Not only was she able to get my rate lowered from $203.00 to $105.00, she made the process so easy and did everything aside from sign my documents for me. She always had/has time for my questions and concerns, while remaining totally professional and patient (I dont know all of this insurance stuff). I want to start by saying we need more people in our workforce like Jessica M. She didnt even know me and she had my best interest from the start. I told her my situation and she helped me find a low priced SR22 financial responsibility insurance to get my license reinstated. Then shortly after I purchased my vehicle she found an insane low rate full coverage insurance with sr22 for my 2012 ford fusion. I called her about 15 times during the dmv and dealership process. Having her email insurance cards, declaration pages and all. She was available for me every single call every step of the way. Bought an insurance plan and set up autopay. Had issues setting up online account and asked them to confirm my autopay said it was all set up but I had no way to check. First payment came out fine then nothing the next month. No calls or emails about payment issues. Come to find out my policy was cancelled thanks to the inefficiency of to this office. Had no choice but to buy a new mor expensive policy and pay another start up fee.
