I just had my first visit with Aspen Dental and they were above and beyond my expectations! They got me in at my exact appointment time, no waiting for 10-15 minutes, and promptly began my intake process. Each staff member was very nice and knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Additionally, each exam chair has a TV which was an awesome distraction! I would highly recommend Aspen Dental.

They are very friendly and professional. I’m just not positive yet that I can trust the fact that they said I needed a thorough cleaning so it cost a lot of money. Very expensive care for someone that has insurance.Time will tell if they were being truthful or not.

I was treated so well from making the appointment to the time I was finished and walking out the door. We came up with an affordable treatment plan which made me happy.

OMGEE....I just look at my bill, and this place does charged people a lot ! They nickel and dimes you with a lots of overcharge ...For example, before you leave the office they gave you an electric brush , a bottle of mouth wash , i thought that was fr free then when i came home look at the bill...Electric brush was charged 135.00 Antimicrobial rinse 66.75 and other stuff add on...They never asked if you want electric brush , just give it to you then it show up on your bill. My dental insurance cover 70%, i called them and show them the bill , my insurance was shock for the over charged and they ll contact them. It is a nice update office, they are very professional and quality work but i just shock about how they overcharged for every little thing ! Just want to share this and i ll not becoming back to this office !

I never thought about going to Aspen until I was in pain. I scheduled myself for an appointment online the evening before the appointment. Piece of cake! They were able to see me & give me peace of mind. I received a comprehensive exam which I wasn’t expecting & was very grateful. I can definitely recommend Aspen & their staff. I worked in the medical field for almost 30 years so I get both sides of care & I could not be more appreciative! Way to go Aspen!

I called after leaving my general dentist. He actually recommended these Doctors. I could not afford what he wanted to charge me for a root canal, tooth extraction and implant. This office was 1/2 his guesstimate. From the minute I called, Ashley got me in that day, and was super helpful! Then once I was there for my first visit Dr. Patel was excellent and took great care of me. That same day they had me come in for my root canal. Dr Mikszta was fantastic! His assistant Suzanne was also stellar I honestly felt very taken care of! She made sure I came in the next day for my tooth extraction. She said it would be too much for my mouth. She was so kind :) Melissa Dr. Patels assistant was also very knowledgeable. I cant tell you how much I appreciate this office.Thank you so much for all the great care!

Absolutely horrendous experience. Wish I could negative stars. I will never use a commercial dental office again! This place put me through procedures that I have just found out were completely unnecessary, all to try to profit off of me. I was covered on my wifes insurance, yet they still sent me a $580 bill, which took us MONTHS to get cleared up, then I find out from a dental practice that actually cares, I didnt need that work in there first place! There is no evidence to suggest that I ever did! The girl that did my second cleaning at Aspen Dental was totally rude and talked to me like I was a child the whole time. Aspen Dental should be ashamed of themselves. (Please do not contact me, I dont have anything else to say!) Go to a family practice where they see you as a person not a dollar sign.

So Im not one to write reviews, but I had to share what happened to me. My first two experiences at aspen dental were great! The hygienist was so amazing and gentle and talked me through everything! Her bedside manor wad impeccable! This was NOT the case with Dr. Patel. She was rough, rude and DIDNT talk me through anything! I was so worked up during my procedure, I started crying due to how Dr. Patel spoke to me in such an inconsiderate way while shes working in my mouth.. Honestly Dr. Patel needs to take some classes from the hygienist on bedside manor. Needless to say I will not be seeing Dr. Patel again. That was an awful experience with her!

The best experience Ive ever had, I had a lot of dental work done on my teeth but this is been the most amazing experience Ive ever had..The dentist was amazing and all the employees they make me feel right calm and comfortable. Jazzman was a great dental hygienist. Her bedside manner was impeccable she eased my anxiety by explaining and talking me through the whole procedure. She would tell me what was coming up next and she was extremely gentle with my sensitive gums. She explained how I could avoid the sensitive issues by brushing and flossing. I knew this but it was refreshing to be reminded of it. Ashley at the front desk was helpful and very accommodating. She went above and beyond to help me with my insurance issues. But on a not so good experience I have repeatedly asked not to receive fluoride treatment but for 3 consecutive cleanings I received the $50 fluoride treatment. It is for medical reason that I refuse the fluoride treatments per my medical doctors advice. And to no avail I’m still having the fluoride treatments giving to me despite my request not to have. I feel like I was forced to pay for a forced treatment that I wasn’t aware that I was receiving and just because it’s the standard cleaning protocol it shouldn’t be automatically applied without notice given or verbal permission obtained or granted.

