The staff took incredibly great care of me. Patience and understanding as well as empathy. I had anxiety issues I had trigger issues with gag. They worked with me to find a way around it they were super super patient took the best care of me in the way that Im familiar with. It had been a long time since Id been there last and they didnt disappoint. Ive never been to a more caring facility and if you dont like dentists this is a great place to go. Regardless of how good or how bad my teeth were she showed great empathy, care and she was very understanding and very super sweet to my issues and to my condition. Im super grateful that Chandler dental is here and they have one of the most pleasant friendly staffs I have ever met in my life.

Awesome staff, very friendly. The hygienist goes above and beyond. They are very flexible in scheduling. They do x-rays every 2 to three years and do score the rating of teeth which helps to focus on bad areas during daily brushing. Finally the tooth paste samples they gave helped to choose proper toothpaste for sensitivity.

Started with a great experience up front. Poor scheduling. I missed an August appointment due to being ill. I was rescheduled for a routine cleaning for roughly 5 months. No options given other than mid day appointments with one day notice from cancellations.

I went in for my normal cleaning, I had a new hygienist Rachel. She did an amazing job, she cleaned. my teeth the old school way with the had instruments and performed a thorough cleaning. I also had a molar that needed to be capped. This is my first filling for me and Dr. Levitt and his assistant made it a pleasant procedure. I have been patient for 8 years now and I have always been treated well from the receptionist, the billing staff and of course the hygienist and dentists. Thanks again, Toby

The office of Chandler Dental was very tidy, clean and organized. With an open smile and a tour of the office, I was welcomed. The workers were very helpful in making me feel very relaxed. At this office, I was a new patient and I must say that this place knows how to handle old and new patients very well. I was gifted with a coffee mug, a reusable bag, and a few cool sunglasses. In this really high-tech system, I was able to get a full shot of my mouth and teeth. My x-ray view of my teeth and the procedures that needed to be performed was explained in depth by my dentist (Andrew Levin), who was very professional and welcoming. Every step of my cleaning was explained carefully and nothing was hurried. Maureen, my hygienist, was very professional and did an extraordinary job. I can tell she enjoys what shes doing and that she cares for the patients. To anybody who needs professional care, I strongly recommend this dental clinic.

I had been looking for somewhere new to go to after my old office was charging me for things I didn’t even need/ do.And Chandler Dental was my first choice, when I walked in I was greeted and given a tour of the office as well as received a coffee mug and a few other Welcome Gifts. I was amazed at how nice the office and people were!They have TVs on the ceilings with headphones connected to Netflix and other service to watch while you are in for a cleaning/filling etc. the Dr here is very kind and treats all patients with respect and makes sure they are fully aware what’s going on and what is the best case of action following the appointments.I would recommend EVERYONE to try Chandler Dental out

Hi everyone! Be sure to make sure you have your insurance verified PRIOR to your appointment!!!! I recently moved to Chandler, Arizona, two months ago from Michigan. I have a degree in business administration and am a healthcare billing manager. I understand the many misunderstandings between patients, office staff, and physicians. When I booked my appointment a week ago, I booked it in the hopes to receive a cleaning and exam due to discomfort on one molar. Coming to Arizona, I applied for Medicaid and was accepted. I booked my appointment, spoke to the receptionist and SPECIFICALLY asked if my insurance could be verified to insure it was in network and covered by their office. The receptionist advised me to upload my insurance cards through the email link I would be sent. I uploaded my insurance cards day of and received a text message reiterating their office does not take my current insurance and I would be required to self-pay $150. I normally understand miscommunication, but this situation could’ve been taken care of the day I scheduled. I would’ve paid the self pay rate for the first visit since my insurance will be BCBS in November and I’m sure this office would be in network and accept BCBS since the reimbursement is always highly favored….. a bit unprofessional. Luckily I found another office that is willing to go the extra mile for their patients. Which in this case is to reiterate general information such as if their office accepts my current insurance, when asked. Waste of time 😊

The nicest dentist I’ve been to since moving out to Arizona! Everyone is very nice and understanding and I’ve had no issues so far. They also do cosmetic work which is great and have a very clean office and rooms. This will be my permanent dentist for anything I need done. The location is perfect as well!

I used to hate the dentist. Not that its my favorite place to go but Chandler Dental have been wonderful. They’ve always taken time to explain what I needed done and what would be done but never pushed anything. Everyone ive encountered has been helpful and pleasant. They can get you in rather quickly and even communicate over text which I find very helpful. 10/10 would recommend them

I normally dont write reviews but this office is fantastic. I struggle with mental health conditions and it has caused me to really neglect my teeth over the past almost 20 years. Normally, Ive had dentists who have ridiculed me or accused me of being lazy. It really discourages you from asking for help or wanting to get a follow-up appointment. Ive never felt that way at all with Chandler Dental. All the dentists have been patient, considerate, and are straight forward with what is needed from exams. This is a great place to go! The staff was very friendly and helpful. I didn’t feel like they were trying to over-sell me on anything. I felt they were giving their honest, professional advice. The doc was so quick and thorough, I was shocked when he said the work was finished! They were extremely careful to make sure I was comfortable (had to numb me a few extra times, but never made it seem like an issue/burden). I am truly impressed.

