I can’t say enough good things about Arizona Elite. Bill and Kristen are the ultimate husband and wife team that possess the integrity, honesty and customer service qualities that are hard to find today. My V had some bugs from the previous tuner and Bill took his time to carefully go through the car to dial it in. When I called a couple weeks later to give him the update he had me bring it by just to give himself peace of mind that it was up to his standards on his own time. This is my second experience with AZ Elite Motorsports. Bill and Kirsten are both very knowledgeable and have always treated me great! Drove down from Parker Az and was not disappointed at all they made my stage 3 cammed camaro run like a dream the drivability was very impressive. Absolute joke of a company, good thing you are doing so well you can turn down customers purely based on if you like the car or not. I was told verbatim that we dont want to tune cars that are show cars or full blown race cars Yet there are several of them pictured on their Instagram. Stay away, go to a reputable Tuner that appreciates potential new customers.**in response - to be clear I never asked about getting my car tuned, I was only asking about which particular model Holley EFI to purchase. You just assumed that I would be getting the tune from you, which that was never the case. I still have the messages to prove it.

I actually purchased a car that was tuned by this company. Just wanted to say the car runs flawless and first time at the track ran in the 9s. I had it looked at by another local shop and they told me that they would not change a thing. I wish you guys were located in Florida :-)

Just got my C6 Z06 tuned by AKA Dr. Bill. Bill and Kirsten have provide the best customer experience I have ever had. Kirsten took the time to answer every single one of my emails. Bill had lots of patience and care for my car (as it was his own). My car had a major lean codes that took Bill a couple of hours to diagnose and resolve. The dynamic duo stayed after hours and came in on Saturday (there day off) to finish up my car. It’s not often you can find people/business you can trust, well you have one with AEM. Kirsten and Bill treated my wife and I like family. I will never go anywhere else, this is my go to shop. Thanks for everything, my car run amazing!

Bill has tuned multiple cars for us. We bring cars up from southern AZ because its worth the drive. None of them have had any issues after the fact. No returns or questions from the owners of the cars. AEM has tuned some of the fastest street cars in the state. Bill tunes LT, Coyote, and HEMI not just LS. You have a choice in the valley and a little research will prove that most of the proclaimed tuners are nothing more than hacks wasting your time and money.

Bill tuned my 2011 Mustang. I had purchased it used, and had to have some work done on it. When I contacted AEM, Kristin went over everything to make sure I had my car ready to go on the dyno. They were helpful and informative, and my car perfect. I would recommend them for anyone that is serious about doing things right on their car.

I went to them to get my camaro tuned by bill and before I had him tune it I asked him if it would still be able to pass Emmissions they said yes it will pass I got the tune and the drive cycle has not reset since.. I’ve called them and Kirsten just gives me the run around (I hear she does that to almost everyone) and I have not been able to pass Emmissions due to this and they don’t seem to care .: I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone I think bill would have some concern if he knew but his wife does not relay messages

I called AEM months prior to getting my 2014 Camaro built, I also called other shops during the same time for recommendations on builds for my Camaro. I ended up going with AEMs recommendation because Bill seemed to be the most knowledgeable. I got my Camaros work done at CFX Performance, supercharger, cam, fuel system, etc. I was hoping for a good 600whp. When it came time to tune which they scheduled with my shop when the work was going to be done it was a great experience. Bill spent over three hours dialing in my Camaro. It actually ended up making way more than expected, 730whp and room for more. 35k miles after the tune my Camaro has 60k miles on it and I have not had a single problem, and I am not easy on my camaro. They gave me a 10.7 130+mph 1/4 mile camaro and I couldnt be happier. Bill and Kirsten are amazing people and Ill recommend everyone to AEM.

Bill turns your snarling, surly beast into a smooth civilized driver UNTIL nail the pedal to the floor, then hold on and grin! My start up tune was AMAZING! never got lean even with 8# of boost on the way over for the full tune. Idled and drove amazing. This is the only place I will ever go for tuning.

I’ve taken my 2013 Stang, to AEM more than once. After the first time my car was in Bills hands, I couldn’t imaging the car getting any better. Each time I took my car in, Bill raised the level of performance yet to ANOTHER level and much more! Bill is always asking me questions about my car, it’s performance and my own driving habits etc. Every time I went there, Kirsten and Bill treat me like family. Because I’m a AEM customer, when I have questions. 95% of the time, Kirsten has the answers and can help over the phone. If she is unable to answer any questions, she finds those answers and follows up with me 100%! They are the dynamic duo!!

This is the best place Ive ever been for Engine Tuning. The Mustang has never run better, and they have been very helpful in helping me track down an issue with the Engine.

I called AEM about my neighbors Ford Lightening. It had a Diablo chip and couldnt pass emissions due to the emissions modules being shut off. Bill was able to help me out and get the problem resolved. Highly recommend them.

If you have an SCT ITSX tuner, they will not work with it. I was told it is a personal choice of the business.

Great customer service and folks you can trust. Went there to see if my current tune can be improved. After dynoing the car and analyzing the tune, he found that the tune was good, but saw signs of spark blowout and advised me to check the spark plug gaps. He only charged for the dyno runs as he thought that tune itself was good. His diagnosis ended up being correct, as spark plugs had much greater gap than I thought. The car runs much better now after re-gapping the plugs.Update: Follow up dyno session confirmed resolution of blowouts, and the car showed additional 8.5 WHP.

Well I dont know what to say about this company. Let start off buy saying his wife is very rude and thin skinned. Took my 2010 Ford Mustang in to have in tuned. The husband quated me $350 to have it done at the end it was $500. They asked me what i expected from the tune I responded with, it wants to stall out on me at low speeds i like to have that fixed. he said yes that in the tune. i took it down the road the first stop sign it died on me took it back he changed one thing and said it was good. Took it to Oklahoma for military training every morning it was flooding out with fuel and had a hard time running. In New Mexico it started to die on me while just cruising.Called them and told them it was acting up. Her quote was it not the tune our tunes are perfect and you must of played with it. I limped the car home and took it to him again. the wife called me while i was at work telling me that the car is done in a hate full manner and hurry up and get here cause we are leaving. So i had it diag through a third party to have another say,they found that the tune was the reason of all my problem. so i was going to have them redo the tune after installing new parts, the wife again said no we will not touch your car again and hung up on me cause i wrote a bad review on them which i didnt. Well that is fine cause with that kind of bithcy additude im sure they will not be in here long. Now here is the bad review.

Couldnt be happier with the tune he did for my ls3 swapped GTO. he took the time to make sure everything was sorted out and even with the large cam, the driveablility is incredible. 10/10 would go back to them with new mods or different vehicles.

Bill really knows what hes doing, an honest family business. Ill never go anywhere else for any tuning and will be referring everybody I know to aem for their tuning needs!