Excellent visit yesterday at 7am. I cracked my front tooth the day prior and they were able to schedule me an appointment the next morning. The staff and dentist were super and the tooth was repaired exactly like I was hoping. I will continue to visit Aspen Dental for all my dental needs, thank youTommy

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone went there spent almost two hours doing x -rays I was in a lot of pain I had a bad tooth ache at the end of all this visit they wanted to have a sit down about money even though I was in pain for them to tell me they couldn’t do anything funny part I went down the street to another aspen down the street and they told me they could fix the problem easily they also let me know that they didn’t finish taking my X-rays even though they took two hours doing it very unprofessional it’s obvious these people are NOT concerned about your well being or your health but more concern about how they will get paid !!! If you want to be played with and have your time wasted this is the place for you !!!

Efficient, communicative, and helpful. Everyone from the front office women, to the DHs, and the doctor made me feel truly cared for. Waited 3 weeks for an appointment on a Saturday just to have it cancelled by Aspen Dental the night before through a text no less! I put down I had broken teeth. I also chose Saturday so I could be with my wife since I suffer from dental phobia. Out of the blue I get a text saying my appointment has been canceled by Aspen. No apology, only a reschedule 4 weeks later! I guess the people at Aspen dental dont realize that a broken tooth is a painful situation. Typical dentist office. We really want your money, until we dont and then its. that dental issue, thats your problem, not Aspens. I wouldnt try again. when I called in to see what happened I was told, Yes, Its happens. When I asked what if it happened again before my next Saturday appointment she said, Thats a possibility. Do yourself or your family a favor, keep looking. This is dentistry on an assembly line, with all that entails...

It was my fist time going there. It was easy to find. The people working there were great and welcoming! I really felt like I was in good hands!

I have never been to such an amazing dentist office in all of my life. Every single person there made me feel welcome and comfortable. I was a first time patient and went in with extreme pain in need of an emergency tooth extraction. They were so helpful and kind. Non-judgemental and professional. I will be keeping them as my personal dental office and pass the word on how great they are. I was helped by DR Adams who is absolutely the best dentist I have ever met with. Assisting him were Val & Melissa. Rosalind at the front desk was awesome too. Thank you Aspen dental in Chandler! I will be back for other work to be done and I am greatful my insurance auto picked your office for me =) I am now excited for a dentist visit in the future.

Aspen Dental was able to get me in quick to assist with my denture. Dr Patel and the staff were very friendly and wonderful to work with from the check in, to the xrays, exam and consultation, to the recommendations for work needed.I had one small issue that took about 2 hours trying to figure out what was covered by insurance and trying to figure out how to get submitted and approved for Care Credit and Genesis Financial. The Care Credit application got a server error on the Aspen side and with their site setup, the application has to actually be declined by Care Credit first in order to be sent to Genesis. The site cannot apply direct to Genesis and Genesis is in the patient name only.Sadly, I wish that there were easier ways to get financial assistance for those with credit problems to get dental work taken care of. Without help, my teeth will get worse and it will turn into a lot more pain, a dental emergency with an extraction. I am not sure where to turn, and not sure when I will be able to get the dental work completed.

I was completely wrong and the office was completely understanding and made me feel comfortable the entire time. I can honestly say it was probably the best experience Ive had at a dentists office and Im 65 years old. When the dental hygiene gave me novacane I absolutely felt nothing whatsoever and I think thats the 1st time that has ever happened and your exray gal was wonderful. Your dental assistant was great and Adam was a phenomenal dentist and Ashley up front was very courteous and professional and everybody in your organization came together and gave me a great experience and Im so thankful from the bottom of my heart

