Would have given 5 stars but the valet driver was kind of rude. She said we couldnt use their service again because one window would not roll down in the persons car I was ridding with. They offer masks if you forget yours.

Before you can enter the casino they require you to look into a camera for facial recognition. They have all the usual gambling amenities and restaurants like other casinos but I did not experience the warm, welcoming, and winning environment as compared to other casinos. I definitely will skip this one in the future.

Big Bright Beautiful Slots! The Casino was very clean and felt quite comfortable there.They had a very large selection of those splendidly fun to play bigger than life slot machines. There were also the card tables along with baccarat and craps! Those were pretty popular.The Staff were all friendly that I interacted with. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because I didnt come out ahead!

Security guards are friendly and I really appreciate their holding the doors for my wife in her wheel chair. Am surprised there arent automatic door openers for wheelchair accessibility. (actually having the security guards assist us made our visit feel more friendly & personable than automatic door openers could have).

I had a great time at wild horse pass.. I lost $1,100 but I didnt do anything that I couldnt do.. and it was still a good time.. I left my club member card at lone Butte casino last week so I didnt get to show my play for this morning. I will get another club member card when I come back. . I would love to come there for a overnight stay so whenever I am eligible for a complimentary room please let me know.. thank you so much and stay blessed

Love eating at Ling and Louies. Staff are awesome, and always work with me to get a vegan option. Ive had three different dishes, and have loved them all. Very reasonable. Then I go to Fatburger and have some of the best fries ever. Cheap date. Not much of a casino person.

This was my first time staying at Wild Horse Pass Hotel and Casino. I was kind of disappointed in the room, being a high-end Casino. It was slightly smaller than I expected, but it did have a modern design. The one other disappointment was the air conditioning in the room. No matter how cool you try to make the room, it stays at one temperature, and takes forever to cool the room. If youre here just to gamble, party I need a place to crash this room is for you. If you are here to experience comfort and relaxation and all the amenities the casino has to offer, is hotel is a disappointment. Pick your poison.

Happy thats its smoke free! Casino is small, rooms are small. I chose to stay here with my kids because our AC broke and I wanted a resort close to home. Online it did not mention that all there pools are under construction.. I would have cancelled if I had known. Thankfully ac will be repaired quickly

Im not going to mention the tiny nuances because in spite of the little stuff, this place is AWESOME!!!If you get a chance, go see Justin Shandor perform his Elvis impersonation, you will swear he is cloned from Elvis DNA.

Wild Horse is a great place to play the slots. The majority of the time I go away winning a little something. I always have to stop in at Ling & Louies Restaurant too. Great and delicious menu items! Lone Buttes slots are too tight and restaurant choices are poor.

My favorite place to gamble hotels are nice to could come around more often and ask you if you wanted something to drink

Casino area was a typical well organized gaming area. Clean. I also realize renovations are necessary, but everything else was in renovation and!or in renovation and closed. I struggled giving the complex a free star because of this but can see a potential for the future. But it did not help me on my visit.

A Beautiful Casino/Hotel with Very Nice Rooms, yet the Worse Experience I Have Endured at Any of the 9 Casinos Ive Recently Stayed. Arriving from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport at 11pm I Quickly Paid $205 for my Basic Room for One Night Stay and Headed Downstairs to Start Playing Slots with my $3000 in tow. I Needed Water or Soda. There are No Self Service Beverage Stations. There are No Servers. Security Personnel Advised me to get Water from the One Bar that was Open, so there I went. I WAS TOLD WATER WILL COST ME $1.00! I Needed a Players Card or a Slot Machine Ticket at their Establishment IF I WANTED MY WATER FOR FREE. I EXPLAINED I JUST ARRIVED AND CHECKED INTO THEIR HOTEL AND HAVE NOT YET SIGNED UP FOR THEIR PLAYERS CARD OR HAVE I SAT DOWN FOR SLOTS BECAUSE I WAS THIRSTY. He Explained their Policy Again to me. I TRIED PAYING THEIR $1 WATER FEE WITH ONE OF MY 30 HUNDRED DOLLAR BILLS BUT THEY DID NOT HAVE $99 CHANGE. HE THEN DECIDED TO GIVE ME FREE WATER!! BUT ONLY AFTER HE ONCE AGAIN EXPLAINED THEIR WATER POLICY.I QUICKLY WENT TO THE HOTEL AND GOT A REFUND FOR THE $205 BASIC ROOM.I MANAGED TO EXPLAIN Why Im LEAVING AFTER 20 MINS TO 4 DIFFERENT EMPLOYEES.ALL 4 EMPLOYEES SAID THEIR WATER DOES INDEED COST $1.00!Now I sit out front of this establishment waiting for Uber vowing to never return.

