A few months ago I decided to purchase a new BMW M2 Competition. My son had recently been in Chapman BMW and recommended I speak to Loc Duong. I do not live in Arizona, and had a lot of difficulty locating a dealer who had allotment for a M2 Competition. Loc in just a couple days took care of getting that handled. I was able to order a M2 Competition, and after a few months car was delivered to the Chapman BMW dealership. I really enjoyed ordering a car just like I wanted. Loc was always ready to answer any question that I had, always friendly, always courteous, always had answers. You never have to wonder if Loc will get back to you, he always does in a short period of time. I have bought many new cars, and Loc impressed me on every way. He is a top of the line salesman, outstanding in every way. Ask for Loc when you visit Chapman BMW.

Being from out of state, having an unexpected need for tire replacement, I was pleased to be accepted without appointment, on a Saturday morning, and was back on the road in a couple of hours. Joe Murch, my service advisor, was professional, personable, and patient, while attending to my situation. The dealership, itself, was modern, clean, spacious, had beverages and donuts, and all staff I encountered were friendly. One thing I really liked, which I’ve never before encountered, was the personalized video review of my car’s inspection and the work done, by the technician assigned to my vehicle, which was emailed to me before I left.I’d highly recommend Chapman BMW, given the way they treated me, and will look them up in the future, on future visits to the Valley.

I spent 23 years in the retail auto industry running car dealerships and I have been working as a vendor to the auto industry for the past 8 years. With that said with my experience buying a car should be easy. What I found out it is not. A lot of car dealers cannot shake their DNA from the past 100 years. I was getting frustrated.Until I reached out to Shane OHanrahan the General Manager at Chapman BMW Chandler. Brian Lee the Sales Manager was fantastic to work with and was super transparent, he gave me a few options and I picked one...no drama at all. Hany Fadda my salesperson was super professional and made the buying process enjoyable. I felt at Chapman BMW they realize the buying experience is about selling a car to a customer the way the customer wants to buy it, not using a cookie cutter outdated 12 step selling process. If you are looking to spend 8 hours at a car dealership grinding out a car deal, go buy a car somewhere else.

I work in customer service and I almost never write reviews but when someone makes your experience as personable as the one I had at Chapman BMW Chandler I felt I needed to. Never in a million years did I ever see myself owning or even driving a BMW I have owned multiple Ford products and my previous vehicle was a Dodge .To start off my experience I reached out to the dealership via there website and I just want to say how much I appreciate how quick and fluid my experience at this Chapman BMW dealership was from start to finish. My salesperson was Loc Duong he first contacted me via a phone call and then he followed up the call with an email to introduce himself and take me on the virtual tour of the vehicle I was interested in he then assisted me with setting up an appointment so I could test drive the vehicle once I test drove the vehicle I new I wanted to purchase and Loc was on top of making sure I got what I needed and he got it done quickly. Extremely disappointing service. The salesman was an absolute liar but that was to be expected. What wasn’t expected was that the entire staff including sales was incredibly unhelpful every step of the way. I’m literally crying in frustration from having bought a car here. The car I bought had some technical problems and trying to get it fixed after purchasing it was trying to remove Excalibur from it’s stone — you had to be an entitled white man to do it. If you have the misfortune of not ticking every one of those boxes, it’s a futile struggle to which everyone is unsympathetic. But I don’t mean to be totally unfair. The staff’s unhelpfulness sometimes just stemmed from not caring rather than malice. If they have their money, why lift a finger to help others? Why care about anyone else’s time, money, or peace of mind? This business should be ashamed of itself. I know I’m ashamed of myself for buying a car here.

If I could give this dealership no stars I would. For starters my sales person terrick lied about complementary oil changes, didn’t allow me to test drive the car I was buying but offered to drive it for me and then proceeded to FLOOR it while it was in its break in period. I asked him to stop, he laughed and continued. He also thought it was appropriate to mention how little his commission was on the deal like he was doing me a favor, meanwhile I was leasing an M series with $9000 down he most likely took home over $2400 off this deal. Then Farris the finance manager sent my pay off to the wrong bank for $23000 and almost two months later my car is still not paid off. I have emailed him and have gotten no response. I have called the store for the last 4 days asking to speak with a manager and STILL no one has gotten back to me. Clearly customer service is not a priority for this dealership.

Very disappointed in dealership. They wanted $25,000 over MSRP on a special order vehicle, that was expensive at baseline. Same vehicle other dealerships selling at MSRP. The experience was poor all around, and wont be doing business with them in the future.