I have worked in Customer Service over 30 years, and have to say that their service overall was totally unacceptable. If I could give a negative review, I would give a negative 10. I will not return, and would not trust them, even if they gave me free dental care for the rest of my life, and paid me a million dollars a minute for my treatment. When I made the initial appointments for my wife and I, the company made 7 mistakes before we even got to the appointment. They sent my wifes appointment info to my email ( a HIPAA violation) , and didnt send mine at all, saying they didnt have my email address, but that was the first thing they asked me for when I made the appointments.I called their main office hoping to work it out. Reluctantly went to the exam to give them a chance, and they charged my wife double the price of our previous dentist for a cleaning, then tried to get me to do a deep cleaning and other procedures that would cost over $4,000. They say that I have bone loss, yet they do not have any old x-rays to compare to, so for all they know, my bones could be the same now as they were 20 years ago. Their hygienist tried to talk all fancy, like a pretend dentist, but everything they said was BS. They are like pushy auto mechanics, trying to recommend every possible repair to cost you as much money as possible. I think they abused me in this fashion as retaliation for me calling their main office and complaining about the 7 mistakes they made. I had to go home to get my wifes SSN for the credit check to finance her cleaning (yes, the cleaning was so expensive we had to finance it), and they asked me to call them with the info. When I did, 10 times, they never answered. They later said the person who answered the phone was at lunch. I asked if you knew they were going to lunch, why did you ask me to call? They had no reply. I was calling another dentist to get a second opinion, and they tried to call me back, twice, and when I hung up on the second opinion to answer, they did not speak, twice. Kayla from their main office called me to see how things went while we were still at their office, and tried to bribe me with a gift card for the poor experience. On the surface, they seem nice, but in reality all they care about is how much money they can get from you, and could care less about anything other than your money. Their commercials are deceptive and misleading, trying to make people believe they care, when in reality, their commercials are like political ads, full of lies and deception. The United States of America would be a better Country without Aspen Dental and its Staff.

I am very pleased with my visit to Aspen dental. I was initially told that my time there might be lengthy so I expected that I would be there for awhile. All of the people were very friendly and informative about my dental health and what I could expect going forward. I have a couple of additional visits coming up to bring me up to speed with better dental health and feel really good about the treatment plan that has been laid out for me. Even though I dont have dental insurance, I think the cost for the overall treatment seems reasonable. I have recommended Aspen Dental to my husband. He may be changing over to them too. Thank you !

Just like most people I’d rather be doing anything else BUT visit a dentist. However, my experience at Aspen surpassed all of my expectations. Each and every person involved in my care was professional and kind...no judgements. The office manager set me up with a financial plan that I was comfortable with, much to my relief. I’m thrilled to have my dental issues taken care of. I highly recommend Aspen, especially if you have been putting off a dental visit.

This is a review for my first appointment at the Phoenix MetroCenter Office!First Ill talk about Andrew, the Office Manager at this location. He was the first one I spoke to in the office when I was moving my appointment, he was very warm and welcoming, and was quick to answer all the questions that I had with no hesitation and full transparency.Normally I am terrified of the dentist, which had been the main factor in why I had not gone for so long, but when I came to Aspen they all genuinely did make me feel comfortable.The dental assistant that was doing the X-rays with me, Mercedes, was a huge help in calming those nerves. She was very empathetic and patient with me, taking her time to adjust the placement of the tool used for bitewing x-rays, ensuring that I was as comfortable as possible while still maintaining accuracy. When I went to the exam room, the wait was short but she still checked up on me frequently. From there I completed a scan of my teeth and talked to Dr.Koolick, who was very bubbly and talkative! He was very informative and seemed to pinpoint what troubles I had with amazing accuracy. I remember being absolutely baffled when he knew exactly what points in my jawline were sore before I even mentioned that had trouble with grinding my teeth!After that I talked to Andrew once more about the pricing for the plan of care I had discussed with my dentist, he was very understanding and empathetic of my financial situation, and was crystal clear about pricing, no beating around the bush like I had trouble with at a private practice before switching to Aspen Dental. (Which was very important when it came to investing in Invisalign!)I was actually really surprised with how low the pricing was, Ive heard that a lot of dental practices overcharge insurance, but instead Andrew handed me everything in writing and showed me exactly what was going to be charged to whom, before any treatment was completed.From there I went straight into getting my scaling done with Olivia! I had been ashamed of my dental hygiene habits up to that point, but she was very reassuring and really gave me peace of mind moving forward, knowing gingivitis was a very common issue that could be easily treated. She mentioned that she has been a hygienist for over 7 years! This really did shine through when she was doing my scaling, as she was very careful in sensitive areas, while being very quick and efficient. From there she provided me with a prescription-grade dental rinse and discussed how to use it, as well as some tips and tricks.Overall, I left Aspen Dental with a smile after my first appointment, and I am very excited to see them again! They were quick to welcome me to the family and ensure that I was comfortable every step of the way.

I had been really struggling with my immediate dentures, losing over 10 pounds because I couldnt chew. I went to Aspen Dental and right away got started with new dentures. Dr. Patel was so patient with all my questions and very thorough talking me through the procedure. Shes the best! The staff is very welcoming and professional. I never had to wait very long. In just a few days I have new dentures that look great and Im able to eat comfortably! No more pain!

