Very nice gym, went about noon on a Friday so wasnt very busy. Amanda helped my friends and I out and was very nice, definitely recommend this place for a good workout!

Top of the line equipment. Lots of space and not over crowded. Good gym for beginners and advanced.

This place is great! It has all the modern equipment you could ask for! Great for athletes training or the individual just trying to get fit! Staff here is super friendly. The facility is super clean and spaces!

Love this gym. I’ve a member at all of the big box gyms. They don’t compare. Elev8 has all the equipment that you could need, plenty of space and it’s always extremely clean and organized. The membership fee isn’t bad and it’s open 24/7!

Nice gym, not too busy originally but is getting a little busier during peak hours, might be due to COVID restrictions lifting in the area but time will tell.Would not recommend going between 5p-7p as it can get quite crowded, especially in free weights. This isnt really something the gym can do about this, but its worth noting if you like more space.

This gym has an amazing atmosphere, this gym really makes you feel at home with the welcoming staff and caring trainers. They definitely go the extra mile to make you comfortable. FREE classes and FREE kids care with a membership?? Count me in!! I also want to add that every 8th check of each month you get a chance to give a portion of your membership dues to a local organization in need! Truly makes you feel good giving back to the community just for working out! You need to come check this place out for yourself, you’ll never wait for a squat rack again!

I have been to countless gyms and nothing had quite compared the the cleanliness, equipment, staff and friendly neighborhood feel of Elev8 Fitness. They have a mission to donate and help our local community after only 8 visits to the gym. This gym is really something you need to try. I went through the ownership change and it’s only gotten better and more welcoming.I will be a lifelong member. They also have delicious protein shakes.

Top of the line facility/fitness center!Many improvements since the name change, which includes the name itself.The current staff and trainers are top-notch.Another thing I love is the owners plus staff constantly look for new methods and programs to increase the experience of the gym.So things only seem to be getting better as time goes on.

Came in for a free trial. Absolutely loved the cleanliness of the gym, and the friendliness of the staff. I feel bad for the front desk workers though who have to stand up all day.

I logged on to write a review about a positive interaction I had over the weekend and I saw the most recent reviews. They are false. I was a member prior to the management change and I can tell you it was one big click before. I didnt feel welcome. I cant come during the week, but come on the weekends and am greeted by name, he even remembered that i was hanging Christmas lights last weekend and asked how it went. It means a lot to me and I wanted to let them know I appreciate it. This is a great and very clean gym and I recommend to everyone I can.

I love that this gym is right by my house! Whenever I come in, they take my temperature at the front desk before I can workout. I appreciate I get my own spray bottle instead of having to hunt for one, like at other gyms, which makes it a lot easier to be cleanly. I’ve noticed there’s over 10 squat racks, so I never have to wait for one. Excited to try one of the new strength/conditioning classes!

I have been coming to this gym, prior to the NEW built location, and it did go through a very rough transition which I am very thankful that the new owners at Elev8 are there. Before I hated going into the gym because their staff would never say Hello and had a CLICK of trainers that were very disrespectful and rude. Elev8 Fitness is extremely clean and EVERYONE is respectful, kind and VERY professional. I love coming to the gym again. Thank you for following the guidelines to ensure our safety.

Ever since the Co-Vid 19 outbreak happened, Elev8 and their team has done a great job cleaning and providing essential products for their clients to use in order to stay healthy! Not only does the team do a tremendous job with cleanliness but their overall customer service is superb. From the moment my family and I walk into the gym we are greeted by friendliness and to the moment we leave we are asked about how our sessions went for the day! Keep up the great work everyone!!

I went in for a tour because I will be moving to chandler in the next few weeks and the gym is super clean, nice and open, and not overly crowded. Justin was a great help and super friendly. Ill be signing up before my move just because of my first impression

I went to Elev8 and attended a Strength class taught by Kim a few weeks ago and loved it! We had our own room and the class was HIIT style and great. During Covid-related closures I started doing workout videos online but found the in-person experience to be so much better. There was plenty of equipment I would never have access to at home and being in a class with a professional instructor and other participants drives you to work harder. I had a butter pecan smoothie up front after the class and highly recommend that as well!

