Hands down best dentist in Chandler. Had a filling pop out right before my midterm for med school in Tucson. They were able to slide me into an appointment at 2 PM, so I drove up right after the test and had the filling re-placed. You wont have any worries about being well taken care of here.

Dr. Karen and his team are very good at what they do. They make it easy to come to the dentist and Dr.Karen will always be transparent in his procedures and recommendation. We have been seeing Dr.Karen and Co. for nearly five years and will continue to keep seeing the team.

As anyone can be, I was very nervous to go to the dentist. Admittedly, it had been a bit too long since I went the last time and I was so worried that it was going to hurt. The entire team was so nice and personable, maintaining great attitudes and making me feel completely comfortable. Overall I had a painless and great experience.

I have been going here for 5 years. Dr. Brett Karren is very nice and personable. I also really like the hygienist named Linda. Lauren who is possibly the office manager, but not sure, is also always very gracious. I have always had good experiences here.

After 7 years of refusing to go to the dentist, I started going to AZ Family Dental in 2017. They have helped me repair my dental health and managed to save almost all of my damaged teeth after years of neglect. Dr Karren and his staff are amazing, and the hygienists Shelly and Linda are friendly and knowledgeable. The office manager, Lauren, is great at explaining the costs, payment options, and coordinating with Dr Karren on what takes priority when money is tight!

The most personable dental office I have been to. Friendly from the front office workers, to the hygienists, and even the dentists. Highly recommend Linda and the rest of the staff.

Everyone was extremely courteous and professional. I myself struggle with confidence with my teeth and they made me feel comfortable. Additionally I did not feel like it bothered them if I was still showing I was sensitive to the dental work. This was my first visit and I am happy to find a place I can go to for a long time.

My experience was awesome. I was completely relaxed and comfortable during the entire procedure. The dentist explained the process and he made me feel at ease. I had my headset on with my music playing. It is almost 5 hours later and I am still pain free. Excellent job! I definitely recommend the practice.

We were late to the Arizona Family Dental party (most of my extended family has been coming for years and always gave it rave reviews), but we are so glad to call this office ours now, too! They put my very anxious 4 year old at ease our first trip in, and every visit since has been a breeze. My 3 girls absolutely love Miss Linda - she is so gentle, patient and thorough. She remembers little details and their individual interests from our last visit and makes a point to ask them about their latest activities. Im convinced she must have toothfairy magic tucked in the pockets of her scrubs. Both docs have been pleasant on our visit and I appreciate the gals in the front office - always so helpful!

So kind and gentle on my mouth but did a great job cleaning them. Felt very comfortable there and the dentist was also very nice. Would totally recommend them. I can only recommend the dentist whose first name is Brett. I forget his last name. I really like his pleasant manners and communication. He has done a crown for me as well as general checkups. My crown fits perfectly and I didnt even have to go back to have the top filed down from being too high. I love Linda the Hygienist, she gave me the most painless injection of Novocain I have ever had and it was for a tooth that injections in that part of the mouth are a little painful!! I prefer the the experiences I have had with Dr. Brett and Linda than with the others. Not that the others are bad or anything. Have had better experiences with Dr. Brett and Linda

Never thought I would ever be writing a review about a Dental office, however, on my third visit for a crown (first two for cleanings) and after Dr. Karren’s detailed explanation of the procedure, his instructions on how to communicate any unlikely discomfort during the process and being completely at ease and pain-free during the entire procedure with zero pain that evening or the next day, I was so impressed that here in writing is what you need to know about Arizona Family Dental. This is the best Dental office I have ever been to and I highly recommend Dr. Karren and his staff - they are fantastic and take ALL the stress out of a dental visit.

The staff is nice, the hygienist is nice and the dentists are nice. The dentists have good communication skills and do what to hear my input as a patient so its a partnership in oral health.The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is I am used to a dental office from the state I moved from giving super soft cushy neck rolls for comfort, having an over hanging TV turned on to watch while in the chair and headphones offered to minimized the sound of the drill. Never-the-less I like this office and its staff.

I can’t imagine using another dentist. Arizona Family Dental is truly a “family” facility. Everyone makes an effort to ask about other family members (how they remember what they remember, I will never know). The initial connection puts me at ease for what is to come! I see Dr. Karren and Linda, but I would be comfortable seeing any professional in this office. I find the prices of dental work to be reasonable, and affordable. They also take many types of insurance and handle all of the paperwork. They have evening hours for people who work. I would highly recommend this office for anyone looking for a dentist.

I had a real problem with a tooth white in Chandler, I called Arizona Family dental and they were very easy to work with. Got me in to see them in just a few hours to see what was going on. Personally, I’m just one of those people who hate going to the dentist, but this place changed my views. I trust this dentist office to do their job accurately and safe. This office has many talented dentists. Even the techs and front office ladies make you feel warm and comfortable. Even for someone who is uneasy about going to the dentist (same as me) they make you feel less uneasy by telling you what they are going to do to your mouth and going slow at any pace if needed. To me, that calmed me down so much. In all, this is a GREAT dentist. They earned their 5 stars.

Wonderful appointment. Hygienist did a wonderful job distracting me while cleaning my teeth - no pain or soreness after the cleaning. Dr. was quick to check me. Staff was kind when I called to tell them I was running late due to traffic. They even suggest a better route to use next time with less traffic. We are retired and are on their own insurance plan, which does help us get regular cleaning and check ups without too much money paid out.

I have been going to Arizona Family Dental for 7 years to get my teeth cleaned. They are just flat out honest. I asked about teeth whitening and Invisalign. The answer, the color of your teeth is fine and you really only have two small gaps. Dr. Brett Karren explained the options, He said the gaps I have are normal and I trust him fully. I respect him as a medical professional and his personal views. I would be his friend if our social circles intertwined. The staff is also amazing from the moment you enter the door you feel at home. I drive 40 minutes one way to see them. They are worth the drive.
