Looking for a little fun tonight and Gila River Casino provide the entertainment. The Casino was clean with safety protocols in mind. Went around 9:30pm. This was the perfect time because it wasnt very crowded. Looking forward to my return visit.

No buffet in sight.Hard time finding the Card area.No place for drivers to parkNo venting machine with descent food in it. Just a compliment breakfast. No pool nor hot tub insightDrinks werent free...you had to buy them. Real when people come to the casino and drop $ 500.00 or more. They should get more for their money worth.No shuttle service for professional drivers. Real.. if you did you would get more money coming in.

Poker room is great for low level stakes. Have kiosk to oder food from food court and they deliver to poker table. They have progressive table games and Push 22 blackjack which is really fun along with panda dragon baccarat.

Great place to gamble. It is very clean and well kept. The staff is amazing and the bartenders are nice and will listen to your stories if its not busy, but very professional. Amazing place to eat. No free alcohol if youre gambling, the staff is unfriendly, and most of the machines automatically choose how much you can bet per hand. Nice looking casino but not worth it.

Zero stars if I could. Dirtiest casino I have ever been to, and I frequent Downton vegas. The bathrooms are not kept. Every toilet is literally filled with feces. The staff is rude. Treat you like a nusiance with simple questions like where is the bathroom, or how late is the food court open:. It felt like I was a problem to them.I am a frquent gambler, diamond at harrahs and gold at mlife. This establishment will not recieve another dollar from me. I was asked to leave after 2 tiny beers in the high limit area. I won a decent amount of money and cant help but think they didnt want me around anymore. I bought a round for the bar, and tipped well. Went for a smoke and security came up asking me to leave. Utterly dumbfounded, i dared asked what i did wrong and the only answer i received was your bathroom habits were suspicious. I quickly explained the medication i was on, showed them the prescription, beyond embarrassed, having to admit to anyone that I have digestive issues. I was met with the same response, i had to leave. I did nothing wrong but go to the bathroom. . And win money. I felt like a criminal when i was escorted out. Never in my decades of casino gambling have I ever been treated this way.

I love playing Blackjack here at Lone Butte and Wild Horse Pass. I went to both casino in one night and won the jackpot on blackjack with the side bet paying 10 to 1. Definitely worth my while. Last night I went back over to Lone Butte and had just as much fun as the night before. Both nights I left with way more than I came with.

Here strictly to eat late night that isnt fast food. Note: one would think that being a Native owned and run casino, that a staple Native food, in this case called a Native Taco, that it would be made properly!? Being married to a Native, I can without question state that their popover/fry bread was waaaay too thin. Additionally the green chili was flavorless. Hopefully the owners or powers that be will read this and made corrections. On the plus side, the gentleman taking our order (cashier) and the Native young lady giving us our food were nice.

Clean location, with friendly staff. Never give me any grief about my service dog- unlike Casino AZ and Talk Stick. Its a more casual relaxed location. Im comfortable here if I just got off of work or wearing a formal dress.

Had a good time. My husband won a little and I lost a little but it was fun. Ate at the 24/7 Café and the salad that I had was amazing with chicken, grapes, nuts, poppy seed dressing and more.

I had a great time. It was my birthday. They gave me $10 free play, which was cool as hell. The casino wasnt crowded at all on Sunday. I didnt loose either. I came home $8 ahead. Good experience. Lost my money but it was a really nice casino. Staff is upbeat and happy. Poker room is really nice compared to wild horse pass. Same dealers different casino. Only negative is the private bar for the poker room was not up to par. I am a bourbon man and as such I know my brands. They tried to serve me well or close to well beverage when I asked for a knob creek ol fashioned. I returned it once and asked for another and then got a watered down well drink and decided to send it back without a refund. Positive is that Chris the bartender at the river side bar I think its called is awesome. Since I found him I will pay extra for the waiter/waitress to go to him for my drink. He was awesome. Not good at making mixed drinks; old fashions, whiskey sour. The back bar by the card tables does make a good 7 & 7. Everything is electric here except black jack tables. Personally I enjoy seeing the old stuff, like in Vagas, where you get actual people manning the roulette tables. Etc.