We did not stay in the hotel but went to the casino. Of the local casinos this was our favorite. We are moving to the area so had to try out all the casinos. Wild Horse has a great vibe, it was fun and the machines actually paid off. It did not seem dark, and smelly either.

Enjoyed the slots, played some poker.However, they moved the poker room to Lone Butte Casino.

Slots seem tighter than they used to be. Great hotel, even through ongoing construction and additions. Rewards system isnt the best but all in all we had fun

The new big video screen sound system by the tables is extremely loud. You cannot hear the dealers as it is with them all wearing masks, then add insanely loud music (and horrible music at that, know your audience & think about the audience you want to attract, you wanna attract a Chris Brown crowd you get broken doors) and sound effects make it nearly impossible to hear. Which makes it difficult for the dealer to get the pit bosses attention when there is a pay in/out, etc.. Case in point, playing Baccarat, 6/7 of the table won big on Dragon so we all had to wait for a pit boss to come verify all the pay outs and the poor dealer could not get the pit bosses attention, so we all sit there like idiots until a pit boss looks up from playing on their phone or having personal conversations with each other. If you want to be true Vegas-style gambling then your pit bosses need to step up and do their jobs. You wanna be a big boy professional casino, then act like it.

Checked in late night with my two teens expecting a nice breakfast and a day at the pool. Kids were so excited we wake up and there is no pool. Staff was rude when I asked was there anything on the property that the children would be able to enjoy. Next as we check out I explained my disappointment with the situation and was told its posted online. I reserved my room on the phone and the hotel check in area also has nothing stating that the pool is closed. We would have canceled our reservations and enjoyed a different hotel that the children could swim in. Ruined something that was supposed to be fun.

My stay at this Resort was ok. Problems with the room were quickly taken care of by the Front Desk.The A/C was very loud but maintenance fixed it.I do have to complain about the lack of food at night at this Resort. I am a Diabetic and I need to eat because I take Insulin. The Pizza place does sell leftovers after hours till it’s gone. But nothing fresh can be ordered. All the other restaurants are either closed at night or just closed. This Resort would be a lot nicer with better food choices.Also Please do something about your Fly infestation.Call an exterminator.Th Flys are really bad in the restaurant areas. It’s not just unhygienic.It’s Gross!Also Lots of walking for your smoking customers to get outside. There needs to be more exits than one for customers to get outside. I can’t walk without a cane and the distance that I had to walk to get outside was really difficult.I did have a good time at the Wild Horse Pass but please improve… everything can always be better. I had a planned surgery & was losing it mentally DUE 2 I have a neck, knee & back brace; now needed surgery on something else. My boyfriend surprised me with a room & we ate at one of the restaurants I believe it was Asian food. ROOM & FOOD WERE AMAZING! Staycation. Before really a healingcation

Ive been to many casinos and I gave to say this one is the best so far. Clean, friendly staff, and the casino design is awesome. I am not a big gambler but I love the selection of gambling machines.

