Hands down best dealership I’ve ever dealt with. I bought a 2018 Crosstrek and have had all of my regular maintenance done here to maintain my warranty and have records on the carfax. The service staff is phenomenal.I also recently bought a new WRX here and my sales rep Kevin was a top notch dude. He was friendly, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure my girlfriend and I were getting the best deal possible on our new vehicle purchase.

Okay, so I dont love cars. I have owned a bunch of them in the 60 plus years I have been driving, and mostly they are transportation (point A to point B). Maybe this one is different. I got the new Wilderness Edition of the Outback, and so far I like everything about it. It has a great ride on the highway, and we are becoming very good friends on the paved roads through the mountains. Only have had it off road a couple of times in pretty easy conditions, nothing severe, but was very comfortable with what I was driving a how it handled the jeep trails we were on - very satisfied (although I am certainly no off-road expert.)The Subaru Superstore dealership was great to work with, especially Sai, our sales guy. I felt more like he was helping us find a car than trying to sell us one. The next time I go looking for a vehicle, I want to be treated like that again.From my experience, youll be treated right by these guys.

For the sake of transparency, I do not have a great deal of experience where car dealerships are concerned. This is only my third experience with a dealership, and first experience with leasing a brand new vehicle. With that said, my experience with this Subaru dealership was extremely straight forward and painless! Jamie was a pleasure to deal with! It was a very low stress experience. Something Im extremely grateful for because I can definitely feel some buyers remorse after large purchases with significant financial commitments. I came away from the whole experience feeling positive about the vehicle I leased. I wouldve liked to have gotten more for my trade-in, but what I got was exactly typical with my prior experience with a trade-in. So, I feel pretty neutral about that portion. Im definitely looking forward to developing a relationship with this dealership and the Subaru brand moving forward!As for the car I leased, its a 2021 CrossTrek Ltd! Ive been following this Subaru model for years. It came highly recommended by both friends and family. Im really excited about it as my first NEW new car! Driving it is a pleasure. Ill adapt to the new technology that my prior vehicle didnt have.

BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!! Morgan was great, not pushy or overbearing, but let me wander, look and decide before coming over to help me. He then explained all the features for the car I was most drawn to as well as compared it to others on the lot. While on the test drive, he was knowledgeable about the vehicle and friendly in conversation. When I got back to the dealership, he ran the numbers for me without making me feel obligated to walk out with a car that night. He just wanted to make sure I was making an informed decision. I left with all the information I needed to make my decision. I called the next day to actually pull the trigger and buy the vehicle. He started all the paperwork before I got there making it seamless. It was the fastest I have ever been able to sign documents for a car. I loved that they actually took the time to show you all the features of your new car. Definitely a return customer!

This was an amazing car buying experience. Specifically, working with Jack and Dustin was a very pleasant time, which is not something that I ever expected to say about buying a car. My girlfriend came in after her last car was in an accident, and not only was this place understanding and patient with us, they really made the process a breeze! If you are looking for a Subaru in the Phoenix area, this is the place to go if you want a more laid-back non sleazy experience to buy an incredible car!

They are usually fantastic. Unfortunately, that was not the case today. Waited over 3 1/2 hours to put on new tires and alignment. No communication on timeline. The manager Justin did come over at the end and apologize and gave me a discount. I was going to give 2 stars, but because Justin made the effort to correct the issue, I increased to 4 stars. I appreciate his attention to quality customer service.

Ive gotten my Mazda serviced here before when we had a Subaru and the quality of work was substantially better than the Mazda dealership. Because of that I wanted to ask if they serviced the same 3rd party warranty that my Mazda is under, but when I asked I was met with a curt, dismissive, and pretty condescending response. I understand if its not doable, but I dont appreciate being met with that tone over a genuine question.

Everyone that I came into contact with at the store was courteous and helpful.Scott Postel Was exceptional. He was extremely knowledgeable about the product and spoke to me in laymans terms which I really appreciated as I am not up to date on all of the new updated features that come with newer vehicles.The finance person, Brett Beck was up to date with all types of packages available with the the purchase of a new auto.I highly recommend anyone interested in purchasing or leasing a new car visiting your store for a new automobile.Thank you for making my trip to the store worthwhile.