My hubby likes to gamble so I go with him often. This casino was by far the most unclean, restrooms were disgusting(I visited 2. Restrooms. They were both the same.) I barely saw any drink servers. When I finally went to the bar to get water with ice. Bartender was annoyed that I when there, was rude. We will not be returning to this place

Must have a mask on and a temperature check at door, which is great and shows there serious about your health...I never got the good vibes from this casino. Been there at least 200 times. But in the past 10 months Ive been here 30-40 times and walked out the door ahead at least 20-30 times. Its a very good casino with absolutely the best staff anywhere in the valley for casinos. Very friendly and actually very happy even though this pandemic. I am going to recommend to everyone.. also has the latest up to date slot machines. Plenty of places to eat and drink plenty of rest rooms . And plenty of waitresss to come to your machine and get your drink. Remember to tip the waitresses they are working hard thru this and they are still smiling and happy.I love this place and I am on my way there now..Update. 09/06/2021I still love lone Butte casino. Still having fun even when I lose.. lolThe restaurant is open. they have a lot of new games and promotions. Even though its back to full capacity I still havent seen the place packed. I lost money but absolutely enjoyed my time and the warm greetings I was met with by the staff. By the end of the night I connected with a beautiful person and it was definitely meant to be. Thank you for providing this beautiful, safe, and fun place where we could make this happen.

I really loved that it is still 🚭. I dont miss coming out smelling like an ashtray!! The machines always seem to be pretty lose, you just have to know when to walk away, LOL! I miss the bar/lounge area with the live band but Im hoping they may be turning it into a sports book!!! Only time will tell.

Good place to gamble, but they need to bring back Pai How. Ate at the fast food counter and the shrimp basket with fries and a soda were a great value at $13.

Dont go with any expectation of winning because that will never happen. I am one local who just spent my last dollar in any of their casinos! To verify, just ask anyone leaving the place if they won anything. That would be a safe bet on no as the answer! And such a shame too, cause this used to be a fun place to go.

Great place to get out of arizona heat (114 today!) Pretty standard for an indian casino with slots and tables as well as a bar and restaurant. Its all non smoking and the club perks are standard as well. All in all - its whats expected so at least not a let down ( like golden acorn casino along highway 8 to San Diego)

Nice Casino, always pretty busy but havent ever had a hard time finding an open machine or table.The food at the food court has gone up in price.There is a little Cafe in the Casino that has some great food though that is worth the price.Dont see a lot of people getting hand pays, but the machines do pay out some times.

Is very clean place, workers are cane, so forgot my face mask and they provide me one, I thenk is nice of them, I well go again for relaxing.

Aaron at the River Bar always makes my visit the best. I didnt win anything this time but he is always so pleasant. 🙂

All, is good until a certain time then everything except the games shuts down.No food, no beverages, bathrooms are so gross 😫 and disgusting that you walk out.Oh, and the Management apparently has an idea that no clothing after midnight is ok, for these young girls that come in and dont gamble and to younge to drink. I love coming here for some black jack games! The Sports City Lounge is awesome and the bartenders are super friendly. The 24/7 Cafe has some of the best food you never would have thought of seeing there. The loaded curly fries are so good, I always get them with chicken and bacon. Also, I have never seen a place give such generous portions of meatballs with their subs! See pics for details!

Never had an issue with this casino til now. Well, maybe the fact that they hold on tight to every penny, but that’s my issue in coming here.I brought my mother here who is 85. She won some money and needed it handed out. My mother has early onset dementia so sometimes she is unpredictable. As I noticed she gave the employee $5. I got ready to go after him with a more appropriate but he sarcastically went and changed the $5 bill to a ticket, came over and said ‘“I forgot your change” and handed a ticket for $5. Didn’t even have the guts to say “it ok I don’t need the tip”First of all, if you win, the person handing you the money doesn’t deserve a penny. They didn’t do anything to deserve anything! They didnt even get me a drink!Signed, NEVER TIP AGAIN AND YOU SHOULDNT EITHER!!!

Great atmosphere. Great selection of slots. The employees were friendly and the service at the bar was fast. Slot machines were disinfected regularly. I do feel they need more workers disinfecting the machines during their busiest hours.

My go to casino in the valley. GILA RIVER has the best promotions for players that join there player club. I definitely recommend getting a players card if you visit. All you need is your drivers license.

Went in Saturday morning 7/31 I max bet about a half dozen progressive slots and walked out with $2000. My first experience at this casino. It was clean inside everyone was friendly.

Small, good covid guidelines, doesnt smell like smoke, but wish there was more service. There seemed to be more cocktail waitresses offering water after 2am than there were offering alcohol while it was still available.

