This location is excellent. Ive come here for years for cleanings as well as a few different tooth operations and have no complaints. The staff is amazing. Always friendly and they feel forward with you in terms of being honest about price and what needs to be done. Between cleanings, root canals, and crowns here I would definitely recommend this location if you are looking for a new regular dentist.

Just got the sharp edge of broken tooth fixed and they used a laser which was amazing. They did the same to fix a cavity. Essentially no pain. Then instead of taking molds they pull out this imaging device that took an imaging of my teeth for the fitting of a brace which will be 3D printed. Amazing technology!

This dental practice looks simple from the outside, but the staff and dentist are stellar! I am so pleased with their excellent customer service, high work ethic and bedside manner.I went in for a routine cleaning and check-up, and they were all so detailed oriented! From dental assistant Franciscos carefully done X-rays to dental hygienist Sherris thorough and careful cleaning to Dr. Ruths complete exam. I didnt realize how much I was missing out! My previous dentist would take a quick look, poke a few teeth and tell me to have a nice day. 😅I am really blown away by my first visit here, and I will be recommending them to anyone who asks.Oh, and they take COVID19 precautions seriously, which I appreciate during this time of science denial lol They washed their hands before and after seeing me and wiped down tools and aprons.

Absolutely the best dental experience. Most people dread going to the dentist, which I used to be one of those people. But everyone at Provinces Dental is so friendly and you can tell they really care. I had 7 appointments in 7 weeks, and even when I came back for the 2nd appointment they already remembered my face. I love that they want to show their patients what is going on, never had a dental experience like that. Appointments 1-6 I had to be numbed the entire time, including just the deep cleanings. On lucky #7, I didnt have to be numbed at all. All my sensitivity is gone. I can finally have ice cream and chocolate again. Which as a female, not being able to eat chocolate really for a decade, really sucked. I have already referred my roommate and a few others. If you are looking for a new dentist, highly recommend coming here!! I cannot thank Dr. Joe, the hygienists- Kim and Kym, dental assistant Paula [great conversations:-)], and all the office staff, enough. Truly very thankful and appreciative for you all.

Unfortunately, this business is a rip off! They charge you $90 for a dentist to look in your mouth for 10 seconds. Also, they dont stand behind their work. Dr. Pohlman did a crown for me two years ago. It came loose and fell out. I went to have it put back in, and he wanted $114 to glue it and put it back. It took five minutes tops. Lastly, the office staff, except for one person, is a 100% turnover every time I go. Clearly, they do not properly take care of the office staff. No one wants to stay! Find another dentist!

Province is the best dentist I’ve had. I’ve had 2 different hygienists in the 3 years and they are both so nice! I had a filling and they used a laser and I honestly didn’t feel a single thing. It was the best experience ever. Highly highly recommend them! Also had a cleaning yesterday during covid times and they were super clean and through. They took my temperature which I appreciate cause I know they are looking out for the best for their patients. They also all keep their masks on and use a small suction during cleaning to keep the air clearer while using the machines.

I LOVE this place. I’m usually terrified, but this place really makes you comfortable. Kim does my cleanings and I see Dr. Luan. 10/10 would recommend.

I called to ask about a cavity filling and the receptionist was too busy so she called me back, okay, she called and she started giving me a quote on a cleaning but if she would have asked what I was calling for, she would have realized that I was calling for a cavity filling. She started giving me quotes and they didnt even have an appointment for the day I could go in and when I finally said no thank you, she just hung up. Very rude and inattentive receptionist, wouldnt want to find out how their dentists are.

Provinces was highly recommended to us by a close friend, so we went in with lofty expectations. We were not disappointed! My 8-year-old had to have an emergency extraction--along with her first novocaine--and the entire staff was so kind and patient with her (and with her nervous mom.) Weve found our family dentist.

The attending dentist and nurse showed outstanding professionalism in providing comprehensive information and showed great patience with all/any questions I had. The procedure (wisdom tooth extraction) was done really well and was over in no time.

I visited Provinces Dental for the first time last weekend and it was the first dentist Ive been to in a very long time that actually makes you feel like they care about your dental health. My hygienist was very gentle and walked me through my x-rays, was super friendly, and the Dr. actually listened to my concerns about my smile and gave me an idea on how to get the smile Ive always wanted. I absolutely love this office. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful and GENTLE! Ive never had a bad experience here, and this last visit I had to bring my almost 11 month old with me and I felt so taken care of. All anxiety I had about this visit was instantly eased by their amazing hygienists. Hands down the best dental office in the county.

Great service just wish the hygienist would maybe give us with sensitive teeth something to help us so the cleaning didnt hurt. But otherwise all of the staff are Super nice & knowledge. I love that they allow you to prepay so you can save up for any future work.

Good place to go. I wish the Dr would have removed one of the teeth that are bothering me. Referred me to an oral surgeon which is great. Thats being cautious. I get that. I just cant get in until September 24. That part stinks. That is only a consultation.Im in so much pain its not even funny. Going to another dentist that worked on my sons teeth. They do oral surgery in the office. I just cant wait any longer. The pain is awful.

