Firstly how in the sam walton do you not carry the tire size for the most popular minivans in the usa, 225 65/R16 seriously town and country/grandcaravans, make up a massive chunck of the road i see them everywhere. And not 1 single facility in the entire state has the size, why???

They didnt disclose that they were out of filters and changed the oil without it! They didnt charge me for that but created a mess.

Helped me and quickly! Very happy.

Tried to call at 6:15 when it says they close at 7 and no one answers, just needed to get quick patch but i guess they should update hours to we close randomly good luck

Got set of tires for decent price and fadt

It takes way to long for a simple tire rotation and balance. Been here for 1 1/2 hours and they still are not done. Had it done in September and I was first customer of the day. Still took over 2 hrs.

It took them 22 hours to bring my car in for a simple tire change. Every time I asked about its progress, it was like they were hearing about it for the first time. I understand they are understaffed, but this should not have happened. If you dont have a ride, go somewhere a little more expensive to save yourself a full day of waiting around. Staff was also very unprofessional and were spouting insultingly homophobic opinions on and off while I waited, which was disgusting.

The girl act like she was new didnt know much of anything. One of the workers from the back came and help me. I call the night before to check to see if i had insurance on my front tire she said no. So when the guy help me he look it up and i did have insurance. The girl last night also told me they open at 7am. Something told me to go online and they open at 8. Other then that it was ok i left out spending $46.00 so i guess thats better then $100.00.

I cannot image how changing a battery can damage my cars electric system. However, they are friendly and willing to fix it. Although it takes some time, but still a happy experience.

STAY FAR AWAY! DO NOT COME HERE FOR ANY TIRE WORK!!!!!! Wasted an entire Saturday!I dont know why I put myself through the pain of going here. This time it took 3.5+ hours to plug a tire and do an oil change.There were no cars ahead of me when I checked in and the reason it took so long was bc 1 guy went on break and the other guy took a lunch. This is the 2nd time this has happened.Pay additional money and stay away from walmart auto shops. I have had issues at every walmart Ive been to.UPDATE #1: Apparently the excuse now is that they take appointments and they drop walk-ins to do the appointments. Not very efficient way of doing things in my opinion.UPDATE #2: ~4 hours later, they informed me they actually hadnt started my oil change. Therefore, I sat here almost 4 hours to have a tire plugged. I cancelled and am going elsewhere.Stay far, far, far away! Do not come here!!!!

I ordered new tires and it seemed like I asked them to build me a rocket. Literally wasted 3 hours of my day. Told me to come earlier in the day and then made me wait 2 hours. Thats not the bad part either. They had to get an override because I wanted only 2 tires put on but the management was no where to be found. And the workers there moved at the speed of a snail so no wonder I waste 2 hours in store and an hour communicating. And to add to the mess, I couldnt understand half the things either of the workers were saying.

Friendly and helpful, however will wait a while when all staff is in back and no one manning the counter.

Takes hours to get anything done. Dont exspect a quick oil change or tire replacement. Way too understaffed to accomplish simple things in a timely manner.

Turned in 5 gallons of used motor oil. Staff is very friendly and its a great service to the community.

Hit and miss place. Most of thr staff is very nice. Depending on what time you go you may have to wait up to 2 hours.

Staff was extremely polite and friendly. They were able to figure out the problem with my car quickly and fix it within an hour.

Tried calling to see if their prices were better than Farm and Fleet, but nobody would pick up. I guess they dont want my money.

Waited 2 hours for them to put tire on to run only not vehicle and told me there tech went to lunch for an hour at 10:51. I had to leave and come back later and had under different name and never apologized and charged 30 more for exact same tire I got in Mattoon.

The pace here is slow, but folks here are nice and they get the job done. With its low price, I would give this place 4 stars.

Didnt have the tire I needed.

Trash. They never do anything. Always on break not taking new people. Trash. Even if you call ahead to make sure they still wont take you. Happened more than once.

Wait time was more than 2.5 hours (although they mentioned it will be only an hour. I changed my tires 1 year ago at Walmart and asked to use the warranty but they didn’t use it and had to replace the tire completely. Customer service was not good too.

Took almost 3 hours to change my tires when I was the second person waiting. Staff was nice but the auto department is understaffed.

Bring a book its a long wait even for just an oil change

The automotive center is bad you have to watch them or they will mess your stuff up. I took a tire in there from my lawn mower to have a tube put in it. and went back to pick it up and they give my tire to somebody else so I had to wait for them to call the other customer and have him bring my tire back.
