I don’t have any issues with Allstate and its products but this agency is unprofessional to deal with. Incompetent with Allstate’s product. Does not answer my inquiry directly. Even advised me to cancel my policy with Allstate.

My account has been linked to another jeffrey England in a different state. I get an email every month telling me his bill will be taken out of my account. I hope that nevrmer happens.

I’ve had Allstate insurance 2x in my life and I’ll never make that mistake again!!!-The first time was during hurricane sandy, when I was told that the agent wrote the policy wrong and when the storm hit I wasn’t covered. Btw I never got a refund for the premiums I paid while not being covered. It cost me 200k to rebuild my house out of pocket...-then recently I was told my first experience with Allstate was a fluke, and I should give them a try again. I leased a brand new F-150, $69k Truck and after a year the dmv told me I cannot renew my registration because of an insurance lapse.?!?!?!? I never missed a payment because I paid in full upfront. When I called the DMV they told me my truck never had insurance on it. We then compared vin numbers only to find out Jason Tuttle’s Allstate office had the wrong vin number. Instead of taking the vin I gave them over the phone they went in my dmv records and found a vin from my old and long gone 2013 F-150 that was the same color, different trim level, and insured that one. A truck I didn’t own, and hadn’t owned in 4 years. Now I was lucky not to have had anything happen for that year but there isn’t a doubt in my mind if something had happened I would not have been covered....BUYER BEWARE!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM ALLSTATEThese are 2 separate incidents from 2 separate agencys in 2 separate states. Coincidence?? Maybe but incompetence is for sure!Btw for the year my truck wasn’t covered I wasn’t reimbursed for that either. You can say “oh they would have covered an incident” but I can assure you Allstate wouldn’t! I have 200,000 Reasons that Say otherwise