I took My husband to Wild Horse pass to spend the night for his birthday. We showed up mid afternoon and were really surprised at how empty the place was. Figured it out quite quickly after that. Most of their machines were down. I dont know if they were new and not set up yet or if they had just shut them down but needless to say we were not happy that so many machines were not usable. We were not happy about having to wear a mask since its very difficult to drink when you have a mask on. That was not an issue however since we could not find a waitress to order drinks anyway. Long story short we were very disappointed in customer service all the way around. Waitresses with bad attitudes Terrible customer service. The food was on point, the Room was excellent.. Just too bad they cant hire people who can at least fake a smile. Its too bad really, cause we were there to spend money and have a great time. When all we really wanted to do after all that was just go to another casino.

Been going for years now and like some of the new updates, cant wait to see what rooms are going to look like and cost, I never win so I gave up 🤣 but see others win, so I go for food and friends and the food is still good. Follow me here. Have a good time out there

Ate at the Thai restaurant which was the best food ever. Wish they had more around the valley.Gambling was great too! Came out with more than I went in with! Yea!

The dining room had plenty of seats and had great food most days. The entre always came with a fountain drink and a fair assortment of deserts. I always went for the cheese cake. Not bad for a free meal as an employee.

This is a good casino, probably second best in Phoenix. Its not Vegas, but nothing else really is. Conveniently located just off the 10 and 202 for us West Valley types. :-) We were not impressed by the service at a couple of the restaurants. Being busy is not an excuse for being rude, and while probably not intentional, still unacceptable. We just politely shrugged it off this time and the rest of our stay was fun.

This is a good place to be if your looking for some entertainment any day of the week. They could utilize the casino floor space better, and add more games. They need more drink servers and thats about it. The restaurants are great. If they get rid of FAT BURGER, i will have to change my review and mark them down to 3 stars. This is 1 of 2 Fat Burgers left in the state that i know of.

This was a very nice hotel..if I had to give it anything negative. It would be the location. Not really near stuff. Ans they had construction going on. The room was nice. Super clean. Nice size room. It is also a casino. So if you like to gamble this is perfect for you. I did not get a chance to order anything to eat. So I am not sure how the food was. There is a out mall mall less than half a mile away. So if you like to shop you have that to look forward to also. But overall I had a nice experience there. Just an overnight stay. And the employees I dealt with were very nice. So yes I reccomend this hotel. And the price of the rooms were affordable

Checked in past 1am, the AC unit in the room was set to 72 but felt pretty warm so we kept trying to adjust it and it would not lower. We left at 8am instead of staying until checkout because it was so uncomfortable and difficult to sleep. We tried to report this to the ladies at the front desk and they had attitudes and asked why we didn’t call it in. We spoke to a supervisor with long purple nails and she was unhelpful and unprofessional in response and offered no remorse or solution to the issue. For a “resort” with no functioning pool, ongoing construction for a year, and rooms priced so high, you would think they would try to accommodate people without an attitude. I would not recommend staying here.

Small compared to California casinos but awesome nonetheless. Had a good time. One of the few casinos I have actually won at.

I have had 2 back to back terrible experiences. The first time I had the guard make inappropriate comments about my age and the fact that I had kids young. Completely inappropriate. (They are my boyfriends kids, but that doesnt matter). I spoke with someone who was very nice, so I came back. Next trip, my boyfriend had a voucher for a new room, but his bank doesnt process hotel stay holds, so like we did in the past, we were going to put it on my card. They changed the policy only days earlier, which meant it had to be in HIS name. They never notified us (,or anyone) of the change. We traveled all the way to Phoenix from out of town to have them tell us they wouldnt let us stay. We asked if we could talk to the manager (I know what that sounds like, but we werent asking in a rude way). The girl next to the girl helping us incredibly rudly said, Im the manager and Id tell you the same thing. It wasnt just the situation, it was the complete disdain she said it with. She could have approached it with respect, tried to help is out in another way, or something. We might have continued gambling there. But instead they left us without a room and we had to encroach on family and sleep in their living room. Im telling my colleagues and family not to go here after such terrible treatment. The food at their Asian restaurant and the pizza at Rizzos isnt very good. And Ive bought fries twice at the burger place, and they werent fully cooked. Rooms themselves are pretty nice, just wish the construction was done. The Cafe has some really kind servers. I wish these factors made up for our experience.