Great and friendly staff, wonderful hours with Saturday appointments available, that work well with my schedule. Every appointment I’ve had I’ve shown up on time and have been taken into a room and started on at same time as my appointment, which to me is great. I’ve been to dental offices where even if you show up on time you still wait 30 to 40 minutes but not here. Office is beautiful and very clean. Ladies at the front desk are welcoming and very helpful when it comes to billing and answering any questions you may have. Dr Luan and Francisco are a great team and make you feel comfortable and aware of what’s going on while they work on you. Both are friendly and make you feel welcome. Both hygienists Ive seen are great at what they do and both made me feel welcome, comfortable and informed. Both me and my wife come here and are new to the state of AZ and truly feel Pronvinces will be our life long dentist. 5 star rating would recommend.

We have used them for years. But they dropped the ball Big time. My wife had some work done Friday morning and by evening her face was super swollen by evening. Saturday still was swollen and painful. Sunday she called and when they did call back the dentist said to keep an eye on it and called in a prescription for antibiotics. He said he would call back later to check with her. (He never called back) Monday things were worse and started to get swollen down her neck so she went in to our Doctor and they said it might be an infection. They gave her a shot of antibiotics and said to go back into the dentist. Well my wife called and was told she couldnt see a dentist till the next day. They said they would text the dentist and let him know what was going on. We still have not heard from them. We will not be using them again along with our family and friends. I dont write reviews but I feel everyone should be aware of the lack of help we got when something THEY did caused so much of a problem.Update: when the dentist got back in on wed he called my wife. apologized. He never got the text that the office said they would send. just a note on his desk. he had my wife come right in and has been calling her to check up on things. also gave her his cell number if she had any problems. Over the years I’ve tried numerous doctors for Botox. Dr Ruth is been the absolute best! She’s a perfectionist and takes her time to evaluate my needs at each visit. I love the natural results I receive from her injections.

Very efficient office, and they also do their best to get you into see a dentist in a timely manner. Dr. Poelman is gentle and does great work. I have had crowns, fillings and cosmetic bonding done by him. Their hygienists are also great. I would not hesitate to refer anyone there. They are highly qualified and honest.

They are always courteous. They explain things very well when it comes to your dental plan. Giving you a visual on paper. And explaining your insurance benefits and your out-of-pocket pay. We have been going to Providences Dental for several years. They have a wonderful staff. And a very clean lobby & workspace. I also like that they have a refrigerator with water that you can enjoy and a coffee pot. They will make you a cup of Java.

Dr. Foster was an excellent orthodontist with much knowledge and experience! We loved going to him for both of my sons’ braces and other ortho work! I required a more intensive treatment than thought before I was seen by the dentist. Dr. Poelman explained what my options were for treatment, then had his staff provide me with my out of pocket costs so I could choose what I wanted to have done. The dental assistant worked well with him & also talked with me throughout, making sure I was comfortable as they performed the procedure. Excellent treatment by everyone.I recommend Provinces Dental!

Been going to Provinces for over 10 years. Ive had an emergency tooth extraction, a number of fillings, and recently braces/orthodontic care with Dr. Foster. The staff is always courteous, the doctors are always professional. The office keeps up with technology as teeth cleanings/procedures have changed quite a bit since my first few visits. Im always impressed and leave happy. I credit this office for giving me confidence in my smile.

I hate the dentist, trust me when I say this! The staff here try and make my visits here as painless as possible. The office is clean, the equipment seems up to date, the staff is friendly, and 2 of the 3 doctors I have seen so far really seem to care about what they do. I still dont like any dentist, but they definitely try and make me comfortable! A coworker recommend I try Province and I would happily do the same.

Three year customer family of 4. I have only had teeth cleaning done here. Never have to wait. Usually in and out in 45 min. Would not hesitate to have more work done if needed. Very kid friendly.

I get nervous going to the dentist. The first cause of anxiety is hearing the drills and smelling a dentist office smell. When I arrived I didn’t experience any of those things which kept me calm. The staff were awesome and very friendly. I want to continue to come here.

I have been a patient at provinces dental for about 12 years. I would highly recommend this office. They are prompt with appointment times- in and out for a cleaning in 1 hr. I always use Karen as my hygienist and she does an awesome job.

All of the staff is very kind and accommodating! Even though it’s the dentist ( no offense meant lol) I knowThey will do whatever is necessary to make your visit as nice as humanly possible!

I received an invoice for $30 plus a $30 late fee from this office and immediately left a voice message to call me back. NO call back. A week later, I ended up getting in touch via email with the Office Manager, Melissa for an explanation of charge. I then agreed to give her my credit card to pay the original $30 since the late fee was not justified, but she refused and stated it was going to collections. This office is willing to lose 4 patients (my family) with this type of business practice by not accepting my payment. She was the rudest individual to deal with and I have the emails to prove my point. Her closing sentence in her last email to me read.... With warmest regards and best wishes for the future, This should tell you about the personality I was dealing with. Within days after this encounter I get another statement from her with the $30 late fee AND $12.75 for using the Debt Collector. That same day, the debt collectors mail arrived as well with the same charges. Needless to say, my kids, wife and I will find another dentist.
