Fountains family dental is such an amazing office ! Their staff is so friendly and kind. I was hesitant making my appointment because work can be so busy and I’m used to spending 3 hours minimum at office visits sometimes but they were absolutely amazing. I was in and out in no time and they really work so effectively and efficiently. The office manager was so sweet and she helped make a plan for me that was so affordable and worked best for my situation. The doctor and hygienist were also so friendly and I am so happy I found this office. I’m excited to schedule my treatment here

This is the best dental office I’ve ever visited. Front desk staff were incredibly friendly. Dr Richards and Dee were such a good team and treated my 90 year old grandmother with kindness and gentle care as they placed a temporary crown. They worked together efficiently and made sure everything was just right. Truly went the extra mile and had a great sense of humor. Everyone got hugs at the end of the visit— how often does that happen at a dentist? Such an amazing experience!

After 45 years of absolute fear of dentists, I have found a safe, comfortable environment. This is the first time in my life that I look forward to going to get a cleaning. They are great at communicating and make every effort to work out payments. The staff is beyond fantastic. I highly recommend!

I had an appointment at 2:00 pm and they were ready for me right on time, just like all of my previous appointments. All of the staff were very friendly. The cleaning and exam went very well. This is a great place to go to for dental work. I’m glad to have found them a couple years ago.

The staff at Fountains Family Dental is very friendly and helpful! They definitely follow all CDC guidelines to make sure you have a safe visit and schedule very few people at the same appointment time. I was the only person in the waiting room -- unlike some other dentist offices I have been to recently that are still packed during the pandemic. Thanks for caring about your patients. I like the dentist and staff. I feel I was in the chair a little too long, I came in at three and didnt leave until 6:40 Yes I called with an emergency , they gave me a time to come in. Found out I had a toothe fracture in a tooth in front couldnt be repaired so thats when the costs started adding up.The charge was over $3300 to be able to replace the tooth. Im still in shock. I had to choice but to agree to fix the problem. I think I was extremely over charged. I have talked with 2 other professionsals and was told I was taken advantage of because I was in an emergency fix. I feel very upset. I just cant afford Fountains Family Dentqal Again the staff and dentist are very kind but that isnt the issue. Im very sad

I have only had my teeth cleaned in my last 3 visits. The dental hygenist is absolutely the best in checking out your teeth before starting cleaning. The cleaning is done in an oranized manner with few interuptions and special attention is given to teeth that need it. The hygenist is the best and fastest Ive ever had clean my teeth.

The friendly staff of Fountains Family Dental helped me get through something Id been dreading. A cracked rear molar that received a root canal 12 years ago in another state failed. It was painful.Dr. Richins sent me to an endodontist for a 2nd opinion, then a 3rd. The molar needed to be removed.In a single 2 hour visit, the damaged molar was removed and a titanium implant was put in its place. It was all done under local anesthetic (novocaine).Dr. Richins is a skilled no flash, pragmatic & thoughtful dentist. The ladies who support him are also skilled and armed with good humor.Good practice. I recommend them. 👍

As a new customer I was able to get an appointment within 2 days. At the appointment I had a loose crown. They were able to start repairing that right away. The dentist did a great job getting the old tooth out and there was no pain at all. Everything went very well. I’m glad I found this dentist.

Worst dental experience ever! Too much loud talking and carrying on from the reception area. Dentist checked my teeth before cleaning? Didn’t check them after my cleaning. Two hour wait. Cleaning was nowhere near as efficient as I’m used to

Dr. Burk is always very thorough and comprehensive in his procedures. Explains what he will do before, during, and after the process. Since this was my second crown on the same tooth, with a cavity, he was more than fair in adjusting the cost of the crown. Much appreciated! Beautiful facility and very professional looking office. Assistants were caring and knowledgeable in performing their tasks. Dr. Burk exudes confidence and compassion at the same time which is much appreciated in his treatment plan. Thank you.

Ive been going to Fountains Family Dental for about 10 years and there have been 3 or 4 dentists taking over the practice during that time period, and they rarely introduced themselves. The current one removed a cavity and never have I had half my face become numb. I was told it would only last a short time, but it took 6 hours to regain sensations on that side of my face. When he finished with me, he left to go to another patient--no parting words, no good-bye.The staff changes somewhat often, but this group of women are all pleasant and friendly. This dentist has different assistants for different jobs--and different spaces: 1 gal for x-ray, one gal-something else, 1 gal clean the teeth. Previously I was with 1 person in 1 room for everything. Most introduced themselves; one did not--I had to ask.I would sum it up by saying I had the least pleasant appointment with with this dentist (I cant remember his name).One other thing--I need to pre-medicate prior to the appointment, and rarely have a I been reminded of this.

They got me right in when I had unbearable pain and needed an emergency root canal. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Good pricing and financing.

Overall, positive experiences after each dental appointment. I recently had a billing issue and they corrected it at the next visit. I really like the new doctor, his approach is conservative, which I resonate well with.

I showed up at 8 am and was asked to reschedule because they wanted to do another patient instead!I was overcharged more than once !Officer staff is constantly changing!Dentists come and go without a notice!Billing to insurance is inaccurate and not inline with network contract!Billing department had no explanation for charges sent to patient only statesPrevious balance which is different from Ins. Billing! ???To sum it all up it seems there is mass confusion throughout and my problem with surprise bills has my Ins. and I just shaking our heads since Nov. 2018.I had ONE routine cleaning there in the past 18 months! How difficult can it be??!

Usually this place is good. Had a new hygenist & she was awful by gouging my guns and running the polishing device from polish to teeth and back. There was polish all over my face and clothes. She also placed all the instruments on my chest and not on a tray. The dentist pushed an orthodontic product. Dont try to sell me a product I dont want. Worst experience at a dentist since I was a kid!

I had the worst experience going to Fountains Family Dental. The front desk receptionist didnt not know the insurance coverages, and was rude. The office manager Tracy Lee realized the office staff needed coaching. The dentist didnt have the right procedure we discussed in the notes to do this visit. Numbed my mouth then had me read additional paper work about the crown being temporary until the official one was made. This was not discussed prior to me sitting in the procedure seat. I ended up not getting the procedure done spoke with Tracy Lee about how this entire visit was terrible from the time I stepped into the office until leaving with nothing being done other than my mouth being numbed. I would never recommend this dentist office to anybody due to the professionalism and horrible service.

I couldnt have found a better dentist than Dr. Blythe. All the people that work at Fountains Family Dental are very pleasant and make you feel welcomed.

I was pleased with the cleaning, but am looking for another dentist who will not charge for my cleaning. I feel it was added without checking to see if it was necessary.