Room was decent but pretty small for what Im used too. No pool because of reconstruction, which sucked because its hot as hell this time of year. Casino was ok nothing spectacular. I would definitely try to book elsewhere just for ambiance next time!

They charge you for drinks while playing cards. I wasnt able to use the $25 from getting a player card and spinning the wheel. Then they told me I would as out of luck because it was yesterday. I would give it one star, but the Asian restaurant, and the cafe are pretty good. The waitresses were awesome too.

Fun and friendly place. Though I didnt get to play long, as I did not even get a teaser win. It was pretty busy that night and the staff that I interacted with were all courteous and polite despite them being super busy. That is always a nice thing to experience.

Very disappointing. Reservations were over the phone. Was not informed of construction or the fact that there was no pool. Why in Arizona would you have your pool under construction in the middle of summer. Management position is sorry. No fat comment just sorry. Can we go to the pool at your sister company vee queva NOPE. I paid for two rooms for our friends 60th birthday. My daughter drove 60 miles to bring my granddaughters to play in the pool only to find no pool. This was my parents favorite casinos. Management had a chance to make this right simply by allowing us to go to the another 5 miles down the road and play in the pool. Nope! With all the casinos around here this will be my last stay.

First time going to this casino. We went to get something to eat for lunch. We saw Fullhouse Cafe and werent aware that they close a certain time, but they took us in and seated us. Food and customer service was excellent! Thank you and we look forward to visiting again!

Had a staycation with my wife. Room was great, just bummed that the pool was closed due to expansion construction. Enjoyed our stay, Shulas Steak House was awesome

Nice casino and good food. Just dont expect to sleep while staying here if your neighbors decide to speak while in theyre room. Neighbors talking at a normal level, even whispers are loud and clear through the walls or vents. Honestly like sharing a room with strangers. What a terrible design. I have never stayed in a hotel that had this poor of privacy. At this time I would reccomend staying elsewhere.

Spent a decent amount of money too stay here for the room to be half cleaned, staff is rude especially the security. Was literally followed from the elevator to the parking garage because I had a hydro flask and we had coffee! From the room! But was questioned about bringing alcohol on the casino floor. The staff has no standard of operations. Check ID at door.... Sometimes. Get harassed for food because they FORCE YOU TO WALK THROUGH THE CASINO. A waste of money. Cant even find anyone in charge. Dont recommend at all.Update: Was asked to send an email to speak with someone...... No response too multiple email. Id ask for a refund again if I felt they do anything. They only care about the rating not the guest.

It was OK. With so many casino options I was a little disappointed this time. After my Daddy and I were playing a machine for a while I finally got up to get us sodas. Finally, a while later did a very quite young lady pushing a cart came by and I think she said drinks?? My Dad and I had forgotten our cards so we went to get replacements at the kiosk. His was quick and no problem. I then went to do mine and it was asking me for my pin? I tried to enter it but the screen wasnt working I guess🤔. So I played without. 😏We left early to check out another casino.

It had been quite some time since I stepped foot in this casino. The last time I was there over 10 years ago they just had the old and new gila River casino they were not very fancy. But wild horse pass has really stepped it up. In fact both of the casinos are really nice. But wild horse pass really did a number with their reservations. Its beautiful on the inside and there are restaurants throughout the casino. The machines look nice, theyre well on their way with the new hotel buildings and honestly its somewhere I see myself staying in the future. I went tonight and only wanted to spend 20 bucks. I just wanted to see how it looked at the renovations. I was impressed and I walked out with 53 bucks after playing for 2 hours. Ive got pretty good strategy when it comes to betting on slots but I have my bad days where $20 is the last more than 10 minutes. But then again Ive had my good days but not yet at this casino. For my first gambling experience since they reopened I am very impressed. I would definitely recommend this casino to others and people visiting as well.

