We had spent almost 5 years chasing the dreaded Reduced Power Mode on our 2009 GMC 2500HD truck. Took it into Copperhead wgo found 2 poor performing fuel injectors. Had a suspicion that was the issue but no one else was able to document the problem, especially since the truck only had 115k miles on it. Cost a bunch to repair but was certainly better than $85k for a new one.We just got back from a 2 month, 5000 mile camping trip across the country. Truck worked perfectly and we can honestly thank Copperhead Performance for giving our wonderful vacation back.

I had my trans rebuilt on my LBZ suburban at Copperhead. They did a solid job. I love the way it shifts. The torque converter lockup puts a smile on my face like few things can. This shop is great. Everybody is very knowledgeable and super cool. Anything I cant do myself gets done here. Customer for life.

Sean and the crew at Copperhead have always done a fantastic job for me. Most recently, I took it in for a pretty lengthy repair and mentioned I would love to have it by Friday(I dropped it off on a Wed 10am) for a trip. Well, Sean called me 6 hours later and it was done and waiting for me to pick it up. They are super knowledgeable and are beyond honest/fair with their pricing. Highly recommend regardless of your brand of truck.

Terrible customer service. Had to take it back a second time and they ran the same test they ran the first time that didnt work and proceed to charge me again. So I paid twice for same service and never got it fixed. Made an appointment, dropped it off the day before and they didnt get to it till the over a week later. Wouldnt recommend taking your truck here. Waste of TIME and MONEY!

One of the best shops in the valley. I was bouncing from shop to shop until one day i walked in and talked to sean and he talked me out of spending money on what i thought i wanted for my truck. He told me that the gains i would get from the work i wanted done would not get me the rezults that were promised in the adds. Sean and his crew were no BS. Even though they are incredibly busy Sean took his time to try user friendly diagnostics over the phone with me. When those didnt work I had my truck towed to the shop.Sean was up front and honest about them being very busy and that hed get to my truck as fast as possible. 4 business days later, and after a thorough inspection/diag, Sean and his team had my truck back up and running after a pesky electrical issue. Throughout the time my truck was at the shop being worked on they sent me detailed inspection reports via text message that contained pictures and video.Last but not least, this is a veteran owned and operated business that takes extreme pride in their craft and the cleanliness of their operation. My truck will definitely go back to them in the future.

Great time dealing with the people over here!They got the issue resolved that 3 other shops were scratching there head about. Even when the issue wasnt resolved and I had to bring the truck back they made it right with the repairs and squeezed me back in the schedule to get it done as soon as possible. Now that those repairs are out of the way I cant wait to go with them again when I get around to some basic performance mods!

Thanks to Sean at Copperhead Diesel Performance for my new exhaust and other performance mods. My Duramax is nice and quiet just like I wanted. I wasnt too comfortable with changing my exhaust because I didnt want a loud pipe. I was told it would be very quiet and look almost like stock. They delivered as promised!!!! Sean is extremely knowledgable and willing to answer any questions I had. (And I had a lot of questions) Their service and workmanship is top notch! Cant wait to tow again.

I took my LLY to Copperhead for severe duty fan clutch, lift pump, driver-side manifold and EGT probe. I am very pleased with the service and the price was perfectly reasonable. I will take the truck back again for some custom tuning.

Strange that there are no reviews yet. I say this because this may very well be the only diesel performance shop I will be going to in the state. They are excellent, and when I say excellent, I mean top notch. They are very knowledgable, and most importantly very clear on what they are doing. If they notice something else that may be wrong/on its way out/needs fixing they will let you know. They own and drive these trucks like the rest of us, so above all else they know that safety is key (we cant enjoy our trucks if were dead now can we?). I had the pleasure of dealing with Sean and Brandon, and I have only good things to say about both of them. Knowledgable, concise, polite, mature, the list can go on and on. The shop may be a performance shop, but I have found these are the best shops for even simple repairs on completely stock trucks so dont think they are only performance. I have found that shops that have the know how to make a truck more powerful/faster and reliable are the place to be when it comes to even simple fixes. All in all, if you need something diesel related to be modified, repaired, or looked at, this is the place to go.

As a auto repair shop as well diesel is not what we work on every day. So I took my 2013 duramax lml there crank no start died in parking lot..... FML Sean was on the phone super busy so he had his tech walk out and check it for me. Decided hell i am here why not have them fix it, they we super nice and took the time to look at it when they were clearly vary busy. Sean walks out 3 hand tools tinkered with it no more then 3 min had it runing told me what was wrong. Took it back to my shop put the part on runs perfect..... If i could give 10 stars i would this is the kind of place where the customer comes first they have gained a life long customer.Thank you Brandon and Sean you guys are great i wish the world had more people like you guys.
