The young ladies at the front desk were very pleasant and signed me in and checked me out promptly and efficiently.My visit was with April, my hygienist, and once again, she did a thorough job checking my gums and cleaning my teeth. She answered questions I had about cleaning a problem area and provided me with multiple proxabrushes and showed me how to use them properly to clean between the affected teeth. April has been my hygienist for 22 years and has always done an excellent job.I have been a patient of Dr. Scholes for 22 years and have had multiple periodontal surgeries, an extraction and one implant during this time with no problems. I am completely satisfied with the quality of service that he has provided for 22 years.

Office friendly and very professional. I had Dental implants 2016 -2017 then covid 2020-2021 - I experience a Dental Implant failure. Therefore scheduled an appointment with Kendall Scholes being that he had completed the procedure of the Dental Implant. Scholes stated that insurance would not cover the replacement. Therefore I was concern. Gosh It was an expensive procedure and my out of pocket expense 3k and insurance covered the rest of the balance. Scholes stated I can only guarantee 3 years. Therefore I can discount the bone graft and the dental posting and this would be an out of pocket expense due before dental procedure. Oh and you have to schedule an appointment with your regular dentist to have the crown procedure.No credit, was given no compassion was render.I was still uncertain why I needed to pay out of pocket again, when it was an Implant failure. Dental Implants Last with regular brushing and flossing, the implant screw itself can last a lifetime, The crown, however, usually only lasts about 10 to 15 years before it may need a replacement due to wear and tear. to procedure its almost a lifetime. My bridge lasted more over 20 years. with this new procedure on Dental Implant there was No infection it just fell due to Dental Implant failure. Now I have to schedule an appointment with regular dentist for the crown which will be an out of pocket expense. My question is this a Possible Victim of Malpractice or Negligence ? No dentist wants to deal with a lawsuit. Most will refund you when your implants fail, or give you credit towards an alternative dental procedure. H.Kendall Scholes DMD MS he would not stand by his work he provided with a statement I only guarantee 3 years of dental implant procedure. Per serval articles and research alternatives Dental Implants should be a lifetime. Its so upsetting that a dental practice would operate in this matter. I needed to voice this process out the out come in my case was not rewarding for me. now I have to reprocess the procedure for the 3rd time this is getting expensive.

Excellent visit as always. Front office extremely helpful in scheduling, following up on cancellation list, and working with Ins. Co. Dr. Scholes takes time to answer questions and is conservative in his treatment when possible. Cleaning and intake staff are great as well, listening to patient about pain/numbing levels during procedures. Best Dr. office I have been to across all specialties.

Great place! Had my teeth cleaned yesterday and hygienist was amazing. Has worked there a very long time, which is always a positive sign about a practice. Have had fun recession surgery, as well and was happy with the process and result.

I have had other implants done by Dds Scholes and they are perfect. He and his staff are great people and very professional as well as friendly.Today I had the screw socket installed for another tooth. It was 99% painless. The actual socket implant took less than 1/2 hour total.I would highly y recommend Dds. Scholes because of my previous experiences with him and the one I had done today. The other teeth I had replaced are perfect in every aspect so once again I happily recommend him for these types of teeth replacements and procedures.

Sarah is a great dental hygienist for my cleanings and Dr Scholes did an excellent job on my surgeries to help stop or slow bone loss. I have been fortunate to be a patient of Dr Scholes and his excellent staff. I have had my upper teeth transformed with the one day instant smile. Although the process starts several months before you are ready for your one day smile, it is worth the process. You start with impressions then the lab takes over making your temporary implants. Then you are scheduled for your day of pain free removal of your teeth and temporaries placed. Went home and I personally experienced no pain. From then Dr Scholes and his staff stayed on top of my every step. I am at the point three months after my temporary’s where my permanent teeth are going to be created by the lab and in the near future they will be replacing my temporary’s. Dr Scholes office and staff have made me feel like part of their family. I have left some details out I am sure but they take care of them for you. I live in Oregon and researched Implant specialists and that is how my wonder journey began with Dr Scholes, in Arizona

Janie has decorated the office in such good taste. Its a pleasure just being in the milieu. Dr. Kendall explained everything so well, which alleviated my fear. They offered me water, and had barely any wait time. I experienced no pain at all during the procedure, or afterwards.