A money hungry company. It should be left up to me on what I want to get done. They add on extra fees for stuff that I know I dont need. I left before they even started.

I am amazed and thankful at the quality of dental care I have received at Aspen Dental. Dr. Patel calmly and pleasantly listened to my questions and addressed my concerns during my evaluation. They lose one star because two visits ago, the hygienist would not stop stabbing my gums. However, most recently, my teeth were cleaned to a thorough satisfaction by a different hygienist with a very friendly and gentle care.

Need 3 teeth pulled and a deep clean. Couple fillings. Partials, $6000.00. REALLY. This is how you treat disabled and people on fixed income. Not very nice people. You suck

I dont have dental insurance, had a filling fall out and wanted it addressed asap before it got painful. Made appt at Aspen Dental and got taken care of and my tooth fixed with great service and efficiency. I had seen an ad on fb for Aspen and thought I would try them. I wasnt disappointed. From the front desk person to hygeinist, xray tech, dentist, assistant and finance person...everyone was friendly, helpful and a great part of the system to getting me the best care.Thank you so much Aspen Dental team! You are doing it right!

The people were friendly in the office they did what they had to do that was fine but then comes down to scheduling because of the virus I have to do without a denture for over two weeks when other places can get me a denture within 24 hours to 48 hours because I don’t have great credit and I don’t have money to pay for it and they don’t have but one surgeon I’m not very happy but I need my denture so I will wait. I know there’s a pandemic but I also have issues . When I asked about another surgeon they want to send me out to another person so I’d have to pay out some more money I guess I don’t know but I’m staying with this so I can get this done not a satisfied client at all.

Staff was friendly however they told me I had gingivitis borderline periodontal disease and wanted to charge me almost 3000 for a deep cleaning. I have since been to 2 different dentists whi have both said my teeth are fine, no sign of gingivitis at all. I feel like Aspen dental was just trying to get money for unnecessary services. Definitely would not recommend and definitely never going back.

Went for a new patient exam and went back for a cleaning, the office staff were all amazing during both visits! The doctor was really kind and the hygienist was very gentle during the cleaning and offered really helpful advice! Excited to continue my treatment at this office in the future. Looked like they had some great promotions for patients that dont have dental insurance.Update: I decided to get Invisalign with aspen dental and am disappointed. My treatment was supposed to end early april (just in time for my wedding at the end of May). My last scan appointment was rescheduled many times due to the scanners being down. That’s fine at least I didn’t waste time going to the appointment and getting sent away. Finally went in for the scan sometime in April and was told I should get a cal in about a month or so when my retainers came back. Never got a call. I called last week (in AUGUST) nearly 3 months later just to find out the scanner was apparently “down”. I vividly remember 3 other people helping the dental assistant get the perfect scan and seeing it myself. No one saw it wasn’t working? Looked fine to me I’m guessing someone just forgot to send it. That’s okay it happens. I’m very upset by the fact that I had to call them and figure it out; no one reached out to me or even apologized for the inconvenience. When I got to the office the ladies at the front desk barely acknowledged my presence. Asked my name and said they’ll let them know I’m here. Not even a “hey how’s it going”.I just feel a little disrespected by the way this was handled. I would have no problem if someone caught it and gave me a call. The idea that if I didn’t call when I did I probably never would’ve gotten my retainers is what bothers me.

First time I had to wait for awhile on my time appointment. I was told there was overbooking on my time slot. Other than that, Im happy with the staff and the work they do.

I have got to say, my experience at this office has made me not dread a visit to the dentist. The staff is extremely friendly, welcoming and informative. They walk you through everything from treatment to finances. If you’re looking for a new dentist office consider this one heavily!

I think it costs too much for an adjustment on dentures. Sometimes it takes 2-3 times for your mouth to feel well. I can see paying $25 but not $85. All the staff is very nice. It is a friendly office.

I got some x-rays done a while back in Kingman and the girl doing them really hurt me): but I went to Aspen recently and the technician was wonderful! So gentle and friendly I was very pleased. The doctor was wonderful along with hygienist and the office lady who helped me schedule to get my wisdom teeth out oh and the girl in front was very nice too! Very happy patient. I was supposed to be called about an oral surgeon referral, hasn’t happened. Everyone was super sweet, other than their older office mngr -she was rude and condescending.

