They did a good job overall. They did not check the function of the windshield washers, had replaced the washer fluid tank, so had to bring it back to find out that the new tank had some debris in it the plugged one of the windshield spray nozzles. Other than that would certainly recommend them.

These guys are artists, they brought me a piece of artwork. I basically took them an unassembled puzzle and they returned a completed puzzle, it literally looked like a brand new car from the dealer. Props to my main main Josh, he went above and beyond to meet my every needs. Thanks guys, I love you guys, but hopefully we wont meet! LOL!

After my accident they put my jeep back together. There was a few issues that came up after the initial work, but knowing how intricate of a machine a vehicle is I wasnt surprised. I was impressed that each time an issue came up they responded promptly and got to work without making excuses or trying to tell me it wasnt related to the collision. In the end everything was back in proper working order. I am thankful for the work they did. Hope I dont need them again, but if I do I wont hesitate.

Quick, courteous service. Very adaptable to my schedule. Friendly and caring. They give a lifetime warranty and back it up. They dealt with insurance and the car rental company, leaving me to not worry about any of that stuff. I had problems with my rear wiper and back up camera after the repair, and John quickly got back to me and set up a time to get it taken care of. I wouldnt take my care to another bodyshop!

It actually took far longer than we expected for the repairs to be completed, and there was no “go the extra mile for your customer” moment or service. It was…just okay. I am so thankful for my collision estimator Valerie Shambaugh and the team at AutoNation in Chandler! Valerie was was very professional and helped keep my mind at ease knowing that I was on vacation and needed my car to be fixed before driving back to my home state. I was updated on the process throughout the whole time of my repair by phone and my car was fixed before I had to leave! She answered all my questions and showed me photos of my car that was damaged that I was unaware of besides my bumper falling off. I brought my new Yukon in per recommendation from my insurance company. I must say this was the Worst experience ever! Three attempts to repair my brand new Yukon by Auto Nation Collision and it was a fail! You failed to fix it safely and per GM standards. According to GM failure to replace the computer module at the area of impact could result in failure of airbag deployment. This put myself and my Children in danger! My vehicle also had steering and alignment issues that were not fixed. There was too many items missed to mention here. I was relieved when my insurance company totaled my Yukon and demanded that you refund the money paid for your “repairs”.

There is a problem with the strut and will need additional work, however, the staff at AutoNation Collision is taking care of this for us and working with our insurance company. In my experience with auto collision shops, this is by far one of the best Ive dealt with. Josh and John were very professional. Stopped by their place to assess the damage, took pictures. Within four days my car was done. Looks amazing, like nothing ever happened. Very impressed.

I was referred to a completely different shop by my neighbor who had their car repaired after they had been rear ended. Along my way to the shop my neighbor suggested I saw Autonation Collision Center of Chandler on Gilbert Rd. I went in and had my car looked at by John McArthur. He explained the process to me of getting my car repaired. I decided to go with AutoNation Collision Center of Chandler on Gilbert Rd as John McArthur explained in great detail by lifting the hood to see as much as possible of what he could noticeably tell my car needed to be worked on before I even decided to commit to this repair shop. Being informed of the process and shown what my car needed repaired before I committed to having my car fixed was a big thing for me as it meant that John McArthur went out of his way to make sure that I felt comfortable that my car was going to be looked at and repaired with great care and detail.

They completed all the work they said they would do. I know that sounds odd but Im used to having to keep on people nowadays to get them to do the work they said they would do. That was not a problem here. Kari kept me informed of what was going on and if I had a question she got back to me immediately. I was very impressed with the service. It was nice to deal with knowledgeable, hard working, responsible people. The only suggestion I have is that you may want to add a bit more time when it comes to the completion date. It took a couple days longer than there original date. It wasnt a bit deal for me but it might be for some people. The quality of work was the most important to me and they knocked it out of the park. Great job. Thanks

Ive had the misfortune to use AutoNation for body repair FOUR times in the last three years. (Only one was my fault!) These guys are very, very good. From the start of your problem to the days after. Their estimates were always on the mark and if any thing changed during the work, they gave me an immediate call. The workmanship was like new and they usually had the car ready before their estimated date. I worked with John McArthur all four times and found him to be an excellent contact, unsurpassed in his communication skills and very pleasant to deal with. Im not looking forward to seeing any of them again but if you must,, this is the place to go.BT

I was rear ended in my Nissan Rogue so I figured a Nissan collision facility would be best to fix it. Josh my adjuster never called to update me on the progress. After about 3 weeks, I called him, got a message back saying it would be done but the vibration that it has is normal and I should just be ok with it. I had to argue that it didnt have a vibration prior to the accident. When I finally got it back another week later, the bumper was poorly adjusted, off by about a half an inch from right to left and a day later the car had another vibration and had to take it back. My bumper has gaps that I dont think it should have, and the tail gate trim pops up and down with pressure on it, never did that before. Take your vehicle somewhere else, this facility doesnt have the attention to detail or concern for their quality. I dont feel confident in the repairs they made, especially long term with this vehicle.

I had my Honda repaired here recently. My insurance company contacted them while I was sitting in the collision advisors office to request an estimate and provided the advisor with all of the necessary contact info, email, etc. The advisor told me that the estimate would be a simple one and assured me that it would be sent over that same day. I followed up 7 days later to find out if my car was ready, only to learn that the estimate had not even been sent over yet! Very disappointed! I had to pay out of my own pocket for my rental car while mine was being repaired, so I ended up having to pay for an extra week because of this. Autonation should step up and reimburse me for this because of their irresponsibility.

It took five months to get a seat belt to finish the job. It took us calling GM to finally get the part. Autonation would not make that phone call. We were out of a car for that whole time. We will never take another vehicle to AutoNation again. I am a very dissatisfied customer. Ot should never have taken five months because we were told it would be done in about one week.

