Terrible. Schedule appointment and they call more than 30 minutes late. Charge 50% more on home insurance than previous years premium. Screwed up my auto insurance. I will be canceling and going with another company.

Just registered my car in Arizona at the DMV and they said they didnt need my insurance info. 2 days ago though, I got a letter in the mail from DMV demanding I prove my insurance or they will cancel my registration. I txt Konrad for some extra info I needed for the form and he just took care of the whole thing for me. Thanks!

Ive been an Allstate customer for over 30 years. Konrad acts like he does not appreciate my business or my loyalty for over 30 years of business. Does not seen to be interested in finding a mutually acceptable solution with my issues with Milewise. He acts like it would be better if I change insurance my insurance company. Is this the thanks I get for over 30 years of business?