I came here yesterday May 6th 2020 and they made me feel really calm n comfy. I got X-rays and one of the Dentist checked what was going on with my x-ray then she explained what I can do and in about an hour the whole thing was done, got a tooth extracted. Were all Female dentist n workers there, asked me if I felt anything and when I did, gave me more numbing shots, didnt feel anything at all but heard noises of the tools trying to get my tooth out. Was easy and the nervs go away once you get there and after youre done if you are a bit scared.

Very friendly staff. Got me in right away for extraction of my wisdom teeth. Will definitely go there for the remainder of the work I need done.

I was a little mad coz i had to wait for 6 minutes. Nobody told me they don’t let people go in because of covid. The door was close when i got to the place. The hygienist is my favorite; she is always nice and friendly. I recommend this place place.

I originally wrote a great review regarding the service that I received when I got my wisdom teeth extracted. Since then I decided to make them my main dentist. I went in for a cleaning and as soon as I got there I was required to pay a fee. It was higher than I thought that it would be but I paid it anyway because I thought that was the price for the treatment. I then called in to get an invoice (they only give you a receipt but no invoice that shows charges unless you request it). I was charged $180 for an electron a toothbrush kit that I was not aware of. I then called them to let them know that I would like to return it and now I have to return it to the company that make the toothbrush. They are not allowing me to return it to them, which is a huge inconvenience to me. This is absolutely bad business. I would suggest for anyone working with them to request an invoice. I believe that they purposely do not give you invoices because they charge you for unnecessary things that you did not need or request. I am now canceling them as my main dental practice and I am in search of a new one.

I had a dental nightmare!!!! Lasted over a week, included 3 different dentist ,an urgent care, and 2 ER visits. I finally called Aspen. Got an immediate appointment, was seen quickly, given my options and treatment plan, then immediately got me started on my treatment by working me in between patients. This dentist had the best touch, and I have terrible dental anxiety. She had me comfortable almost instantly and pulled the tooth causing all the problems. NO PAIN!!! Thats awesome!!! I took advantage of an introductory offer that provided an exam free. Upon their recommendation because of a medication I take, I had to defer treatment for a time, and consulted once more with my own dentist, who no longer does root canals. I did not return to Aspen, but not because of any displeasure. At all times I was treated with friendliness and respect, and the information they provided me was right on the mark.

Everything we experienced at Aspen Dental was awesome, friendly customer service, very knowledgeable, willing to take the time to explain, financially assistive, patient and wonderful bedside manner. From the receptionist to the doctor. Thankful I made the choice to take my teen daughter here.

Staff is super friendly, they actually make it a pleasant experience. Dr. Patel is amazing. I have had major work done, and I was terrified. Everyone went out of their way to make sure I had and continue to have the best care possible. I would highly recommend this facility.

I have atrocious teeth. I vomit daily due to health and it has ruined them. I broke a tooth and went in for that. I was honest with them and explained that my end goal was dentures but that no other dentist would treat me due to health issues. While they would treat me, theyre like other businesses and of course want money. I have no dental insurance, so explained it would be paid cash. The treatment plan was laid out and explained thoroughly for dentures. I choose no to same day because I want to look at this plan with a $30k price tag. Upon reading, I did get a decent education and can do that, I see every tooth is slated as complex extraction. Thats an extra $80+ per tooth. I see that the dentures are the Cadillac of dentures. So those 2 things took what could have been a simple yes to finding another dental facility who wont try to bleed you dry. I also walked out with the original broken tooth still in my mouth, still in excruciating pain and 2 1/2 hours taken from my life. It is best to avoid this facility if you dont want to be taken advantage of. Please read all paperwork thoroughly. If later you choose not to partake in services, it could take quite some time to obtain a refund. They require payments upfront before even scheduling an appointment. I did not schedule or make any payment because I wanted to read what I was paying for. Im glad I did so.

The staff at the Chandler Office are awesome!! especially the dentist and Im a very difficult patient to begin with, but they made me feel so at ease I would recommend this office to all of my friends and family they have gone out of their way to make me comfortable and always asked if I was doing okay during the procedures. Not many dentist do that for you. For me that was a big plus. Im not scared like I used to be going to the dentist.I could go on and on about how wonderful the staff is and what they do for their patients and I want to thank all of you for all the work youve done on my teeth ...they look fantastic thank you again😊

Dr Patel and her staff are very caring and courteous. My daughter had veneers done and is very happy with the results. My grandson had extensive work on his teeth and he also is very happy with the results. I am completely satisfied with the work done to improve my smile and will recommend them to everyone.

