I’ve had insurance with this company for close to 20 years. Home auto and business. There is always someone to clarify and point you in the right direction. Always very good communication. Very enjoyable relationship. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been great.

Pulling my fifth wheel trailer down US 60, both wheels on the drivers side of the 5th wheel detached. Stranded on the side of the road with an extremely complex towing and safety situation, I contacted the agency that sold the trailer, two towing companies, and roadside assistance who were unable to offer assistance or even suggest how the rig could be towed. I then contacted our State Farm agent, Roger Morsch, late on a Friday afternoon and with no hesitation he indicated he would find a way to help. Ultimately, it required having two separate towing services to combine their equipment to load the fifth wheel and get us to a RV repair company.We were stuck on the side of the road, reasonably traumatized by an extremely close call, and could find on one to help us. It was an unnerving place to be. When no one else would help, Roger took care of us. We will not forget who stood by us when no one else would. I thank God there are people like Roger.

I always thought that agents of large companies were alike, but I have learned that is not at all true.Roger has been my agent for several years, and during that time he has earned my respect and has saved me many dollars.He told me about a Home Systems rider to my homeowners policy, which sounded to good to be true, and I bought it. When I told a friend about it, his State Farm agent never heard of it, but looked into it and my friend got it too. We have each had issues over the past year, and have each collected from it.Not often you can thank your agent, but in Rogerss case, I feel I have a real gem.

I was with Roger for a few years while I lived in Arizona. Sadly, I had to move to another state and switch agents. Doing so made me respect Roger even more so! What a world of difference Ive experienced at other offices in how they treat me. Other offices seem to be what you would expect, just an insurance place looking to sign you up and collect your money. Roger however always treated me like family and with actual care about what service/bundles/discounts he could provide and get me qualified for. Always super knowledgeable with straight explanations, his team worked for my benefit. I had an accident and Roger even personally drove across town to pick me up, make sure everything was taken care of, and get me home. Now thats customer service and care. I wish I could keep him as my agent even though I live in California. Highly recommended.