Recently purchased a used Jeep Wrangler at Chapman. Jeff Orenstein worked hard to find the vehicle I was looking for. Could not be happier. When the Jeep came in I was out of town and he emailed and sent me videos of it as he was concerned it could be gone before. I got back into town. I was nervous committing without physically seeing it first, but Jeff assured me it was in beautiful condition. I went for it and put money down and when I got back into town I was even more pleasantly surprised and pleased with what I saw. It was nicely detailed and prepped for me. Was going to pay cash, but when I started working with JJ in finance I inquired about their rates and it was too good to pass on. Nothing pushy.Great team there at Chapman!!!!

By far the worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with... I went in 12/30.20 to buy a truck. Drove off the lot that day with a 2014 GMC Diesel. I worked with Don the sales guy, extremely helpful guy and is the only reason I would give this dealership any credit. The truck I got, ended up having a lot of issues not even 2 days after buying it. Took it back to the dealership on 1/2/21 and Brian the sales manager, said he would not fix it or take it back because its not like buying a T-Shirt from a store. We brought up laws stating that he was required to at least fix it, after 30 minutes of arguing he then said he would. Had to arrange transport to come back in a few days because it would take several days to fix. Brought the truck back on 1/9/21 to get fixed. They needed to fix the Fuel Pump/Filter because it was going out and causing starting issues. Backup camera since it stopped working, and blinkers because they also stopped working. They put in a factory fuel pump. Told to come get it 1/13/21. Got to the dealership (Which is a 4 hour drive for me). Drove the truck off the lot and it died 5 times within 100 yards. Got it back to the dealership, told Don. He drove it and same thing happened. So he was going to talk to the GM about it because the sales manager Brian wouldnt do anything about it. 11 Days later I hear that its ready to be picked up. Mind you, I have been without a vehicle for 16 days as of writing this and when I can actually go get it because of transport and work, It will be 21 days without a vehicle... Not once has this dealership tried to help or reach out in any way. Just doing the bare minimum by state law. No temporary vehicle/ Gas getting back and forth, etc. Like I said, its a 4 hour drive and Ive had to drive there 3 times now (4 to get it the second time). Worst dealership I have ever dealt with and after everything is said and done. I will never step foot in it. Ive bought 4 vehicles from the same dealership in the last 5 years. This time I thought about trying a new dealership and what a mistake that was thinking Chapman BMW Chandler was a good choice. Avoid this place like the plague.

As a person who is a service advisor, I was very happy with Jonelle and the whole BMW experience. From drop off to pick up, I was informed every step of the way through my service process. I was very impressed with the Tech Israel walk through video of my car showing me exactly what my car needs and why. I got email and text of the exact estimate and the option to pay online before I picked up to make my pick seamless. I will continue to drive out of my way to go here for service. After 3 painful years of waiting for my Mercedes lease to expire, it has been a long process trying to find the perfect car during a crazy inventory shortage. Within 30 minutes of meeting with Loc Duong (hes the man!!) he found a brand new M4 that another customer couldnt accept delivery of. Out of State Buyers BewareSalesman: Bits FajardoFinance: Farris GunningWell the buying experience Jan. 13 2021 was all good until we arrivedback in Wyoming after our 3 months in warm AZ. We questioned not only the salesman, but also again questioned the finance man about the licensing paperwork for Wyoming and were told both times that all the paperwork we would need would already be at our court house when we arrived in Wyoming in April.We went to our county court house to purchase our plates for our BMW and they did not have any of the paper work as promised by Chapman BMW. Come to find out that AZ. must first build an AZ. title, and YOU must request it from Arizona. Called Chapman and talked to salesman Bits, explained to him about the licensing problem and told him that we were at time were we need an extension on our plates because of the wait time to complete the needed paperwork to obtain the title from Arizona. He said that there was nothing he could do to help us, we would have to fill out the paperwork we had to request from BMW Financial Services. Hmm sure seems like they would inform you of this vital information before you go home almost 3 months after you buy the car and find out you had your money taken and then had the door slammed on you!

I just paid $300, so I wouldnt have my car serviced by Chapman. They took all day to diagnose the issue. Only to give me a crazy quote, after calling around and finding it $700 cheap ( for the same OME part), 6 miles down the road, I informed my service advisor I was going to have it towed. 1 1/2 hours later, when the tow truck is there, the adviser comes back with an offer to do my service for $440 less and says the car isnt ready to be picked up. Joe, Jacob, and Vanessa do not return calls, so dont count on customer service from this group.

