This is my first time to encounter such an honest auto repair shop. I brought my car in because of the check engine light. After about 30 minutes later, they told me the issue and that the repair was covered under special coverage by the manufacturer without charge if I took my care to the dealer. I ask them how much for their time, and they said nothing. They even printed out the information from the manufacturer to help me relay what needs to be done. Wow! I will be back if I have any issues again! Highly recommended!

Great experience. Had a engine light come on, they got me in right away. Diagnosed my issue quickly. Communicated with me every step of the way and I was in and out the door within 30 minutes. It also was much cheaper than I was expecting!

You need to bring Daniel and Mikey back because the new people you have in there they don’t know what they’re doing Darren tells you one thing but does another and I’m not sure Travis doesn’t know what’s going on he’s just following Darren‘s lead very dissatisfied with my service that I received I advise them that they needed to check things that were happening with my vehicle not starting and causing issues with stalling Darren said he would go ahead and do a visual which he didn’t do then tried to charge me for a diagnostic and now my car still won’t start after charging me for a brand new alternator very disappointed in the service I received I’ve spent thousands of dollars already at this place and now he’s telling me I have to pay for a deeper look into my issue, I told him several times what was going on with my car and he chose not to check passed issue in the system what was going on

Spencer auto is and has always been very professional. I take both personal and work vehicles to them, when I have any repairs or maintenance needed. Mikey out of the Chandler branch is very honest, resourceful, and knowledgeable.

It was not good I took my vehicle back 3 or 4 times to fix the issue it i picked up my vehicle after a month or so and the issue wasnt fixed right my car is still leaking oil and my air takes forever to get cold I put a lot of money to get it fixed and it just actually came back the same if not worser

I was in quite a panic when I got in my car to go to work & my car wouldn’t start! I didn’t think the problem was as simple as the battery because I had just replaced the battery about a year before. Spencer’s made room for me the same day, worked around my work schedule and got my car running again the same day! What a relief not to have to depend on Uber or a rental car! Much appreciated, & thank you for accurately diagnosing the problem!

My car turned off on me on the highway and I went to the nearest shop I could find with the best reviews and this shop truly deserves all the 5 star reviews. Not only did they take care of myself and my car in a timely and professional manner but watching them interact with other customers and going above and beyond for each and every person who walked in was wonderful to see. Getting the car inspection texted to my phone while they worked was great!

Very Professional, able to get the service I needed done on a hot spot moments notice.

Diagnosed the problem quickly, didnt offer me up a bunch of other stuff that needs to be done like a dealer would. They fixed my problem which was hose repair and they priced it fairly, and I went on my way. 2 weeks later the hose blew again due to mfg defect, they had me bring it in and they quickly replaced the hose and it was all covered under warranty. I have finally found the trustworthy auto mechanic that Ive been looking for!!

They quoted my daughter for diagnostic maintenance repairs that need to be done. For around $1500. she took the car in to get the work done a few weeks later. Now she needs $6000 worth of done now after another diagnostic test . She drove the car into the shop with a starter issue and when she told them no cause she thought it was to much for the repairs. They told okay the car would be ready soon. The car would not start anymore. And they told her that she could have the tow home, because she needed a starter. 500 dollars later she got the starter done, they told her that the car would be ready on Monday morning, but the car was there late Friday afternoon. She when there on her break on Monday the car wasnt ready, they told it would be ready Tuesday morning. So around 2pm on Tuesday the car was ready. And a week later the starter stopped working again.

Needing an auto repair shop, for the first time in a new area can be unnerving! I met Mike, upon arriving and they diagnosed my issue. I was fearing the worst and thankfully, it wasnt! I made an appointment and brought my 2015 Honda Accord, in for repair. They were fast, on time and the biggest thing, HONEST! I need a bit more work done and Ill be back! My first trip to Spencer Auto Repair was surprisingly positive. Im always on the lookout for predatory shops. The staff put me at ease. The shop manager was approachable, pleasant and knowledgeable. They gave me an understandable estimate, but when I came to pick up my car they beat the estimate which saved me about $200. Ill be bringing my car back for more work and maintenance. An honest shop is hard to find.

Needed a routine oil change and Mikey was able to schedule it quickly and got it done quickly. When I got stuck at work late that night, they locked it up in the service bay rather than have it sit in the lot which I would prefer for safety purposes and they did it without asking. Found a few other items, one which was a small seeping but not leaking but was made aware of it for future reference. Thanks for doing it right. I appreciate it!

I have been scared of having car issues when away from home. Night before there was no problem, first thing in the morning, metal on metal, when breaking. Found metal shavings on passenger wheel. Called for help, was warned by friends to not go certain places. Called a place and they were overbooked, recommended SPENCER AUTO REPAIR.Sure glad he did, best unknown car repair shop around. I took my car over to have it look at. I asked them to look for a coolant leak and an oil leak. They said I had the oil leak but He didn’t know where it was. They did say that I needed to replace 3 parts for The coolant system. The car had a small leak but not to this point. They told me it would 1300.00 to fix it. I took it to another place and he said that it need the bolts tightened on one part. He tighten the bolt and they was fix for freeSo they tried to get me for 1300.00 of a lose bolt. I will not go back there at all. I gave a one star but thats cause you can’t not leave a star.

I give Spencer Auto Repair 5 stars. It was time for an oil change. I looked and called several auto places, including the dealership for prices. They had the best price in my area (Chandler AZ) . While changing my oil they found some major problems and was honest and told me that my car is still under warranty and I needed to get it to the dealership sooner than later. They also showed me the wear on my tires. It’s time for new ones! I will be going back to purchase and they will be all things auto going forward! Hats off to the staff. Very professional, polite and helpful!

Oil change and other work done in a timely manner but the oil pan drain plug was not correctly tightened resulting in oil leaking on my garage floor. Had to drive back to Spencer shop to have it fixed. No charges for fix but obviously could have done without time lost and inconvenice.
