive on 01/16/2021.I am currently in the store on 01/17/2021 and they are now telling me that none of the watches are here and they have no idea what happened. They have no tracking number or no explanation. Just a month of waiting with the run around and no solutions.As I write this review I am waiting for them to cancel my order. I will now work with Apple directly or Verizon directly. I will not work Victra the “authorized dealer.”

Just got my new iPhone from Verizon in a south Chandler, and Angel did an awesome job helping me out! He stayed after hours to help me set everything up, and even walked me out to my car. Quite the gentleman! I’ve been using this particular Verizon store for all my needs for the last several years and have always been happy with the outstanding customer service! Nowadays, I’m happy to see the extra precautions being taken to ensure cleanliness of the store and safety of customers. Thanks for all your help Angel! This is a top notch crew. I did not get pressured into buying anything that I didn’t want. I was so impressed by the support that I received that I wanted to know who the manager was. The manager happened to be working and he introduced himself as CJ. I was in the store for about an hour and it didn’t seem that long because the employees had great energy, which made for great conversation. I will only use this location for my future cellular needs. Great job guys!

Jay was very patient with us as we discussed all of our options and changed our minds three times. He almost didn’t sign us up for the plan we wanted but in the end we got what we wanted and given all the options we discussed I can’t blame him. In this crazy time of COVID-19 when they only saw 5 customers all day, all 3 associates had a very positive attitude even though my wife and I were the only customers in the building the entire time we were there.

Christian and CJ promoted a $440 promotion that they have failed to follow through with when I upgraded my daughters phone. I have contacted the manager, Jesse Schromen who promised a resolution but like his employees has not followed through. I have been a Verizon customer for over twenty years and have never experienced such treatment. I have communicated my concern to Verizon corporate and if not resolved will take it to the next level. After this experience I will never use a Verizon retailer again and will only work with corporate stores. I have posted this after contacting the store in person three times, Victra Vetixon twice and the manager twice. This Verizon retailer is dishonest and not trustworthy.

CJ Is awesome to say the least. I was on a time crunch and really needed a new phone as fast as possible since i dropped my phone in the pool. CJ was careful, fast and efficient. He knew his products and was able to set me up with everything i needed and got me discounts where i didn’t even know i could get discounts! He is also funny and friendly. Made my day. Very frustrating experience for a simple eligible iphone upgrade. First they did not call when phone shipped in, I tracked it and stopped in. Then spent an hour while they figured out their billing in their system. They stated this was not typical and I do believe them. They emailed my wife prior to Christmas, so spoiled the surprise there. Then lastly, I received the first bill where they billed me twice for the phone and also an upgrade fee. Just spent an hour on the phone with verizon to have them remove the $590 in double fees. Will stick to the actual verizon store in the future.

I purchased my phone from a different Verizon store which was a CORPORATE STORE, and they would NOT activate my new phone and transfer the information from the old one...remember they sold it to me.After explaining my story to Preston, he did not hesitate to help me and he got my phone completely set up.I am so grateful that I found this Verizon store and I will be doing business here from now on!Plus, all of the employees there were very very nice.Thanks guys!

In a day and age where communications services can be somewhat unclear/expensive, this location took all necessary measures to ensure my questions and concerns were handled. I was upgrading and adding lines to a plan- it was taking a long time. CJ and Angel stayed almost an hour after the store closed to make sure everything was properly connected and the syncs had completed successfully. Not only was the experience professional, but CJ and Angel made it enjoyable as well. True professionals and wonderful representatives of their company and it’s brand. I will absolutely, without a doubt, zero hesitations- be returning to this location for any and all cellular needs moving forwards. We finally have a Verizon store in the Southern Chandler area that provides excellent customer service! Our family has been a loyal Verizon customer for about 15 years. During that time, we have visited many stores. Sadly, some of the stores in the area lack excellent customer service. When the moment came to update my iPhone I decided to visit the newest Verizon store in the area, which is conveniently located about two miles from our home. When I went inside the store, Trace immediately welcomed me with a smile. He also listened to my requests and proceeded to explain the available options to me. Trace was very professional! He was a great listener, very patient, and obviously very knowledgeable of his products. The particular phone and color that I ultimately selected was in high demand and was not available at the store; it needed to be ordered. When the phone arrived at the store two days later, Trace immediately called to inform me. Once again, I had to interact with Trace. Once in the store, I had the opportunity to see Trace’s leadership and multi-tasking skills in action one more time. Even when there were several customers in the store, he provided me excellent service while making sure that the other customers have also been assisted by other team members. I never felt rushed. When I noticed that some of the other employees approached Trace for assistance, I assumed that he was one of the Assistant Managers. To my surprise, Trace indicated that he is not a part of the store management. I was kind of surprised. My professional background is in Human Resources. After many years in the field, I can easily recognize a valuable employee. I believe that the store is fortunate in having an employee like Trace. From now on, Verizon Victra is ‘my’ store and I don’t want to deal with any other employee other than Trace.

When I Stopped in the store with a level 5 emergency, my phone was doing crazy light show kinda stuff! Plus it was stuck in safe mode so I had no access to any apps. Preston and Daniel both helped me out. They went above and beyond in assisting me and got me into another phone with minimal fuss. Horrible customer service. Go to a Verizon owned store. Went to get a new phone they change my plan on my phone and my wifes phone told me it would be the same charge it was not. They took my old phone said I was going to get a $250 credit. Later found out the upcharge on the new plan was actually going to pay the credit. Went back to get my old phone they said they did not have it anymore now I am out the $200 my phone was worth. The manager TJ told me he would make some calls and get back to me. Ive called him a number of times With no return call . Not sure how he got the manager title but he has 0 customer service.

This seems so Karen-y, but it is a frustrating situation. Need a business phone emergency style. Got there before closing, only one person on staff. Refused service because of the situation. We went to this store to get the latest advertised deal Verizon was offering on 6/13/2018. While the process to get our account changed and get our new phones activated took much longer than anticipated, Preston, was able to work with us, and with many other customers in this very busy store, to get the multiple issues resolved on our account. We were guided through the entire process and are very pleased with our new phones and plans.We were also witness to an unpleasant incident with a Verizon customer while waiting for our data transfers. A couple apparently were told by Verizon that they could return a purchase at any Verizon store, but this store is a Victra store and not a corporate store. The customers, upon being told they could not return the items, became verbally abusive with the Victra employees. During this scene, Preston was courteous and professional. Once the arguments escalated, Preston told them to leave the store as the scene became quite bothersome. the couple finally did. This is the correct way to handle unruly customers who decide it is better to make a scene than work with the store. It is never a win-win situation when you become rude.

This store should not be allowed to have the Verizon name associated with it. I have never encountered a staff as rude as this store has. The manager said his name is Preston but he hands out a business card with Damien Smith (assistant manager) name on it. God knows if we talked to Preston or with Damien. Either way, this person should not be working with people. He has a temper, is rude and complete disregard for peoples time. We ended up waiting for a very long time only to have him tell us he cant take the return. Mind you, we were in the 14 day grace period, walked into another store and returned the items right away. I will contact the Victra franchise and the Verizon customer service to complain about them. Save yourself some time and unpleasant experience and go to a corporate Verizon store or do it online.

I am rating this Verizon store one star because I can’t rate them a zero. The customer service is horrific. I stopped in to ask for assistance with a phone problem and was spoken to like I was an idiot. I have been a loyal Verizon customer for over 20 years and the “customer service representative” or what ever title he has, never bothered to ask me my name, my account info, or expressed any concern for me as a Verizon customer or the problem I was having. Very disappointing!
