Loved it. They did a great job on a complete head job on my 2005 Honda Civic. Good turn around we got the car back when promised. One small issue and they made an appointment without hesitation to get it taken care of. I would recommend them to anyone. Honest mechanics are hard to find. Unless you go here. They will treat you with respect and welcome you to there family and bussinees.

My experience with them was wonderful! They did a great job fixing what needed to be fixed. They were quick to get me back on the road. I will be using this facility again!

Toms is first rate. I called on Monday and they got me in the next day. Drove my car in and they immediately drove me home. Within a few hours they called to say they could find no problem with my car other than the transmission dip stick wasnt in all the way and probably caused the leak I was having. NO CHARGE. I love it when a firm wants to do right by their customer. Thanks Tom I will recommend you to my friends and family.

I did not have my vehicle serviced but i was having trouble with my truck, mechanics were out for the rest of the day. The staff jumped to my concern and made every attempt to assist me in this matter . The gentleman at the desk informed me that i would be ok to continue on my way without damage to my truck.They are a true service shop, tried every attempt to help me. I will recommend to anyone I can based on their customer service.

This place is a rip off I went for them to see about a wheel alignment or see if any other issues with the front of my car I get there they look at my van for like five minutes then lie and tell me the racket pins and the whole front needed to be rebuilt and would cost 2300 what liars then I go to another mechanic an honest thank god I was blessed to find someone honest told me that I only needed ball joints and my van has drive smooth ever since dont go here they are just going to overcharge you and rip you off I will never do business with this company !

GUESS WHAT NO CAT CONVERTER NEEDED.SO IN ALL IF I WOULDVE LET TOMS AUTO DO WK GORST IT WOULVE BEEN $2,340 THAN IM SURE THEY WOULDVE TOLD ME I NEEDED A CAT CONVERTER AND WAMTED TO CHARGE ME OVER $1,500 FOR SURE.SHAME ON YOU TOMS AUTO. ONLY TUNE UP NEEDED. My goodness it is the Wrench mechanic that’s coming to my home. He asked certain questions about Dignostic I said let me call them as like other poster here I thought this was free and got charged $115 which I was calling credit card company to dispute.While on speaker with TJ Toms son I asked him questions wrenches Mecanic is wanting to know and all wrenches mechanic did was shake his head as TJ was still trying to blow that smoke.I informed him I’m having wrenches do Diagnostic as there is no way all 6 fuel injectors went bad and I’m requesting a refund of my $115I said even when I came to pick up my truck I told you I wasn’t told of any fee as I could go to many places for check engine lightWell he hung up on me.Goes to show you who your dealing with.I guarantee anyone that this place preys on people who just don’t know any better.Guess their slow now as snowbirds aren’t here yet and people are doing their homework like I didn’t do first timeOnly reason I came back was for free Dignostic which wasn’t free as I was informed.I hope before you take any vehicle to Toms automotive you read this and take serious this review.A tune up at Toms almost $800 wrenches $100 if you get parts Toms price for fuel injectors plus tune up over $2,340 wrenches if I needed all 6 injectors which Mecanic is saying Toms isn’t telling me the truth as all 6 injectors couldn’t be bad WRENCHES price $830 oh and they guarantee work 1 yearIf wrenches buys parts they warentee parts and laborI’m so happy I found this wrench company and things do happen for a reason that’s why in walked the mechanic at parts store from wrenches.Oh and for Toms son TJ stop bad mouthing o Reilly parts when you buy from them and now they know not to give out your number.Shame on you!!!And when you told me how you understand when someone is on now limited income as you had to go on workers comp and only get $900 a month. The guys over at Toms are seriously good. In todays world it is hard to find a good, honest repair shop. But I have found my go to shop. I am fairly mechanically inclined, but dont possess the hours to fix my own problems. Every time I bring my car here with an issue that I am fairly confident I have found what the issue is, I dont tell them A thing. I just state the symptoms and the diagnose it with exactly what I was expecting. They wont lie to you and wont take advantage of young girls who dont know anything about cars, and I know this from experience. (gf, same treatment) If you are having car troubles, seriously, give them a call. Worst case they give you a high quote and your go somewhere else...

They are very genuine people and do what they say. Labor charges are little on the high side but that can be overlooked as they make sure that problems with the vehicle are resolved with utmost attention and accuracy.

I never write reviews but was compelled to write on. Zero stars if possible. CUSTOMER BEWARE! Trusted them in plain faith as they were closest to my home. Told me the diagnosis was free and no obligation. Drove my car in and they did the diagnosis in 5mins and told me what it would cost ($400). I asked I needed to make the money arrangements and think about it so they said they had taken stuff apart so I couldnt use the car until they repaired it. I had no choice but to say ok. Ordered the part overnight and kept the car for 4 days to repair as they are closed on the weekend. Gave me a $500 bill (above what they had told me first) and had the gall to charge me overnight shipping charges in spite of keeping my car 4 days just cuz they dont work weekends. Mom and pop family shop looking to maximize how much they make on each car that comes in. Shop and garage in disarray and disrepair. Took my car in to 3 other shops after I got the car back and showed them my invoice and they stated this job should not have been a dime more than $280 and the internet estimates confirm that as well. So, you be the judge of my experience and this shop that is Toms auto repair. Dont say I didnt warn you.. Thx for reading my review!
