Cv Fitness is so great! I have been training there for about six months now and have loved every minute. I even drive 40 minutes just to train there. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Tiffney of sunshine fit is amazing! Not only did she help me to lose 30 pounds, but she also help with my posture and made sure that my form did not allow me to have any injuries. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone. I also love Christina‘s classes on Nuro movement. I never slept so well in my life. Nichole is awesome! She stretched me out and Taught me The reason why my muscles were hurting worse because of compensation patterns and muscles over working for other muscles that were inhibited. I’ve been able to rebalance my body, which allows me to work out more efficiently and finally be pain-free.

Your website is good; but your customer services is awful. Ive been trying to contact any of your stuff in order to know more about your Krav Maga classes. I both sent an e-mail and called twice and I had no answer.Please, improve in that sense.Thank you