I went to Lone Butte Casino yesterday to play bingo, I thought I got there early enough 3:45 to play evening bingo but it was sold out. I learned that the morning bingo players also got to get their bracelet for evening bingo which is not a good promotion. I know the capacity was 300 and the casino wanted people to come play while waiting. The machines did not pay out at all. I heard from several guests who was there since the morning and played slots while waiting for bingo. I myself played a couple machines. Since casino seems to be doing well and there is no smoking allowed you think the smoke burned chairs would be replaced. Thank you for the sanitation stations! I was able to wipe the machines down that I played on. The restroom were clean, but there was soap in one dispenser out of three same goes with towels. That was both women’s restrooms. I spent over two hours at the casino and saw the environmental staff once.Six feet should be at atm machine. I had to tell another guest to give me some space. Walking in the entrance at valet I did not see any markings for your guest to practice this as well. I seen a couple of 6 feet signs as well as heard over the speakers every now and then but didn’t see or hear employees advising in their areas as I walked your casino floors.

I really liked there floors they have massive amounts of games there that are injoyable to play.

Bartenders at the bar closest to main entry cantseem to make a decent mix drink. My old fashion (which they said they had stuff for) tasted like watered down bitters with cherries in it. Was VERY disappointed. My second drink was a simple whisky sour and they still some how managed to mess that up.... was straight up lemonade with extra lemon juice in it. Very tart..... also VERY disappointing. Went to the bar at the back by the card tables, a lady made me a 7&7 and was sooo much better than the first bar! These are basic bar drinks 101.... not sure how on earth the first bar even got their licenses if they cant do basic mixers...... 🥴Also, all machines are digital.. even the roulette table.... the only tables with actual dealers were black jack tables.... anyways, we wont be back here. 🤷🏼‍♀️ Vagas had more options and real people

Stayed at the hotel for thr first time. Had a great experience, staff was very helpful and friendly. I will be staying here again and recommending this hotel to all who ask.

Enjoyed the time at the Casino this afternoon. Plenty of slot machines. I noticed some new ones and Panda express was open. We ate dinner there, the food was tasty, yet we noticed that the prices have went up though. We had a decent time there, until we started donating our money. Lol

It’s just not fun anymore. When are they lifting the mask mandate? I enjoy sitting next to my husband and friends. Plexiglass in between everybody. Everybody required to wear a mask. Not to mention, my machine broke and it took 20 minutes to find anybody to help. Not a great birthday celebration.

Great! Since the shut down they have stopped allowing smoking in the building, and it seems carpet was replaced. You cannot smell smoke inside! Also well decided machines. We enjoy this casino most out of the valley casinos.Great job Gila River!

Nice place. They have a lot of different games. A hybrid of Talking stick and Diamond. You pick the level of play which is cool. 1-10 cents+ etc.

Slots are tight! Zero help if you need service. Wild Horse Casino is better, plus they have better restaurants.

The food was AMAZING!!! My husband had the burger with fries and I had the pasta with a bowl of pozole!!! The pozole was sooo good it tasted like my cousins!! I will for sure be going again to eat!

I visited Lone Butte about a month ago, and am pleased to note I left with $2,500+ more cash than I walked in with. So: A bad Review?I visit Lone Butte twice each year. In the last ten years these situations have been consistent.There is poor upkeep on the slot machines. I did not count the number of slot machines that worked as designed versus slots missing lights, non-functioning buttons, no sound or no sound control, or broken/cracked buttons. If forced to guess, I estimate over half of the machines I played had some maintenance flaw. Seats have multiple cigarette burns, and the Pandemic-safety panels often flop about as if they are about to fall.My only other reason for a low rating is due to my personal perception that Lone Buttes payouts are a lower percentage than other area Casinos. Check for yourself. Some area casinos payout 2 for 1 on 2 pair (Jacks or Better), and 9 to 1 on a Full House. Lone Butte pays out 1 to 1 on 2 pairs and 8 to one on a full house. Doesnt seem like much, but it can add up.I feel the slots do not pay as well as other local Casinos. You can check for yourself on some of the slots that cross across all casinos. Games in other Casinos pay 3 for any three bars on a 9 line machine, but Lone Butte paid 2.Outside of these perceptions, the place is vacuumed and dusted frequently. It is very clean.Alli

For a smaller casino they really have a very nice selection of slot machines. I won several times in 1 day! Staff were very courteous, helpful, very pleasant and I didnt have to go find a waitress to get a drink!
