I signed up with John a few years ago. I have my own business and vehicles insured with him. He is very responsive and helps find not only the best priced but also what works for you. He is always available to help me out when I need to verify something or even make sure I’m up to date.

Called to speak with John D Donadio with a mutual insured on the line. John was very unprofessional, he hung the phone up a few seconds in, and when we called again, the call went straight to voicemail. The mutual insured had a written request form and needed an email to send it over to due to there being a language barrier and he can never get a hold of his agent, but we could not even get assistance for this.My response to the comment below. I am stating my experience contacting you, as the agent. Your comment below is far more detailed than the conversation we had. The insured is the one that mentioned he has issues contacting you. Ive been a customer of the John Donadio Farmers Agency for over eight years and have had nothing but exceptional service. I have insured three different homes and nine different vehicles and John always takes the time to explain the best coverages for my assets. I also signed up for an IUL life insurance policy as another way to provide coverage for myself and my family while planning for my retirement. I highly recommend doing business with this very knowledgeable and professional agent!

John has always been helpful with our insurance needs. He takes the time to explain the coverage options for our home and vehicles. He has been quick to make changes when needed and took the time to find an insurance agency that would cover my jewelry.

I had John Donadio as my insurance agent for about 6 months. I could NOT be any happier to no longer be a customer of his. He never answers the phone, unless he’s expecting a payment. He also hung up on me when I needed further information from him to switch insurance companies. BEWARE, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS POOR INSIGNIFICANT MAN.