It took a little longer than I was expecting for my new windshield to come in. When I called 2 weeks after my estimate/ inspection, I was told 2 had come in damaged and a good one had come in a few days prior.Despite this, I was happy with the work and the customer service was phenomenal. Val was assigned to my case and I appreciate the personal touch and always talking to the person who is most knowledgeable about my vehicle. The car was cleaned inside and out and delivered when promised.I hope to not need collision help again, but if I do, this is my place.

I really wish my review could be more positive because I expected the absolute best customer service when I took my Nissan Altima here after my husband got rear ended. I picked this location because of its excellent reviews and I had high expectations. However, 1 day after I picked up my car from them I noticed the rear bumper was wavy. Yes, wavy. whenever the sun shines light on it a certain way you can see the waves right under where the trunk latch closes. Also, the latch to the trunk makes a very obvious noise that it didnt make before.After dealing with an accident, insurance company, car rental company, not being able to drive your own car etc. this is the last thing I wanted to deal with. My schedule is very hectic and I dont have the time to drive back and forth, get a rental again etc. My husband immediately called Kari (person assigned to our car) and let her know our dissatisfaction, she said they will take care of it, but that is not the point. The bumper shouldve been installed properly from the beginning and someone on their team shouldve noticed, I am no collision repair expert and I was able to see the waves in the bumper right away. I think they are just too busy to focus on the quality of their work at the moment and that is disappointing considering I picked this placed thinking I would have peace of mind. I will say that the staff is great to work with and they explain everything thoroughly but, again, I just think they may be so busy to take the time and inspect the vehicles before they release them. I have to now wait for a new supposed custom bumper and see how that one turns out. Pretty disheartening when youre expecting quality service.

Exceptional Service! I was referred by USAA through their Preferred program and I am very happy that I chose AutoNation Collision Center in Gilbert, AZ. Their customer service was exceptional. Valerie S. is a rock star in terms of putting the customers needs first. She arranged to have the body work completed in time to meet our scheduled departure from the area. She also arranged for the repair team to work on a small blemish that wasnt part of the insurance repair at no cost. Told me a estimate and said I needed very specific parts for my repair but then once they talked to the insurance they completely changed to whatever the insurance said to say instead of going to bat for me and telling the insurance exactly what had to be fixed to do it the right way. instead of doing the bare minimum just to keep the insurance deal.

AutoNation Collision Center is awesome. Upon my initial contact with them, I spoke with Debbie. She talked to me like we were good friends. She immediately assigned a service representative (Don) to my vehicle and I was given the best service ever. The damage to my car was extensive and it took a month to be completely repaired. I received a status call every week from Don. He was very thorough with the repair details. It was like having the original manufacturer rebuild your vehicle.This team is professional, courteous, and efficient. It was a very easy process to get the repair started.I was assigned a person to go over the damage with me and get the truck processed and ready for repair.The person assigned to my repair was very professional, friendly and kept me apprised of where my vehicle was in the process by calling me every few days. I had a lot of damage yet my truck was completed before the estimated timeline.The truck is perfect in my opinion and everyone did a fantastic job. Very high quality work. Had my car sent there after getting tboned.The repairs were done in 20 days during the holidays (they managed to do that with GM strikes, Christmas, New Year and increased accidents due to snowbirds). It certainly looks good, they did a good paint job even if I can see a few unfortunate bubbles but theyre really small and hard to notice.I am very glad I had the repairs done here, it doesnt even look like my car has been in any accident at all.

Auto nation collision caused additional damage to my vehicle, then what was caused by the original accident. Left my engine exposed to the rain for days rusting the headers. Attempted to give me my vehicle with the fuel light on and no gas in my car. Left the Freon out of my vehicle and rolled your eye when I told you my A/C did not work. Most importantly returned My vehicle to me with drivable unknown after three attempts to repair it. USAA should be embarrassed by the damage you did.

Wonderful experience, straightforward with no BS. My estimator (Susan Fossenkemper) was as professional and polite as can possibly be. She listen to my concerns and explained exactly how the repairs would be made to bring my truck back to original condition. Prior to coming to AutoNation Collision Center I visited two other body shops in the area whats disappointing results. One of the shops I visited was Service King in Gilbert who refused to give me an estimate without an email address. My engineer technician Valerie took care of me very well. They did a great job fixing my rear bumper. They vacuumed inside the car, but just some part of the outside of the car was left uncleaned. I dont know why! Overall I was happy with their job. If I have any problem again in future, I will definitely use their service, but may ask them to be kind enough to clean my car properly.

Said my car was done when it wasnt, which was a huge hassle since I turned my rental in before looking at the car. They billed for replacing the a mirror but left it completely untouched. They also damaged a window trim piece that was previously undamaged. When I brought it to my service writers attention he tried to press the piece back into place and then denied they ever touched it or broke it, even though the service invoice clearly states they removed it and replaced it. Avoid this location and the headaches they cause. Run for the hills if they assign Darrel as your service writer.

Provided a fair quote and kept me updated throughout the whole process. They even gave me a ride to the car rental place because the car rental shuttle had me waiting over an hour and it was only 5 minutes away. The person who rear ended me, broke my license plate cover and they helped me get a replacement. Overall please and would recommend.

Valerie at Autonation Collisin Center was very informative and kept me updated with the status of the repairs to my vehicle. Upon pickup, I noticed a couple minor things that Valerie had no problem with addressing. Also, Valerie had called me during the body repair process to let me know that I had a dead battery in my car. I picked up a new battery, brought it into the shop, and Valerie personally helped me swap it out with the dead battery in their shop. She went that extra mile to help me, so I would definitely take my vehicles there again.