They have a top notch service department and I want to offer special thanks to my Service Advisor Ann-Marie who took care of my Crosstrek 7/26/21 for maintenance, and coordinated with the glass company for recalibrating my safety equipment after windshield replacement. Darian goes above and beyond to explain the mechanical issue(s), is completely transparent about pricing, and helps to guide me in decision making as far as what needs to be fixed urgently, and what can wait. Sale of my new vehicle was great, but less than 2 month into owning my new $34k+ vehicle I started to hear a vibration from the driver side door, specifically where it locks in place. Now, is this a driving safety hazard? Possibly, but they gave me two options; I pay to have them check it out or I can wait months until my scheduled appointment. I guess this is what they mean by it’s what makes Subaru a Subaru eh?

Editing my review - purchase process was nice, but the process after has been not as good. The car was taken back for some minor detailing that probably shouldve been finished prior to purchasing -- will take over a week to complete. In addition, contacting the dealership hasnt worked for me, they only appear to speak to the cosigner on the vehicle. Apparently, the vehicle does not exist in their records when I call?

The best car shopping experience I’ve ever had doe the brand I love the most! I had been texting the Subaru Super store of Chandler’s Sales Manager Mr. JACK CALLAGAN for about 2 months and inquiring about Ascent and to my surprise she Blume other managers that assign other sales rep Mr. Callagan himself personally sent me couple of quotes for two specific cars that I was interested the most and right of the begging everything looks so good, price was right and level of customer support and care was beyond anything I’ve experienced in nearly 25 years of car shopping and I’ve purchase over 50 cars for personal and our business uses during the last 25 years and I never had a smoother car buying process than this! Everything was done online and to my disbelief I was approved since I had other loans, Mr. Callagan worked tirelessly with few banks to get me approved with a great rate, he was there from the beginning of the process until my car was delivered to me he made sure everything is going smooth and hassle free and all this was for their least expensive vehicle ! an Impreza which was by far the least expensive car they had in inventory, so this shows they are not motivated by the sticker price of the car youre purchasing, no matter what car you buy, youre guaranteed to Get world class support and service from sales to the managers.I highly recommend Subaru Superstore of Chandler and this store has became now our dealership for lifetime. This is the BEST service center Ive ever had the pleasure of dealing with! A few days ago we went to open our 2021 Ascent sunroof and realized the inside pane was cracked. Im in the Army and within days we were scheduled to move from El Paso, TX to my new assignment in Korea. We have to drive our car to Seattle to ship it to Korea and this was the only service center on the way that had the new sunroof pane in stock and could squeeze us in to get it fixed on our tight schedule. I left El Paso at 4 am and drove to Chandler with our two kids and two dogs. I got there at about 8:45. After a little confusion with the service dept we got on the same page and they got the car in and repaired very quickly. We were back on the road headed to our first overnight stop in Las Vegas. They have a water bowl inside for the dogs and water bottles for the kids. Like I said, were on a very tight schedule since were currently moving overseas and they were extremely accommodating and very helpful. Thank you again! We really appreciate your help!

Update May 2021: a dealership is only as good as the people at the top, and this dealership has two exceptional leaders who set the standards for the entire staff to follow. Rob was the sales manager when we first purchased two years ago, and has since been promoted to General Manager. Scott has been the Service Manager for the last two years I’ve done business here. Both of these individuals treat you like family, so it’s no surprise everyone else at the dealership displays the same caring, honest demeanor. In a world where we often think of car dealers as shady businesses, it’s nice to have found one you can trust, no questions asked. Families aren’t perfect, but a good one like this dealer will be honest if something is wrong and go out of their way to make it right. I wanted a 2018 Crosstrek with premium trim because of the moonroof. A friend recommended locally-owned Subaru Superstore of Chandler. Their customer service is phenomenal. Courteous, respectful, and explained everything in detail to me. Answered every question. I bought the 2018 Premium Crosstrek I wanted at a price below Kelly. Not much inventory, layout of building is not confusing, signage is just as bad. Was only looking for the parts department, staff not friendly. I have a 1987 do wagon and was looking for parts....they herd the year and the little help that was finally showing went away quickly. Dont expect much support after your original Subaru becomes a clasic...not the kind of Subaru dealership I was in back in 1987 when I purchased the Dl wagon in hermosa beach California! They werent even interested in going a inch let alone a mile to help....totally ashamed for Subaru!!!