I came to Scholes Periodontics as a regular client. April is my dental hygienist and she is excellent. Today Was my first visit since the Covid-19 pandemic. April and Dr Scholes and office staff were appropriately dressed with masks and procedures followed for cleansing my mouth and my hand. April was gentle as she usually is and so was Dr Scholes in his exam. The exam and cleaning were excellent and I am grateful to the professionalism demonstrated at this and my past visits

Sof ar so good! This morning I had an extraction, bone graph, and implant insertion. Everyone was really kind and efficient. They even habe me a blanket during the procedure. I am happy with their service but lets see how it heals...4 month update... Healed very well! Passed the torque test... I would definitely recommend this practice and Dr Scholes.

I have had two implants done with bone grafting. My procedure was pretty invasive and I imagined it would’ve hurt so I was preparing myself for the procedure mentally. My procedure was smooth and they put me at ease, it actually went very smooth (to my surprise) and my healing was great! I saw Dr.Haskell but I have met Dr. Scholes too and both are very professional And caring. I’m happy with the outcome and very thankful to the practice. I live a hour and a half away and drove to them just to put it into view about how much I trusted this practice. Dr.Scholes was referred by my client and I am so happy to have done my procedures here. Thank you to the whole team!

Dr. Scholes staff always puts you at ease. They keep you apprised of what theyre doing and whats going on with your teeth and gums and what to do to improve. I was referred to them many years ago. Went here for a small anatomical crown exposure procedure and am happy with the end result and overall experience. Dr. Scholes is friendly and professional, he explained things well before and after each visit. All of the assistants were friendly and professional. The text reminders were helpful. During the consult Jessica did a great job helping me get everything setup and walked me through the costs, she was just as friendly and professional as everyone else, never hurts to have a pretty person like her representing the business though. Never got a chance to explain the last name, its German, more or less means good (gut) boy (bub). Thanks for the good experience! Will recommend to others : )

When I walked in I was greet with a smile. The office was nice and clean. I has to wait for awhile because the Dr was running behind . Immediately they came to give me a gift card. The Dr was very truthful and kind he answer all my questions. The Finance office was very helpful. On 9/22/2020 I am none now I get to have a tooth back. I always get the best quality of care when I visit Dr. Scholes practice. When I visit the office for preventative care, my hygienist provides the best care I have ever experienced. She (April) is thorough, careful, attentive to my comfort during my visits. She is such a great hygienist, that I hate scheduling cleanings with my regular dentists practice. My wife just had gum surgery by Dr. Scholes and he did a great job on it. We have been going to him for many years, Ive had implants done by him also and he really knows his stuff. Also Sarah, one of the hygenists is so exceptional she feels like family. She is really smart, and also very kind and personable. In short, we love her. She is so gentle when cleaning your teeth, If I closed my eyes, I would fall asleep. And she is great at scheduling our appointments together so we can both go together, so we only have to make one trip. April is also very good, and really nice. The office staff is super too, the whole place is clean and immaculate and they take extreme precautions in preventing the spread of the covid virus. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Excellent overall experience! The office staff is knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Dr. Scholes and his medical team educated our daughter and our family on the entire process before dental surgery. They were gentle and reassuring and explained all after care. All followup visit costs were included in the surgery. Staff was extremely accommodating trying to schedule appointments around our daughters school schedule. Every member of their cohesive team gets a recommendation from our family. It was a very positive experience.

Dr. Scholes is an excellent periodontist. I have been visiting his office for several years now. He and his team are very professional, friendly and have always been responsive to my needs. 1/31/17I just went in for a follow-up visit today. They are very thorough in making sure that the graft heals properly and schedule multiple follow-ups to that effect. The people at this office are always very professional, nice and very organized.Two weeks ago, I went back in for a second gum graft. My first procedure went really well and this second one, so far, is going even better.Originally, I was only supposed to have just one gum graft for my second visit but Dr. Scholes noticed that the tooth next to the one that he was working on, also needed work. Dr. Scholes put a gum graft on that second tooth and did not charge me extra for this. I really appreciated that he did this.

I go there every three month for dental cleaning. I am very impressed with the work that April does for my dental cleaning. I tried different dental office before this one. But most places they do not do the cleaning work as good as April does. Going there about two years now. So far no issue with the gum of my teeth. I used to suffer a lot with my gum disease.

Sara is very caring hygenist. This is wonderful dental office...highly recommended. Front desk personnel are accommodating. Lastly, Dr Scholes is great doctor😄
