I transitioned from a boutique hot yoga studio to CorePower and was not sure what to expect... but let me tell you.... every class Ive been to has revived my soul and served as a stress detox. Fantastic instructors that encourage you to push yourself but to also to listen to your body. $129 for unlimited monthly membership? I asked myself if my soul was worth it - the answer is yes - its priceless.

Please hire a receptionist to answer phone calls and let people in who might be running just a few minutes late. I drove 27 miles for a class I reserved and was held up because of an accident and tried calling to let someone know I’d be 4 minutes late, but was unable to get through to anybody. Upon arriving I was locked out and there was nobody to let me in. Seriously, I was literally 4 minutes late...Thank God I had a coupon code for the class I reserved so I wasn’t out any money other than the gas, but I had every intention of renewing my membership after over a year of no yoga due to Covid. In the email I received, it would’ve been nice to have known you would lock the door at the time class started so I could’ve turned around much sooner. I literally spent over an hour in the car for no reason. So frustrating.

You will have fun and get a good work out if you come to Core Power. There are classes for all skill levels...I have not practiced in years and just getting back I to it.C1 is good for beginners and there is a free Sunday night class for it.HPF is a bendy, stretchy type of class with the hottest heat. It can be intense at times, bring water.Sculpt is yoga with weights. Be prepared to work hard, sweat a lot and guys...use less heavy weights than you think because by the end of class you might be dropping them.C2 is sort of a custom thing, every instructor approaches it a little differently. I have not yet taken a C2 here, but I can vouch highly for the other 3 classes. My only complaint is not being able to use lockers and showers at the moment. I take it this is still a Covid-19 precaution but am hoping for this ban to lift soon. You can still change in the locker room and bring your gym bag into the room with you as a work around.

Good luck trying to get in touch with someone there. Very disappointing when your trying to find out more information than is available on their website, or trying to apply for a class.

The CorePower team was super friendly and helpful, made me feel really welcome and comfortable for my first visit. Loved the studio and the class exceeded my expectations. I love yoga and I love fitness, so the yoga sculpt class was a perfect combo. The class was challenging physically and mentally, and Rebecca was supportive and encouraging which made it fun. Thanks!

Although I do love the classes I have taken at corepower, their admin is not responsive. I keep getting charged for classes/memberships I have not signed up for. I have called and emailed multiple people about this problem and no one is getting back to me. Ive been charged about $300 dollars for classes I havent taken.

I tried this place on a whim after signing up for a free week. Signed up for a C1 course online- a beginners non heated Vinyasa Flow. Im no expert at yoga, but Im not a beginner either, so I was open to new poses and a new studio. The initial check in was smooth, I liked the area, and I chatted with a few regulars. Oh its a great beginner class, the instructor is great, etc. Then began the class... AW HECK NO. The class was SUPER humid from the previous class. Like Florida swamp humid. I get that they do hot yoga classes as well, but some people just want a well air conditioned room as they move throughout their practice. That heat, combined with the instructor shouting changing poses every 5 seconds over club like music did not help me unwind from a long day. The flow was more of a river rapids flow as I could barely move from one pose into another as I almost got kicked in the face! I ended up leaving. I hope that others find this yoga beneficial to them, but I wish there was more transparency as to what the classes entailed/more class options for those who appreciate a calmer scene to practice yoga. For now... Namaste away from this studio.

I regularly do CrossFit but I come here every week to limber up and revive. This place is amazing and my injuries have greatly reduced since coming here. We take Jessie’s class and i absolutely adore her teaching style. I’m flumbling and falling a bit but love every minute is it. She’s an amazing instructor and and walks you thru every pose and every breath. No matter whether you are an experienced yogi or a novice like me, I wholeheartedly recommend Core Power Yoga. ❤️

Tried it on a free week and I liked the vinyasa classes best here. They dont include free mats but the classes are more affordable. You can rent the mats and towels. I will be back for a week pass with a mat for $9. Also there is no reservations just show up which is good for my busy schedule. But sometimes the classes get too full and quality goes down. At the end of a class you get a chilled scented towel.