Anyone that knows me would say Ive probably had enough cars for 10 people over my lifetime however I have never experienced such a positive environment as Subaru superstore of Chandler with Griz leading the charge during my investigation and purchase experience....Camille in the vehicle delivery department does an awesome job at explaining all of the electronics and was very patient with my wife. She now has a great understanding of all of the gadgets and features that we paid for :-)Griz knows his equipment and was able to get me a price that was more than fair, in fact so fair and so positive that I bought a second 2021 Outback a couple of months later after my wife and I purchased one for her.Id be remiss if I didnt mention Jim in service also being a key make it happen team member there. He was responsible for adding a lot of after purchase accessories and is one of those people that does what he says hes going to do.I will definitely revisit Subaru superstore and Griz for my next car, even though Im in the 4th quarter Im sure Ill have another car in my life.

I had a poor experience with the sales associates, I scheduled an appointment for service on my subaru and to speak with a salesman about selling my subaru. When I went in to meet with a sales associate they told me that they didnt have any appointment scheduled. I was told I could wait around for 30- 60 mins if I wanted to. Yet another Subaru dealership with which Ive had a negative experience. I moved to AZ out of state, and I needed to get my windows tinted.I placed 3 calls to this location; I called Sunday 5/2 at 2:30pm, Monday 5/3 at 4:07pm, and today 5/7 at 11:06am. I spoke with a person each time, and each time, they took down my questions and told me somebody in their service center would return my call to answer my questions.I didnt need anything fancy done, just to get my windows tinted, and every time, I was following up with this business and practically asking them to take my money to provide me a service.Why do Subaru dealerships in the Phoenix area have a tough time returning calls of potential customers? Any comment by the business seeking to rectify this issue is an attempt to save face. Dont reply to this comment, just meet basic courtesy by returning phone calls. You may get more customers that way.

I had an issue with my car starting this morning, after only 6 month and 1k miles...I was feeling pretty bummed...Although, Subaru Roadside Assistance had a guy to my house in 5 minutes to get me a jumpstart, and Todd at Subaru Superstore of Chandler gave me a call to come in and get my vehicle looked over within the hour. The reason for 3 stars is they did not come out and share simple things needed on my car while I was there. Such as license plate lights needed to be replaced. My tires need to be replaced and they did not even put it on as things needing replacement although they did rotate the tires.

We researched every safety feature on every small size SUV/Crossover out there, and search was narrowed down to two cars Forester and RAV4. Scott went over every feature and demod everything for us- he is absolutely unbelievable. For those of you reading before going- call and make an appointment with Scott!Finally at the end it all came down to for us... safety, reliability and longevity (lasting 100K miles+)- Eye-sight - or adaptive cruise control other cars may call it- Complete audio voice control for car commands- Apple carplay- Blind spot assist- Lane change assist- wow this one is amazing, turning the car back in!- Multiple screens for informative car functionality- Far more room inside with huge visibility front, sides and back vs. competition- Reduced car noise vs. competition on acceleration and drivingFinally at the end we signed on for two additional features that give parents PEACE OF MIND!- Finance: Affordably 8 year bumper to bumper warranty backed by Subaru and not a third party vendor- Marc in finance- literally the first finance gentleman we have ever worked with at a car dealership who was as nice as could be!- Starlink- (like OnStar for those of you who know OnStar) for 7 years- unbelievably low price- provides non-emergent and emergency assistance with a touch of a button, remote start, remote locking, car tracking if stolen and so much moreThis dealership is phenomenal and 5 stars on all counts- sales, finance and management assistance.

Great place to buy a Subaru, not necessarily the best place to service your Subaru. Brought our car in for service with wash, car exterior was washed but certainly not clean! Leather seats were stained too, although they were promptly taken care of with window cleaner once we brought it to their attention. Our 2011 Nissan gets better treatment when serviced! Also, asked them to correct the cars alignment (six months old, top of the line 2018 Outback pulled from the day we bought it), was told it would be corrected under the warrant. However, car still pulls severely to the right! Wont be returning to their service department! Do yourself a favor and find another Subaru service center in the Phoenix area! Was not impressed by this dealers service or their customer service at all! But still a great place to purchase, for what its worth. Just poor customer service, sad to say.

I bought a subaru about 3 weeks back from a used car dealership hoping to save some money only to find out a few days after buying it there was something wrong with it as half the lights on my dash lit up at once and started flashing. I brought it in to these guys to have it looked at; they were very thorough and thoughtful of me through the whole process. Making a difficult trial more bearable. I dont think i could have gotten a better experience anywhere else.