We give 4 stars to Aspen Dental for their great customer service and friendly environment.They are very helpful and kind to their patience.But they lost a star for the reason they take long to call us back to get seen.We there more then 30 minutes with out getting seen after our scheduled appointment.Over all everything else was great.

Customer Service is great. Too much manual paperwork. Copies are old, faded and almost unreadable. Please upgrade to electronic signature devices.

I was a 1st time customer and hadnt been to the dentist in over 4 years. I hate going to the dentist!! I mean who ever likes going anyway. My co worker referred me to them. But the staff there was very helpful and polite. My insurance basically covered nothing and they worked with me so i could get the work done at a reasonable price. I was in and out in no time. I was amazed at how fast they were able to schedule me back in. Definitely would recommend to others.

Staff makes you feel very comfortable. Was looking for a new dentist when I went there and was not disappointed. Did not feel like an assembly line type dentist office. They informed me of my treatment options and I felt at ease about the whole procedure.

I started coming to Aspen for about a year now and for once in my life will never go to another dentist. This location has gotten me caught up on all necessary dental work including wisdom teeth extraction and Invisalign. The entire staff is wonderful although Melissa is one of my favorites. She’s extremely detail oriented and has always given me tips on how to optimize my Invisalign results. On top of this the dentist has never pressured me into things or pushed more expensive options. I have never been happier.

Very accomendating and easy going staff.

Everyone in the office was kind, easy to talk too and always willing to answer questions. You very first visit they plan out all that you need done and the costs so there are no surprises at the end. No matter what you need there were no judgements. I would highly recommend them. No unnecessary dental work either.

Their finance Person is nothing anymore she is unprofessional very rude she’s not a dentist she does not make the decisions she canceled my appointment I will never go back to Aspen dental in Chandler they are the worst in customer service I don’t see where your people I Give in this facility a five star they suck and that’s coming from a 60-year-old person that’s been around I am done with Aspen Dental I found somebody else I can go through I will pay what I have to.

My overall experience with Aspen was Good. I went to two different locations. Phoenix-Thomas and Chandler. I prefer the Chandler location because of the staff and the dentist took time with every visit. One thing I am not happy about is I was told before my procedure that I had no out of pocket expenses and my insurance will cover everything. Six months later I now have a bill for $600.00.

Office was nice, good technology, but just didnt get that dentist for life feeling. I had to remind assistant to put the X-ray vest on me and they forgot to retake my blood pressure after the initial was high and I wasnt asked about any work I would like to have done, thats not totally bad, I dont want them to be pushy salesman, but ask would I like to try Invisalign-something

Dr was great. Really communicated my options. Rosani was super helpful in the billing area as well.

Total ripoff! When in to see about a simple procedure and they amazingly found $4000 worth of work that needed to be done! I just had a checkup with my regular dentist so I knew what work needed to be done and what didnt .Somehow, in one month of my visit to my regular dentist and to this scam, I had developed 6 cavities! BS . Their dentists are required to meet quotas so they will tell you that you need work that doesnt really need to be done . The financial lady ran my credit for a Care Credit card WITHOUT asking me first and telling me what she was doing . Do not recommend this scam of a chain.

Everybody was very nice. They also helped me out so much by making sure i can afford my new teeth. I will reefer everyone I know to go to them. Thanks again aspen team!

The dentist was LOVELY! At first I was worried because she looked 18 years old- but she quickly showed me that she was intelligent, professional, obviously experienced, and kind. Which, that last one- kind- is so important of a quality for a dentist. Her empathy and skills at relieving worries are excellent! I definitely will refer anyone who asks. And return, myself! Thank you! Oh - my one concern, and the concern of everyone I told about my visit- is that there is not a gas option. Sometimes nitrous makes ALL the difference. But she managed to get the broken agonizing tooth out skillfully, took the time to numb it again to make sure it would be tolerable, and she cared, all the while asking me if I was okay numerous times— all made the visit a perfect 5/5 stars!

Staff was amazing, polite, and very professional. They worked with me and my budget to help get the best treatment plan for me. Dr. Sung is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, I ask a lot of questions and he didnt hesitate to answer any of them, again very professionally. All of the staff were very helpful and friendly and made going to the dentist a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone I know or dont know, give them a chance and you will not be disappointed! I know I wasnt!!! Thank you so much aspen dental team!!!