The new craps tables are great! Downside is they have trash cans right next to the tables and the flies are almost unbearable. When I asked if they could be relocated and the flies are a problem..I was told no. Otherwise once the fly/trash can problem is resolved and the dealers really learn the game it will be an excellent experience all around.

Dont come you wont win. Theirs druggies everywhere. Huge beettles crawling around the outside. The staff is rude. Nobody wants to help. Most of their machines are janky. Go to Casino Arizona at least they have a gift shoo thats open everyday. Btw no reception.

Very good social distance. I wish they will allow the extra chairs for the non working machines to be use to sit next to my husband as I accompany play. Since you cannot sit and play next to him due to the social distance. But I enjoy watch him play.

Had a good time here always pass it on I-10 it is right there and has there own exit. They are building another huge hotel there right now. Did hit a few machines for some nice pay outs. I dis give most of it back. The place is spacious and lots of machines there were quite a few i never played they dont have them at Tucson or other casinos in phoenix. Was always intimidated by the shear size of the place. Had a lot of fun and will go back next time i am in phoenix. Although i did hit bonus a few times betting a good wager of over 2 dollars to 4 and the payouts were low but the line hits were impressiveHighest hit 234.00 dollars on a 2.45 bet.

I absolutely love that the casino isnt filled with musty stinky smoke anymore! I hope they keep it like this! The music was way too loud last time I came & was hard to talk to others while I was there. The dealers at the tables need more personality & kindness as they are so dull & cold most of the time.

First time here. Pretty nice place friendly environment. FAT BURGERS INSIDE the casino was on point..VERY GOOD. Won a little on slots then lost it. if I dont see the slots give a little more next time probably wont return. I didnt see anybody hitting anything all night kinda boring when NOBODY IS WINNING..but its worth another chance. At least 1 more.

Room was clean, generally liked that, but they didnt have a pool (which we didnt know about before we got there) and the set up because of construction is confusing and annoying. Also, the Asian restaurant there was great!

Went to see and hear One of These Nights, an Eagles tribute concert at the on-site auditorium. Seating somewhat uncomfortable, bar expensive; but, it is first and foremost a casino!On-line tickets purchased through TicketMaster, cost more; go to box office for tickets!

Throughly enjoyed recent Bob Seger and ABBA cover band concerts. Recovering from Covid, fewer nice dining spots than a couple of years ago.

Im sure it *will be* lovely but not so much right now. I wish I knew about all the construction before I booked it. The room as pretty basic, but clean and room service wasnt available (maybe due to Covid).

We celebrate my son’s 16th birthday and the server is extremely professional with all meals, atmosphere is good and we had fantastic dining experiences here.

You can always be sure to take home a good memory and maybe some money if you cash out sooner than later......

We will never come back! Weve been there numerous times. My wife tried to get a replacement players card. She was told it wasnt her, because she got a new drivers license, and the first name was on one line, and the last was on the second! They told her it looked fraudulent!Her picture was on the computer as was her address. The ended up giving her a card. It didnt work! Very poor customer service!

They had some construction going on out on the gaming floor . It was a little loud. Also they had a lot of machines that were out of sevice. They might be replacing them.Getting Drinks, alcohol and soft drinks always seems to be a challenge here. Unless you sit at the bar.

This was the worst stay I’ve ever had here or anywhere else for that matter. At 11 pm there was a lot of loud arguing going on so I notified the front desk. They did come up. Again at 3am same thing different room! Didn’t call...too tired. Would not feel safe walking halls when this is going on. What’s wrong with people? Bathroom sink only gave you hot hot water. When checking out all we got was gee sorry. Me? Not impressed in the least!

My wife and inlaws visited here early March really nice place. I felt like everyone respected each others spaces. My wife likes the slots I like roulette trying out the video roulette for the first time I like it nothing like actual chips and table but I definitely will play again. Big bonus was smoke free area very nice.