Chandler dental has helped me so much!! I went in for my first time with over 4 years of untreated and neglected teeth, and they have restored my mouth and relived me of pain as well as adding confidence to my smile. The team assessed my mouth, a young woman named Courtney took great x rays, and they set up a strategic game plan on what issues in my mouth were the most time sensitive, and what to attack first! I do not recommend and suggest you get second opinions with anything besides a routine cleaning. I should be receiving my money back. It’s floating Malpractice territory over there. Went in for the new Icon Resin Treatment. I was never told my teeth were not a good candidate at any time. After getting a second opinion leaving the office with it done I’m super sick inside. My teeth look worse then when I came in to fix transparency in my two front teeth. The treatment took the gloss film off of my natural teeth and the white transparent parts are brighter now. On top of that, the careless doctor got gel on my other tooth not having it done. They rush and just want your money. I have never had an experience like this and I should of listened to my gut with going elsewhere. My stomach is in knots. Think twice before going to Chandler Dental.

I was very impressed with Chandler Dental! Compared to other dentist experiences I’ve had (and I’ve been to many different dentists’ offices over the years), this office definitely seems to really know what they’re doing—they’re organized, they fit me into their busy schedule quickly, the online paperwork ahead of time was super easy, no insurance problems, and they utilize technology for reminders and easy communication. They didn’t do or say anything that seemed greedy or shady, as past dentists of mine have. You can tell that they seriously care about their patients. Jessica cleaned my teeth and did a phenomenal, thorough job and was very friendly. I could tell she and the dentist also know what they’re doing and do it well—they’re professional without being snobbish. I also loved that the dentist spent a few minutes with me to answer my questions straightforwardly, check my teeth, ensure that I was satisfied, and give helpful information and suggestions—and this time didn’t feel rushed or insincere. Even the free toothbrush is my favorite of all free toothbrushes I’ve ever received from the dentist! 10/10 would recommend Chandler Dental!

Everyone at this location is very nice and super understanding! They want to make you as comfortable as possible and they are very efficient! I had a cleaning done after I waited a year and a half due to COVID, which was a very detailed cleaning, but was done quickly. It’s an easy decision for me to keep coming back to this location!

I finally found a dentist that Im not afraid of🙂. Dr. Cefalo and all of the staff are amazing. They never made me feel bad for being nervous. They always put you at ease and communicate the whole time. I have never had any discomfort, even the numbing injections are done gently. I would definately recommend them if you have a fear of the dental procedures.

Being that I hadnt been to a dentist in an extremely long time, this was an amazing return. I was pleasantly surprised by the warmth and the smiles from everyone. I had Nicole helping me and let me just say, she is AMAZING. She had me laughing and to me that is what I need to feel comfortable. I am not going to lie, I was nervous. Now that I have been there and feel great about this office I dont feel any nerves, I feel excitement to go back to the dentist. Never thought Id say that!

I have extreme anxiety when it comes to going to dentists. Had to get a root canal done yesterday and I choose Chandler Dental after looking at their reviews online. 10/10 would recommend. The entire 2.5 hour process was TOTALLY painless. Netflix to pass time, a great dentist and a very friendly and efficient dental assistant made the whole process comfortable. They have definitely gained my trust !

The other dentists I’ve seen at the practice are equally friendly and great. The entire staff at Chandler Dental is also extremely nice and friendly. The hygienists are friendly and do a great job. Nicole did a great job cleaning carefully around my painful tooth. If you’re looking for a dentist, this is the practice for you!

I do not recommend and suggest you get second opinions with anything besides a routine cleaning. I was told that there is 4 months waiting so got the appointment for June in Feb. My all routine exam was done but I was told that Dr Davis has left for day and some other doctor came to see me after all hygienist work done was done for an hour. Really frustrated as they can change your doctor without any prior notification and you will end up with just new comer or hygienist so think twice before going there unless you are ok to visit any person at their office and get some treatment done.You will be told that there is no appointment for months and once you get in there is no guarantee that same doctor will see you .

I had a really great experience at Chandler Dental. The office was clean and really up to date. They gave me a tour, which was nice and offered me a drink. I feel like they really make an effort to make sure you are comfortable and have a great experience. They ask about your goals up front and really listen. I felt they were very honest and they did not try to sell me anything. They made a really great effort to get to know me as a new patient and I appreciate that. I decided to give them a try based on yelp reviews and they did not disappoint. Also, my cleaning was one of the best Ive had. Juan was really great and I will keep coming back because of him.

