Joe provides nice customer service, available on call/email, and always ready to discuss options. However, the main concerning part is the cost of the insurance. It started at low rate and even without any claim, it kept rising consistently over nine years. Finally, I had to make a switch to another agency at less than half rate and similar service. It was sad to leave just for cost, but the difference was too much to ignore.

Joe has always responded to all my inquiries and concerns in a timely manner and with advice that is in my best interest and gives me peace of mind. I have never had the inference or impression that I am being taken advantage of by my insurance company as the advertising on television would have me believe. I feel that Joe is on my side and actually cares about my protection and security and is looking out for me. I have met with him in person also and have reviewed my home and vehicle coverage to ascertain the most beneficial and cost effective coverages. He informed me that when I move from my house to an apartment I should add renters insurance to retain my bundled premium. I intend to do that, also. I would also like to point out that his assistant, Faye Metzer, has been nothing but a complete delight to deal with and always there with helpful solutions to my various questions that arise. For example: I had a dent made in my vehicle and I called her to see if I could file a claim with my vanishing deductible and she informed me that it would be more cost effective to pay for the damage rather than file a claim as I would be raised to a higher premium and would end up “breaking even”. She said I should reserve the claim for significant accident when I would need it most. That made sense to me and I didn’t file any claim and stayed at my original premium. I trust Faye completely and always feel I’m getting the best advice when I talk to her about my policy. She also said I should keep my vehicle insurance they way it is despite paying off the loan since it would serve me better if I had any major collisions. This also made sense so I did just that. I have been completely satisfied with both Joe and Faye and only hope I can retain them as my agents in the ongoing future. The commercials you make inspire some fear but Joe and Faye only inspire faith.I thank them for their service.Anthony Brittain