I’ve been here a couple of times over the years. Once when I was looking at new Subarus, a few times to service my Subaru and finally to look at a used car. The service team was great. With the exception of one rep I interacted with, the sales team has always had a snobbish attitude and I had the worst experience thus far today. I would avoid this place, especially when looking at their used car sales. I’ll never come back.

This was the first car buying experience that I actually enjoyed. Ron was an excellent sales associate. He patiently answered all my questions. I never felt pressured to buy and he got me a good deal on a new 2018 Forester. This was my first experience with Subaru...my Mom bought an Outback two years ago and loves it. I kept hearing about all the safety features Subaru offers and how reliable they are. I absolutely love driving my new Forester and I love this brand. I brought my vehicle in a few days ago to get the paint and fabric protection applied. Dulcie took care of everything from setting up the appointment through email, checking us in quickly, and getting us on our way to work with a brand new loaner vehicle.

Paid $3899 for Gold plus extended warranty plan back in July 2020 for a new Forester only to find out they cant fix a tire that had a nail in it for free. They charged $200 to replace one tire. Unfreakin believable!!

We heard from a friend in Gilbert that Scott Postel was a great guy to deal with at this dealership. We actually waited for him, while he helped a woman who was looking for a Forester. We bought an Outback from Scott and it was a very good, no pressure, highly helpful experience. The whole process was less than an hour, and we drove our Outback home.

I seldom ever feel compelled enough to go out of my way to leave reviews for a company that I do business with, but I do now as I say with confidence that this is one of the worst service departments I’ve dealt with. Jerry specifically when asked if Subaru offers military discounts that he wouldn’t honor it because I was getting a wildcard $50 off. My bill was around $900 so the 10 percent off would of been more beneficial. When I asked if I could switch it he was short with me and told me management wouldn’t allow it. Right there he lied to me and he was not very friendly. I’ve been there for other service and had no problem. I’m a first time Subaru buyer coming up on 100k miles in need of a new vehicle. This may seem small but it’s making me rethink my options. I would not recommend doing business here if you respect the military as they do not.

If purchasing, ESPECIALLY A PRE-OWNED/USED Please Read. I have worked at Dealers all over the state, know many in the dealer business, and am highly knowledgeable about how vehicles are prepared for a sale. Folks, I can not say it enough, if you are looking for a preowned vehicle especially, ALWAYS ALWAYS start off by looking at a Richard C owned dealership first (Volvo, Subaru Superstores, Porsche, Audi). He not only demands full transparency, but he is the one owner out there that will absolutely not accept a preowned vehicle that isnt thoroughly and highly examined before selling it. I have NEVER witnessed an owner more strict than him. In fact, you have no idea, according to staff, how many vehicles do not get resold because his demands on what he resells are so high. I have interviewed numerous techs, not even telling them I was gathering info, and ALL OF THEM have said, one thing thats nice about working for R.C. is that he actually will put money into a used vehicle before selling it, which gives us more work. Ive spoken to managers that have indicated, you definitely do not want R.C. to see a preowned vehicle that wasnt inspected and prepared properly. In addition, R.C. actually does the Recon ALL dealers say they do, but dont. DID YOU KNOW... at his stores, you can watch your cars being worked on? Did you know that he will NOT let his management under value your trade and try to make more money? DID YOU KNOW? he LIMITS the amount of money a dealership is allowed to sell a warranty at. I called 2 dealers for a warranty and was told $4,000 & $3500. I called an R. C. store and they said, $1,850. I said, what?!?! is it the same warranty? The George the finance Manager laughed and said, yes, our owner does not over charge for anything. He wants both sides to get a good deal so that you continue to come back and purchase again! Im telling you right now, R.C. does the work expected and required on the vehicles and then he goes above and beyond. He actually has professional detail teams, not just car washers. Ive toured the site and met and spoke with the Detail Manager at the Surprise Store (Sergio), He had two used vehicles with all the seats completely taken out of the vehicle. I asked what he was doing, he said, we do the work as it should be done, we completely remove the seats, clean and restore them thoroughly and completely clean and shampoo interior, its a process and hard work, but its demanded by owner and I love doing it. He was also using $500 buffers to compound the vehicle after he washed and claybard the vehicle. I was impressed. Under the hood, Sergio explained how it looks brand new now, and it did. Heck, even Sergio, despite washing and doing all this work, was dressed like he was a professional. clean cut, his office was clean and you could eat off the ground of their huge detail area. There was another hispanic guy doing tint inside R.C.s tint shop and he told me the same, R.C. is great to work for, business oriented and professional, but his staff stays with him, lower turnover than other places, and he charges $300-$400 less on average for the tint than all other dealers.Ive purchased from R.C and traded in two vehicles now to his stores, and I will GLADLY pay more if I had to for his used vehicles. Who cares what KBB says they dont take into account the demand perfection that an R.C. ran store has. Also, Ive been using his service for 4 years, his staff is the best Ive had and its still the same people so they know my car and how to communicate with me. The same couple techs have always been the ones servicing my car which is also nice and the stores are SOOO CLEAN, which is a big deal to me.Hes operations and business plan is right on!