I am the biggest of the babies when it comes to going to the dentist. It had been a few years. The staff made me feel comfortable. The care I receive is top notch. It was an easy process to get the cleaning then another appointment to get two fillings redone. They called me the day after and asked how I was feeling - that was going above and beyond and much appreciated. They had to refer me to an endodontist for another tooth and are literally cheering me on to get the tooth fixed before there is pain. I dont have as much fear of going to the dentist now. My visit today as a new patient started out with a tour of the office; I was in for a cleaning & exam. Maureen was wonderful & very gentle cleaning my teeth, as well as very thorough explaining everything during my visit. I appreciated her calming voice & talk during (between) cleaning as we got to know each other a bit. When Dr. Davis came in Maureen gave him a very good overview of my concerns, the doctor was also very kind & willing to work with my dental product allergies, he seemed familiar with what I could & couldn’t use to treat my teeth & then they gave me a treatment plan to go over upon checking out. It was a great visit & my anxiety was put to ease rather quickly!

I saw Jessica and she was very friendly and fun! She made conversation but took her tools out of my mouth so I could respond! She cleaned my teeth, and recommended great follow-up care. She was very knowledgeable and listened to my concerns. She did great with scheduling and made the whole experience comfortable, quick, and easy! The place itself was clean and modern and they had great covid and other health precautions. The dentist was great too and relayed information in terms I could understand.

I had about a 30 min wait after checking in, however I was about 2 min late & afterwards I was given a starbucks gift card to make up for the wait. The staff was extremely friendly & understanding as I had to bring two small children with me. I got a small tour of the facility on the way to my chair. Service was very thorough.

Super friendly staff. Overly communicative. Patient. Kind. Have never felt nervous or uncomfortable. Dr. Cefalo is the beezneez. I was in pain for months before coming here. Ended up with a root canal on one tooth. A few days later the exact same pain was back. The team got me back in right away. Dr. Cefalo did different tests. Found the culprit tooth which happened to be another one, and even though it was a rough go due to my clenching, I am now pain free!! SO THANKFUL! Trustworthy practice and so friendly. Very clean and professional! Hygienists are amazing as well.

I am an extremely nervous patient. I have issues with my gums which means I need to have confidence in and a good relationship with my Dental Hygienist even more so than my Dentist. Today I had a deep cleaning appointment with Jessica, and she exceeded my expectations. Not only was she kind and understanding of my fears, she explained my situation thoroughly, made sure I was comfortable at every step of the procedure, and took x-rays to ensure she had removed all of the build up below my gum line. BY FAR the best experience at the Dentist. I’m sure a lot of us can relate to the nerves that come with going to the dentist but from the absolute beginning I felt so comfortable and at home. Every thing they did to me was explained with great detail and education. The kindness from the hygienist Maureen was so pure and beautiful and she was super gentle with my sensitive teeth. The office is STUNNING, very clean, and up to date with all the latest and greatest dental equipment. Going to the dentist is not fun for most people (myself included), but Chandler Dental is the best office that I have ever been to. Their process is efficient, facilities are nice and always clean, hygienists are always pleasant, and I always start on time for my appointment. LOL :) At my age my teeth arent as strong or healthy as they use to be, so I do see them more often than I wish to! Today I had a follow up appt for an extraction....back upper molar-OUCH! Julianna met me at the door with a great smile and perky personality and right away put me at ease! Quick in....quick out....great service...and GREAT STAFF!! Having headsets to block out the drill.....TVs on the ceiling you can watch while in the chair ....all of that is nice but the staff is what keeps me coming back to this office! Regretfully, a root canal is in my future, but knowing that Chandler Dental is there to take care of it helps me know it will be done right and the most comfortable it can be. Zero doubt.... I had a wonderful experience here! I have had bad experiences at the dentist in the past. I called in at 0730 after they had opened and they were able to give me appointment same day at 0900. I just went in there for the first time today and everyone is very friendly and nice. Julianne the hygienist and doctor Levin were very gentle and knowledgeable. Julianne is the best! She helped me ease my anxiety and calmed me down while Dr. Levin worked on me. I would definitely recommend this office!

The absolute best dental service in the valley! Office manager (Tasha) and her admin team are professional and welcoming. My hygienist (Maureen) is very thorough and attentive. Dr Davis has a calm approach, hes personable and weve been with him since the beginning of 2013. From start to finish, the experience at Chandler Dental is comforting. This team has never let us down.

I followed Dr. Saunders to this place from another he used to be at and I’m so glad I was able to find him! He is not just a Dr.of Dentistry, he is truly a very kind person and cares about his patients. I highly recommend Dr. Saunders!

My hygienist was nicole. She was super nice and gentle, also explained everything as she was working. The doctor was great! Very clean and organized office.

I’ll preface this review with a statement of fact. I absolutely hate going to the dentist because of previous experiences. However, Chandler Dental is unlike any Dentist’s Office I’ve ever been to. When I walked in, I was introduced to the Hygienist, Juan. He gave me a quick tour of the office and truly made it feel like a warm experience. He listened to my concerns and provided sound advice on how to take better care of my teeth.It was truly a pleasure working with Juan and the Chandler Dental team. Thanks again!