Ive been going to this gym for over a year. Small hiccups between a change in management and the pandemic, but the gym is better than ever! Some of the noteworthy improvements theyve made recently are:-They have opened up one of the walls, making the gym more spacious and inviting.-They have implemented new cleaning protocols resulting in equipment you could eat off of.-They added a protein shake bar. A FREAKING PROTEIN SHAKE BAR!The memberships are a little more costly than a gym like EoS, but its well worth it knowing you dont have to ever wait for equipment. Youre also not just a number. Most regulars are greeted by name when they arrive. It feels like my home away from home.The weights seem super heavy though, so that kinda stinks. Try it out, its a great place to train.

The gym is insanely clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly and super helpful. I can always get to the machine I want and they have a large selection of cardio, weight machines and free weights, spread out through multiple workout areas.

I love this gym. The owner and the employees are great. The environment is great. Please dont come and ruin it.

I have shown up with my family and done the kids workout in the afternoon with Justin and I just want to say that it was so much fun and I really enjoyed the class!! I was sore the next day and cant wait to go in and do it again!!

I was a member of this gym when it was called Elite Fitness. Apparently, the gym went through an ugly change of ownership, and I cancelled my membership. Roughly 6 months after cutting ties with this gym, I get an automatically-generated email and text saying, “thanks for choosing Elev8 Fitness.” I didn’t choose you guys. If you took all the old info in Elite’s computers and used it to start charging me for a membership at your new gym, I’ll be filing complaints with the city of Chandler.

Was a member at Elite prior to the ugly transformation. I paid for personal training sessions up front and right before COVID hit, I had renewed 10 sessions ($300) which I never used. I had a total of 12 unused sessions. When I called to get a refund, I was told that my money was no longer there as the previous owner took it (which I have several other issues with the level of unprofessionalism with that statement alone). They then refused to give me my money back and told me I could see one of their new trainers as mine was no longer employed at Elev8, however, gyms were still closed and, if you have ever done personal training, you know that you develop a relationship with your trainer that you dont just want to switch to another. The overall experience I had was among one of the worst I have had in a customer service atmosphere. And regardless of your ugly legal battle, you should never speak about that publicly to potential clients and expect them to want to join your gym.And I am still owed $300.

Really poor communication with the transition between Elite and Elev8. Called 3 times to cancel membership before it actually was canceled, which resulted in 3 months (over $100) of membership fees for a gym that I was not even using. When I told them that I believed I deserved a refund since I had tried previous times to cancel with no avail, they said that they did not offer refunds, and could only offer me a free month or two. (I am not using the gym bc of COVID). I likely would have used this gym again after COVID if it wasn’t for this poor experience.

Clean open spaces, good locker room and secure storage, nice clean water, high quality barbells and weights, vast equipment selection, friendly staff that always greets upon arrival and departure, fair membership rates, solid gym.

I was a member at Elite Fitness for a little over a year and loved it. It was a nice gym with friendly workers. Unfortunately, after COVID there was a change in management/ownership and Elev8 was born. During this transition, commincation to their amazing members was subpar at best. I called, emailed, and even instagram messaged (that I could see was READ by the way!) countless times before getting in touch with someone to cancel my membership. I also inquired about getting some of my fees refunded due to lack of services rendered due to shut downs. Unfortunately, I wont be getting anything back, and I am not interested in extending my membership at this time. While I havent been back to the gym after this change, I cant say that I plan to. Personally, I wouldnt recommend that anyone gives Elev8 his or her hard earned money. If I do return to any gym, I will be following the original Elite crew to their new location at Dobson and Chandler. A little communication goes a long way in retaining customers.

Its unfortunate that these people have stolen from so many. If you paid for training sessions and the trainers are no longer employed there, a reputable business would return your money. These people just steal and dont think anything of it.