Jack Callaghan made my experience a pleasant one. I found the Subaru Forester I had been looking for online and he was my sales contact throughout the process. Since Im located in California it was important that I get all the help up front before I drove out to the dealership. Jack was honest, proactive, and made himself available to answer any questions I had. Even though the vehicle was located at the Surprise location, he still made all the arrangements for me and lined up other employees at that location to assist me once I got there. His follow up was great and he even checked on me to see to verify that everything was going as planned. I definitely recommend working with Jack if you need a vehicle from this dealership!

This was a great experience from start to finish with Johnny B & the dealership. I went to many brands and dealerships and the deciding factor was the communication, expectations set and ease of transaction. I brought in my 2011 Outback for service. Scheduling that via phone was quick and easy. I had my vehicle towed there about an hour early and it was no problem, they were able to get me in an hour ahead of schedule. Everyone I talked to was attentive, patient, and answered my questions. Dave was great and handed me off to Jerry, who was also very helpful. He answered all my questions in detail, wasn’t pushy about getting the issue fixed, and understood I wanted to be sure first before I spent that much money. When I decided not to fix it at this time and continue researching, he understood and respected my decision, was nice enough to get me the part number I asked for; and encouraged me to follow up or reach out if I had anymore questions. What a wonderful first buying experience! I was in the market for a new car, so my wife and I began our research. Being kind of picky, I wanted something between sporty, daily-able, safe, and something that holds its re-sale value. Look no further, the WRX is one of your only options! With a recommendation from one of my co-workers, we set out to The Subaru Superstore in Chandler to find Morgan Trzaskos. We already did our homework, and had a few trim levels, packages, and colors in mind. Upon reaching the store we were promptly greeted by Sai Ansari. He asked if we were here to see anyone, and we told him we were looking for Morgan. Sai took us over to the waiting area, asked if wed like any refreshments, and went to find Morgan for us. Unfortunately Morgan was in the midst of a sale, so Sai took it upon himself to help us out with the blessing of Morgan. Morgan had a minute to come see us, and to let us know that Sai was an awesome guy, and would help us just the same. He was right! Sai sat us down, asked us exactly what we were looking for, and immediately took us out to look at and drive the beautiful WRX and STI inventory. After about an hour or so of test drives, we decided to attempt to take home a special edition 2020 WRX White Edition. The night got away from us, so much so the banks were closed, so Sai took our information down and said hed call us the next morning with a decision from the bank on our financing. Sure enough, the next morning around 9:00AM, we get the call from Sai telling us we were approved! And even at a lower rate than originally quoted! Fast forward a few days after we had made a deposit on the car, it was now Monday. Sai was supposed to be off, but we were going to come that night because of our work schedules and both of us having to sign for the car. Morgan assured us he would help us complete any necessary paperwork for Sai. We arrived, and to our surprise, there was Sai, on his day off, waiting for us! With the down payments in order, we were fast tracked into finance with Marc Dicino. What an awesome guy! Super personable, and knowledgeable about warranties, maintenance, and GAP coverage. After finance, we took delivery after the detailers gave our car its first bath. We had the pleasure of meeting with Camill Kaminski. Camill meticulously, methodically, and with extreme patience, explained and helped setup all features of our new car. Being millennials ourselves, this mostly came naturally, but Camill was careful not to assume! Camill handed us our keys, Sai shook our hands, and the rest was history. Our sales experience was awesome to say the least. Not pushy, no hassles, comforting, patient, knowledgeable, are all descriptors that we think this dealer deserve.