I’ve purchased many vehicles over the past few years and all I can say is Mr. John Stanley...... WOW. I was browsing online one evening and found a few vehicles I liked so I “requested pricing.” After being bombarded with calls from the other dealers John was the ONLY one that didn’t make me feel pressured. He simply invited me to come down to the dealership as a friend. My schedule is incredible busy, not only did he work around my schedule he answered the phone ever time I called. John had the vehicle waiting upon arrival, he even studied the vehicle before hand because to answer any questions I had (this wasn’t a BMW product). After driving the vehicle I let him know I’ll touch base tomorrow, once again no pressure at all. I call him the next day, let him know I’d like to proceed. Sent him a few things to prepare the paperwork and he did the rest. I came back to the dealership, paperwork was all prepared and he walked me straight to finance within minutes. All in all, if your looking for any vehicle, give John a call. After all of that, I know have a friend at BMW.

Marcella (Marci) Stallings was my sales representative and she was absolutely great! I told her what I was looking for and what I wanted to pay for it and she was able to pull it out. It was quick and simple. Marcy was able to come down a lot on the price and they didnt make a lot of money but I got what I wanted at the price I wanted. Everybodys very courteous and on their toes. As soon as you walk in the door somebody asks what or who you looking for. Unlike some auto dealers we took a nice long drive so that I could really get the feel of the vehicle. For everyone to buy another car definitely go there and deal with Marci once again.

Today I had worst customer service experience with sales agent Tarek. I took my family to test drive X7 and Tarek (sales agent) greeted us at the door. He said he doesnt have an X7 on location to test drive but he mentioned there is one vehicle available at near by lot. But he asks me if I came there to buy the vehicle tonight if brings it. To that I answered no and told him that I am there for the test drive and to check leg room for my kids etc., then he refused to bring the vehicle to show us until he gets the confirmation that I buy the vehicle. He also asked me if I owned a BMW before. Me and my wife cannot believe what just happened and left the location feeling insulted and extreme disappointed. I hope Tarek gets necessary training on how to treat customers. I also reported this to sales manager. I will take my business else where I can get better customer service.

Where to even begin, Steve Berg at Chapman BMW has truly redefined the dreaded term car salesman -in an extremely positive way of course!I started looking at new cars a week prior to the closing of our house. As my spouse recently purchased an Audi from Chandler Audi (Next to Chapman), it was my first choice. When we went to Audi as repeat clients, we received horrible service & werent even thanked for our return visit . Naturally, that turned us off & we went to explore other dealerships. Conveniently, Chapman BMW is right next door!Prior to walking in, I looked at a X3 on the Chapman site and requested information. I received a call from Steve regarding my inquiry & he was very helpful. He understood that I didnt want to make a major purchase prior to the close of our house , which was less than a week away. He was patient & kept me updated on new inventory. When we arrived, we did not want to deal with an 80s car salesman. Weve never had good experiences with old fashioned sales people! Well, Steve blew us away.We came back after the closing of our house to buy my car. As Chapman has over 20 locations & different brands/makes, we had few cars in mind! Steve patiently brought in cars from other Chapman locations & made the process so easy! He even answered my emails & calls during his days off & contacted other locations to find the best car for me.He also got us a great deal for my trade & got me into the car I really wanted! We were not easy to work with in any WAY! We actually bought a car and brought it back the next morning due to buyers remorse and Steve still helped us with a smile!By the time we left, we felt like Steve was family! Seriously, Ive called him every half hour for the last two weeks or so! This guy is the best! Hes so genuine and looks out for you. Marci (sales) and Austin (finance) were terrific in getting me into my new car. No games, no fuss. Just genuinely nice team at Chapman. There were no games played (as Ive experienced before) using stalling tactics to grind me down and get me tired. There was no pushiness towards warranties...just the facts presented. Perfect afternoon (in and out with detailed vehicle quickly) and perfect new vehicle. Also, they practice COVID19 safety which is very important to me. Ask them what they do to keep themselves, and their customers safe. They have a plan and from what I could see execute it well.

I was able to get a great deal and reliable car in a manner of 2 hours. I was in and out of Chapman BMW in Chandler, AZ with no bull, nor haggling. Steve Berg was an honest, kind and authentic sales person you can really trust. This coupled with the experience of Steve Foster, the New Car Sales Manager, who absolutely understood I had budget I had to stay within during my lease request. My lease and was exactly what I needed with little compromise. I would highly recommend this Dream Team for the purchase of your next BMW.
